Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of principals' leadership on learning facilities and a shared learning environment – ​​Likewise with teacher performance in vocational schools throughout Bireuen Regency. The research was conducted by means of a survey of 184 teachers who are employees of Vocational High Schools (SMK) throughout Bireuen Regency, with data collection through questionnaires. And data analysis technique through path analysis approach. The results of the study found 1) There was a positive influence of the principal's leadership aspect on the performance of SMKN teachers throughout Bireuen Regency, which was 11.57%. 2) It is proven that there is a significant effect of learning facilities on teacher performance, either directly or indirectly, by 23.91%. 3) And also the results of statistical tests prove that there is a significant influence of learning environment factors on teacher performance at SMKN in Bireuen Regency which is calculated from this study, which is 8.16%. 4) The results of statistical measurements of the correlation coefficient and determination between the variables of Principal Leadership, Learning Facilities and Learning Environment on Teacher Performance stated that there was a significant effect. The contribution of these three factors is 43.60%. While the rest due to the role of variables that were not examined by 56.40%. These factors include performance allowances, non-financial compensation, communication, education and training, and others

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the Influence of work discipline, work motivation, compensation and leadership style on the performance of the employees of RSUD Datu Beru Takengon. The study was conducted on a sample of 213 employees with data collection through questionnaires and data analysis with a quantitative approach based on path analysis. The results showed that; a) there is a significant positive effect of employee discipline on their performance of 9.14%, b) there is a positive influence of work motivation on employee performance of 8.75%, c) there is a positive influence of compensation factors on employee performance that is 9.10 %, and d) there is a significant effect of leadership style variable on employee performance by 8.45%, and e) there is a simultaneous effect of work discipline, work motivation, compensation and leadership style on employee performance at Datu Beru Takengon Central Aceh Hospital of 35.7 %.

Abstract

This study aims to examine teacher performance based on discipline, work facilities, workload and work environment. With a Case Study of a State Vocational School Teacher in Bireuen. The study was conducted on 171 State Vocational High School teachers with Productive Civil Servant status in Bireuen Regency, with a questionnaire instrument that had been tested for validity and reliability. Path analysis results show a). there is a significant influence of teacher discipline on the performance of teachers, contributing 6.50 percent. b). The factor of work facilities has a positive and significant impact on the performance of State Vocational School teachers in Bireuen Regency, which is quite large at 19.58 percent. c). The workload aspect also has an effect of 8.75 percent on teacher performance, d). The results of the data analysis also proved that the work environment of the State Vocational High School in Bireuen Regency had a significant effect on teacher performance, which was 11.54 percent. and e) Simultaneously the variables of discipline, work facilities, workload, work environment in schools, show an influence on the performance of State Vocational High School teachers in Bireuen Regency, amounting to 46.3 percent

Abstract

This study aims to analysis and examine, the influence of competence, knowledge and work experience simultaneously on the performance of the education office employee, Youth and Sports of Bireuen Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research and the research method used is associative method using path analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion of the problems studied, it was found that: 1). The competencies possessed by the employees of the Bireuen Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office, both from the aspects of Knowledge, Skills, Motives, Nature, and Self Image. Influence on employee performance, with a large effect of 20.26%. 2). Knowledge of employees, related to education, experience and interests. significant effect on employee performance, which is calculated from this study is quite significant, namely 17.29%. 3). The work experience factor of employees at the Office of Education, Youth and Sports of Bireuen Regency has only reached 70.04%, not maximal. It is considered that the experience of employees has not fully supported the performance of employees. The results of statistical tests indicate that the work experience variable has an effect on the performance of the Office of Education, Youth and Sports employees - Bireuen Regency, which is 13.93%. The results also revealed that the competence variable, supported by the knowledge and work experience of employees, had an effect on employee performance at the Education, Youth and Sports Office of Bireuen Regency by 54.6%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence financial performance in Aceh Province. The data used in this study was sourced from the APBD budget realization report in 23 regency/cities in Aceh Province with period of 2010-2017, so that it has a balance panel data with a total of 184 observations. This research used static panel data by used the assumption is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research indicade that capital expenditure has positive and significant effect on financial permormance, general allocation fund have positive and significant effect on financial permormance, special allocation fund have negative and significant effect on financial permormance, economic growth has no effect significant and negative on financial permormance. And special autonomy fund has negative and significant effect on the financial performance of local government regency/cities in Aceh Province. The government should prioritize capital expenditure budget for the public interest, so that a more independent region is created

Abstract

The research aims to analyze employee performance from the aspects of work culture, motivation and work spirit. With research on employees of the Bireuen Regency Animal Husbandry and Health Service. Using a survey based on a questionnaire instrument asked to employees. The approach used is a quantitative approach, with analysis using the path association model. The research results show: 1) Employee performance is influenced both directly and indirectly by work culture by 43.6%. 2) Employee performance is positively related to employee work motivation, and the influence is significant, both directly and indirectly, at 44.2%. 3) Apart from that, the work morale factor has quite a large influence both directly and indirectly, namely 33.36%. 4) Simultaneously, work culture, motivation and work enthusiasm have a positive effect on the performance of Bireuen Regency Animal Husbandry and Health Service employees, namely 65%.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine and prove the influence of teacher competency, work motivation and job satisfaction factors on teacher performance both partially and simultaneously. This research is in the form of a survey with quantitative associative descriptive methods. With analytical tools using a multiple regression analysis approach. The research was conducted in 30 elementary schools involving 215 elementary school teacher respondents in Johan Pahlawan Meulaboh sub-district, West Aceh Regency. The research results found (a). The level of achievement of teacher competence is in the good category, namely 88.08%, the level of achievement of teacher work motivation is high at 82.08%, while the level of teacher satisfaction at work has reached 84.33% and the level of achievement of teacher competence is in the good category. Teacher performance is good, reaching 84.86% of ideal expectations. (b) The results of multiple regression analysis conclude that the factors of teacher competence, work motivation and teacher satisfaction partially have a positive effect on performance, (c). Based on correlation and determination analysis, it is proven that there is a very close relationship and the three factors, namely teacher competence, work motivation and teacher satisfaction, contribute 53.5% to changes in teacher performance

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an empirical study and analysis of (a) the influence of Servant Leadership on Teacher Performance, (b) the influence of Work Discipline on Teacher Performance, (c) the influence of Job Satisfaction on Performance, and (d) the influence of Servant Leadership, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously on Performance. The research was conducted in 19 state elementary schools in the Meureubo area, West Aceh Regency with a sample of 170 teachers as research objects. The research was carried out descriptively associative, with analysis using the path analysis model. The research results show: (1) There is a direct and indirect influence of the Servant Leadership factor on the principal's leadership style on teacher performance by 6.28%. (2) There is a direct and indirect influence of work discipline on teacher performance, namely 10.66%. (3) There is an influence of job satisfaction of 21.32% on teacher performance. (4) Simultaneously the factors of Servant Leadership, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction contributed to changes in teacher performance at State Elementary Schools in the Meureubo Region, West Aceh Regency by 38.2%.

Abstract

This research aims to provide empirical information by analyzing the influence of service quality, consumer satisfaction and product quality on customer loyalty at the BSI Langsa Darussalam Branch Office. The research method used is associative with a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was 193 BSI Langsa Darussalam Branch customers, using the Accidental Sampling technique. And data analysis for hypothesis testing uses path analysis. The results of the research are known; (1) there is a causal relationship between service quality variables and consumer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction and product quality, as well as product quality and service quality with an average of 0.372. (2) there is a direct and indirect influence of service quality on customer loyalty of 43.74%. (3) customer satisfaction has a direct and indirect influence on customer loyalty of 33.06%. (4) product quality has a direct and indirect influence on customer loyalty of 33.23%. (5) simultaneously service quality, customer satisfaction and product quality contribute to customer loyalty by 39.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and measure the contribution of school environment, completeness of facilities and student motivation in creating student discipline by studying among students of SMPN 3 Jambo Aye District, North Aceh Regency. This research is a survey on a sample of students, with a quantitative descriptive approach. The analytical method uses the path model. The research results show that 1) there is a correlation between the school environment variable and the facilities of 0.446, and there is a relationship between the facilities variable and the motivation of 0.360 and there is a relationship between the motivation variable and the school environment of 0.427. 2) The results of the hypothesis test show that the contribution of the school environment to student discipline is 14.4%, the contribution of learning facilities to student discipline is 12.29%, and the contribution of learning motivation to student discipline is 19.13%. 3) Simultaneously the school environment, facilities and motivation make a positive contribution to student discipline at SMP Negeri 3 Tanah Jambo Aye Aceh Utara by 55.4%
