Abstract

This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about, 1) the effect of motivation on job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya District. 2) the influence of career development on job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya District. 3) the influence of school climate on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya District. 4) the influence of motivation, career development and school climate on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya District. The results of the study are: 1) There is a direct and indirect effect of motivation on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency, which is 28.41%. 2) There is a direct and indirect effect of career development on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency, which is 30.63%. 3) There is a direct and indirect influence of school climate on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency, which is 41.07%. 4) Simultaneously, the variables of motivation, career development and school climate have an effect on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency. 5) The residual value of the role of the variable that is not studied is 56.7%. The residual value indicates that there are other factors that can affect job satisfaction variables such as teacher performance, principal leadership, organizational commitment, education and training and others

Abstract

This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about the effect of workload, work stress and work discipline on teacher work performance at SMAN West Region Bireuen Regency. The results of the path analysis show, 1) There is a direct and indirect effect of workload on the work performance of the teachers of the West Region State Senior High School, Bireuen Regency, which is 19.54%. 2) There is a direct and indirect effect of work stress on the work performance of the teachers of the West Region State Senior High School, Bireuen Regency, which is 18.39%. 3) There is a direct and indirect effect of work discipline on the work performance of the teachers of the West Region State Senior High School, Bireuen Regency, which is 19.34%. 4) Simultaneously, the variables of workload, work stress and work discipline have an effect on the work performance of the teachers of the West Region Senior High School, Bireuen Regency. This result is evidenced by the results of the F test obtained that Fcount is 46.928 while the Ftable value for the number of respondents is 170 people at a significance level (α) = 5%, which is 2.27. This shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance level of 0.05. 5) The value of the coefficient of determination of 0.434 explains that the contribution of workload, work stress and work discipline to the work performance of the teachers of the West Region Public High School, Bireuen Regency is 43.4%. While the rest (residual value) of the role of the variables that were not studied was 56.6%. The residual value shows that there are other factors that can affect the teacher's performance variables, organizational culture, work environment, facilities and infrastructure and others.

Abstract

This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about the influence of school culture, teacher certification and the work environment on the performance of teachers in junior high schools in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency. The results of the path analysis show, 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of school culture on the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, which is 26.29%. 2) There is a direct and indirect effect of certification on the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, which is 28.02%. 3) There is a direct and indirect effect of the work environment on the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, which is 31.29%. 4) Simultaneously school culture, certification and work environment together affect the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency. The contribution of school culture, certification and work environment factors to the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency is 85.2%

Abstract

Penelitian survei pada objek guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Meurah Dua Kabupaten Pidie Jaya, sejumlah 139 orang pada enam unit sekolah. Tujuan penelitian, untuk menganalisis faktor internal guru yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Dengan menerapkan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan alat analisis model jalur menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan aspek motivasi kerja guru, komunikasi dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi, dinyatakan terdapat konstribusi faktor motivasi, komunikasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Meurah Dua Kabupaten Pidie Jaya sebesar 84,4%. 2) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh aspek motivasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 36,16%. pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja gur sebesar 31,9%, dan pengaruh faktor kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 87,81%

Abstract

This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about the influence of individual factors, organizational culture and work behavior on teacher performance. This research was conducted on public elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency. With descriptive and associative methods. The data analysis tool uses the path model. The results of the analysis show, 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of individual factors on teacher performance by 29.53%. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of organizational culture on the performance of S teachers by 22.47%. 3) There is a direct and indirect effect of work behavior on teacher performance by 25.4%. 4) Simultaneously individual factors, organizational culture and work behavior contributed 43.9% to the performance of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor terkait dengan prestasi kerja guru, yakni faktor gaya kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan kerja dan. Studi pada guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Trienggadeng Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Penelitian berupa survei dengan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif, menggunakan analisi jalur. Hasil uji hipotesis dan analisis jalur, menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara langsung dan tidak langsung faktor gaya kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja guru, sebesar 31,58%. Sedangkan faktor prestasi kerja berpengaruh sebesar 30% dan pengaruh kompetensi terhadap prestasi kerja guru sebesar 29,31%. Dan 2) secara simultan faktor gaya kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan dan kompetensi guru berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja SD Negeri Kecamatan Trienggadeng Pidie Jaya, sebesar 37,5%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure and analyze: influence of supervision, work motivation and principal's leadership on the teaching performance of classroom teachers in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency. The study was conducted on 160 classroom teachers in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency with a quantitative research approach with the instrument using a questionnaire. And the analysis technique uses path analysis. The results showed that 1) There was a positive and significant effect of Supervision of School Supervisors on the performance of elementary school teachers in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency, which was 32.92%. 2). The results of the hypothesis test prove that the influence of the achievement motivation factor of classroom teachers in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency has a significant effect on teacher performance, which is 17.26%. 3) And it is proven that the Principal's Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency which is calculated from this study by 8.44%. 4). Simultaneously, the results showed that the variables of School Supervisor Supervision, Teacher Achievement Motivation and Principal Leadership had a significant effect on teacher performance. The contribution of these three factors is 58.6%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study on elementary school teachers in Peusangan District, Bireun Regency, was to find out: the influence of communication, teamwork, leadership and principal's decision-making on the performance of elementary school teachers in Peusangan District, District Bireuen. This research is in the form of a survey with a questionnaire instrument and analytical method using path analysis and data processing with SPSS v.20. The results showed that, 1) There was an influence of aspects of teacher communication in schools on teacher performance, which was very significant at 30.19%, 2) There was a positive and significant influence on teacher Teamwork on teacher performance by 11.72%, 3) It was proven that there was an effect Leadership. The principal on the performance of elementary school teachers is 10.94%, 4) and the influence of Principal Decision Making on teacher performance is very significant at 8.21%. and 5). Simultaneously, the influence of communication, teamwork, leadership and decision-making principals on the performance of elementary school teachers in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency is 62%. While the remaining 38% of the variables not examined, such as teacher competence, work facilities, organizational climate, education, and others

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Training and Teacher Competence on Learning Achievement of Elementary School Students at UPTD Peusangan, Bireuen Regency. The research was conducted on 180 elementary school teachers in the UPTD Peusangan, Bireuen Regency as respondents, the results obtained were: The results of the hypothesis test indicate that there is a positive effect of providing education and training to teachers on the professional attitude of classroom teachers, which is 23.42%. It is proven that the significant influence of the class teacher competence factor on the professional attitude of the teacher is 10.25%. The results of the path analysis between teacher training and student achievement have a significant effect, namely 19.65%. There is a positive influence of teacher competence on student achievement of 24.74%. Simultaneous test results, there is a significant effect of teacher training and teacher competence variables on teacher professional attitudes, which is 33.7%. The results of the regression analysis between the professional attitude of teachers to student achievement, proved significant. Where is 34.20% the influence of teacher's professional attitude in supporting student learning achievement. And the contribution of teacher training and teacher competence factors contributed to increasing student learning achievement reaching 44.3%
