Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan upaya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar akidah akhlak pada pokok bahasan akhlak terpuji siswa kelas VIII SMP Islam Raudlatut Tholibin Jambu Sari, (2) menjelaskan penggunaan metode pembiasaan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar aqidah akhlak pada pokok bahasan akhlak terpuji siswa kelas VIII SMP Islam Raudlatut Tholibin Jambu Sari. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian field research (studi lapangan) dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang berlatar di SMP Islam Raudlatut Tholibin Jambu Sari. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: (1) upaya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar akidah akhlak pada pokok bahasan akhlak terpuji yang dilakukan di SMP Islam Raudlatut Tholibin Jambu Sari, meliputi tiga bentuk pembelajaran diantaranya ranah kognitif, ranah afektif, dan ranah psikomotorik. (2) penggunaan metode pembiasaan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar akidah akhlak pada pokok bahasan akhlak terpuji yaitu dengan cara proses penanaman kebiasaan. Dikatakan demikian, karena metode pembiasaan sebagai bentuk pendidikan yang prosesnya dilakukan secara bertahap, dan pembiasaan tersebut sebagai teknik pendidikan yang dilakukan dengan membiasakan sifat-sifat akhlak terpuji.

Abstract

Industrial classes are work experiences for students who are preparing themselves to adapt to the work environment, develop practical skills, and determine appropriate career choices. This research explores the implementation of Kubota industrial classes at SMK Islam 1 Blitar as an approach to preparing students for the world of work. The research method used is qualitative, with a case study and data collected through observation, documentation, and interviews. The results show that the cooperation between the school and industry allows for the integration of theoretical and practical learning, as well as specialized training for students. The preparation and implementation of industrial classes involve an important role for both SMK and business and industry world, with the support of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Supporting factors include the availability of facilities and close cooperation between schools and industries, while inhibiting factors include low student interest and limited resources. Impacts of the industrial classes include improved student skills, school reputation, and the supply of skilled labor for industry. Evaluation is conducted through summative evaluations and certification tests, assessing student progress and ensuring the fulfillment of industry standards. Thus, the Kubota industrial class at SMK Islam 1 Blitar is an effective model for preparing students for challenges in the world of work.

Abstract

Latar belakang kurangnya penggunaan media pada pembelajaran seni di SDN Cicadas khususnya di kelas VI, menjadi tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan media berbasis video interaktif pada tari kreasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R&D (Research and Development). Yaitu Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Hasil dari uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media serta diimplementasikan kepada peserta didik untuk mengetahui respon dari guru dan peserta didik. Penilaian ahli materi mendapatkan nilai rata rata 92%, ahli media mendapatkan penilaian 76%. Penilaian dari uji coba lapangan yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik melalui respon mendapatkan nilai 90%, dan penilaian dari respon guru 88% dan tes pretest dan posttest peserta didik mendapatkan nilai. Dengan demikian produk video interaktif yang dikembangkan sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran disekolah.

Abstract

This research explores self-confidence's role as a mediator in the influence between academic supervision, the Professional Learning Community (PLC), and teacher professional competence. The survey method was used to collect data based on purposive sampling from 60 teachers at SMAN 2 Ponorogo who were involved in the PLC program. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire consisting of a Likert scale with 4 alternative answers. PLS-SEM analysis was used to analyze data and test the conceptual model. The results of the analysis show that academic supervision does not have a significant effect on teachers' self-confidence and professional competence. In addition, self-confidence was proven not to mediate the influence between academic supervision and PLC professionalism on teacher professional competence. These findings highlight the importance of self-confidence in facilitating the development of teachers' professional competence through academic supervision and participation in learning communities. The practical implication of this research is the need for a holistic approach to teacher development, which does not only focus on the technical aspects of expertise but also psychological aspects such as self-confidence. Research supports efforts to design professional development programs that strengthen teachers' self-confidence and integrate academic supervision and PLC professionalism to enhance their professional competence

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve mastery of English viewing skills at junior high school level, especially in class 8F MTsN 2 Sidoarjo by including learning activities based on the fun Picture and Picture method so that students' results or grades increase. This was done because in class 8F MTsN 2 Sidoarjo, the results of students' mastery of English viewing skills seemed low. 32 eighth-grade students participated in the study. Another reason why researchers took viewing skills is because viewing is a new skill in the Merdeka Curriculum. This research uses a type of classroom action research that begins with a pre-cycle and is divided into two cycles, each cycle perfecting learning with the fun Picture and Picture method based on insights from the previous cycle. The methodology includes initial tests, learning based on the Picture and Picture method, observation, and assessment. Results showed continuous improvement, with scores increasing with each cycle. Observations prove the characteristic of teaching using this method, namely that students are freer to express their opinions about an object. The implications of this research suggest that teachers use interesting methods because their success is measured better than using conventional methods. This research states that with 2 cycles learning success reaches 97%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the internalization of religious values based on students' discipline habits. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects in this research were Islamic Religious Education Teachers, madrasa heads, student guardians and students of MIN 2 Boyolali. This research was conducted at MIN 2 Boyolali from October to December 2023. This data was obtained by observation, structured interviews, and documentation as well as relevant literature results. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model called interactive analysis. This analysis is divided into several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the habit of internalizing the values of worship is based on the habit of discipline through tahfidz, Friday prayers and midday prayers in congregation. Meanwhile, there are internal supporting factors, namely student interest, student awareness and students' innate characteristics, all of which support the internalization of religious values based on disciplined habits. And external factors in the form of environmental and community conditions. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are children's lazy habits, the influence of peers and busy parents, so that the internalization of religious values based on students' habituation of discipline is not effective.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the extent of internalization of spiritual values in shaping students' religious character. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were teachers and students at SMAN 1 Kartasura. This research was carried out from October to December 2023 with the informants in this research namely the school principal, Islamic religious education teacher, and students. Meanwhile, data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results show that spiritual values are internalized through habituation before PAI lessons, Friday prayers and mentoring. Meanwhile, the supporting factors are habituated and religious week. The inhibiting factors are internal factors. Internal factors inhibiting the formation of students' religious character are age and psychological factors. External factors are under the influence of the family environment, school environment and of course the community environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the supervision of the Madrasah heads in improving the teaching quality of Islamic religious education teachers at MIN 1 Boyolali. This research is a qualitativeresearch. This research was conducted at MIN 1 Boyolali from October to December 2023. The subjects in this research were the school principal, Islamic Religious Education Teacher, curriculum sie and students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Boyolali. Data was obtained using participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model called interactive analysis. This analysis is divided into several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the Madras head as a supervisor carries out supervision with guidance, supervision and guidance. There are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing supervision. To address the inhibiting factors, madrasah heads need to continue to monitor developments in educational policies and adjust supervision practices according to applicable policies. Meanwhile, the supporting factor is a clear understanding of the purpose of supervision. All parties in the school, including teachers and staff, clearly understand the objectives of the Madras head's supervision, this helps create a common focus in efforts to improve performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore more deeply the role of Islamic religious education teachers in dealing with bullying among students at MIN 5 Boyolali. This research is qualitative research. The subjects of this research are Islamic religious education teachers. Meanwhile, the informants in this research were school principals, Islamic religious education teachers, student affairs officers and students. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results show that the role of Islamic religious education teachers is to socialize bullying among school members, the school collaborates with parents and the school implements social regulations between students. Then the PAI teacher's strategy for dealing with bullying is by instilling Islamic Moral Values and Ethics, providing counseling guidance and building social skills.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out in depth the role of Islamic religious education teachers in improving spiritual intelligence at MIN 2 Boyolali. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Research The subjects of this research was teachers and students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Boyolali with informants in this research being the principal, PAI teachers, curriculum sie, student affairs sie, spiritual sie and students. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing techniques. Checking the validity of the data was carried out using triangulation and using various theoretical sources and methods. The results of this research show that the teacher's role in increasing students' spiritual intelligence at MIN 2 Boyolali is as a teacher, educator, motivator and model. Meanwhile, the implementation strategy for increasing students' spiritual intelligence at MIN 2 Boyolali is carried out through religious activities which are carried out routinely every day and through learning in the classroom. The religious activities in question are reciting the Koran together, dhuha prayers in congregation, reading Asmaul Husna, morning inspirational stories, learning recitations, memorizing selected verses, fardhu prayers in congregation, and fasting on Mondays and Thursdays.
