Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas manajemen pembelajaran online melalui learning management system (LMS) berbasis Moodle. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode ex post facto dan survei yang dilakukan kepada 275 mahasiswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran online menggunakan Moodle dalam kurun waktu September 2021 hingga Januari 2022. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa sebanyak 119 mahasiswa menyatakan manajemen pembelajaran online yang dilakukan melalui Moodle terasa efektif. Hal ini karena Moodle dirasa sangat mudah untuk digunakan dan alur pembelajaran terasa tertata rapi sehingga tidak menimbulkan kebingungan pada mahasiswa saat hendak melakukan pembelajaran. Selain itu, sebanyak 68 mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa Moodle sangatlah efektif dalam hal manajemen pembelajaran online karena platform ini mampu menyediakan fitur seperti presensi terjadwal yang memastikan mahasiswa harus mengakses pembelajaran tepat waktu serta fitur restrict access yang mengharuskan mahasiswa menyelesaikan kegiatan (task) sebelumnya untuk dapat mengakses kegiatan (task) berikutnya. Sedangkan sebanyak 76 mahasiswa masih menyatakan ragu-ragu karena dalam pembelajaran online mereka masih terkendala teknis seperti kuota dan jaringan internet yang buruk. Sisanya, menyatakan Moodle belum efektif karena kendala teknis lainnya, seperti perangkat mereka yang belum memadai.

Abstract

Di era teknologi dan komunikasi yang semakin canggih, maka cara kita menyampaikan dakwah juga perlu melakukan evolusi mengikuti perkembangan tersebut. WhatsApp sebagai salah media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat karena memiliki kemudahan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasinya. Kemudahan serta kelengkapan WhatsApp sebagai media sosial digunakan untuk media komunikasi dan memberikan informasi ini, menjadikan WhatsApp digunakan oleh banyak forum sebagai media untuk menyambungkan komunikasi dalam forum tersebut. Dari hasil pendapat para mahasiswa yang mengikuti wawancara, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan WhatsApp sebagai media literasi untuk dakwah memiliki pengaruh yang cukup baik. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kegiatan literasi digital untuk Dakwah harus muncul dari kesadaran pribadi, sedangkan media yang ada diberikan melalui media sosial WhatsApp merupakan bacaan, gambar atau video yang bersifat menginformasikan, mengingatkan, serta mengajak untuk belajar tentang Islam dan lebih mendalami kajian dalam agama Islam. Terdapat pengaruh positif pemanfaatan WhatsApp dalam meningkatkan literasi Digital untuk dakwah, namun efektivitasnya belum dapat dipresentasikan besarnya. Keterbatasan penelitian ini menggunakan sample yang jumlahnya 10 mahasiswa dan penelitiannya hanya berupa observasi, wawancara serta bersumber dari beberapa kajian pustaka. Perkembangan media sosial yang diperkirakan akan terus berkembang pesat ke depannya seiring dengan terus berkembangnya teknologi komunikasi akan memiliki kontribusi yang tinggi terhadap cara berkomunikasi dan cara menyampaikan informasi, khususnya dalam dunia dakwah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work facilities, motivation on employee productivity at the Office of the National Unity and Politics of Labuhanbatu Regency. The sample used in this study were all employees, totaling 30 employees. Data collection method using Likert Scale. Based on the results of the partial study (T test) it shows that Work Discipline (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y) at the National and Political Unity Office of Labuhanbatu Regency with tcount 2,219 > ttable 1,705 with a significant level of 0.035 < 0, 05. Work Facilities (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y) at the National and Political Unity office in Labuhanbatu Regency, with a tcount of 3.982 > ttable 1.705 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. Motivation (X3) has no positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y) at the National and Political Unity office of Labuhanbatu Regency, with tcount 1.062 < ttable 1.705 with a significant level of 0.298> 0.05. Based on the simultaneous test (Test F) shows that Work Discipline, Work Facilities, and Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity at the Office of the National Unity and Politics of Labuhanbatu Regency, with an Fcount of 5.390 > Ftable 2.96 with a significant level of 0.005 < 0.05. Based on the results of the R Square Coefficient Test, it shows that the variable of Employee Productivity at the Office of the National Unity and Politics of Labuhanbatu Regency can be explained by the variables of Work Discipline, Work Facilities, and Motivation of 38.3% while the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other factors that not investigated in this study.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling teachers in schools have a big role in preventing student deviant behavior, preventive efforts are carried out by counselors or counseling teachers to always anticipate various problems that may occur and try to prevent them from being experienced by students. This study aims to describe the efforts of BK teachers in preventing deviant behavior in Madrasah Aliyah An-nur Bener Meriah. The research method used is a type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used was through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the role of guidance and counseling teachers at MA An-nur in preventing the occurrence of deviant behavior by making preventive or preventive and curative or healing efforts.

Abstract

To measure the achievement of a learning competence, a measuring instrument is needed in the form of an evaluation of learning outcomes. There are several kinds of evaluations that can be used as measuring tools in an educational institution such as summative tests which aim to determine grade promotion, and school exams which aim to determine pass and fail. In an effort to prepare for school exams there are various ways that a student does. This study aims to describe the preparation of 6th grade students at SDN 14 Bebesen in facing school exams. This study uses qualitative research methods, data collection techniques using interviews and observations, data analysis techniques using three stages of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that grade 6 students at SDN 14 Bebesen were less likely to prepare for school exams by preparing materials, studying hard and even registering for additional lessons at guidance institutions, reducing playing time, although there were also students who did not prepare themselves carefully.

Abstract

Economy is a factor that plays an important role in human life. As a result of the emergence of Covid-19 has an impact on all aspects of life, one of which is in the economic field. Problems that arise include the disruption in labor conditions, namely the increasing number of unemployment. Entrepreneurship can help reduce unemployment. To start entrepreneurship can not be instant but targeted by the existence of interest. The number of entrepreneurship ratios in Indonesia itself is still quite low compared to other ASEAN countries. In addition, economic activity refers to the extent to which economic actors have and understand knowledge about the economy. The level of understanding of economic literacy in each community is different. In fact, the level of financial literacy which is part of the national economic literacy is still relatively low. This study aims to determine the effect of economic literacy on interest in entrepreneurship. This study uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 38 Jakarta in February - June 2022. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 38 Jakarta, totaling 120 students. The number of samples as many as 92 students were taken using simple random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The linear regression value for this study is Y = 62.46 + 0.212X. Based on the results of statistical calculations, it is known that there is an influence between economic literacy on students' entrepreneurial interests.

Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of ambassadors, trust and advertising on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia E-commerce. This research is a quantitative study where the object used is a student of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Ubhara Jaya users of E-commerce Tokopedia. This research was conducted using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. And as for the number of samples used is 93, but after distributing the online questionnaire, 112 samples have been obtained and those that are included in the criteria for the last study have been determined for the study the number of 93 samples. While the data analysis technique used is multiple regressionwhich begins with validity and reliability tests, then classical assumption test which contains multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test. And finally, there is a hypothesis test that uses the t-test. data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics V23. The results show that: (1) Partially brand ambassadors have nopositive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on E-commerce Tokopedia, (2) partially trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on E-commerce Tokopedia, (3) partially advertising hasa positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on E-commerce Tokopedia.

Abstract

In dealing with students who have different characters, of course an educator must be able to adapt to each of their students. The process of communication that is two-way, namely between educators and students can be well established. In the educational process, communication is also an important instrument that must be realized effectively so that the purpose of education is to provide understanding to students. The material presented by the teacher will be conveyed and received well by the students. Therefore, two-way communication is important for the achievement of meaningful learning. This research uses the scientific method through literature review or literature study using theories related to the discussion in the research. Two-way communication occurs when there is a response/feedback from the other person when communicating. Two-way communication is communication that is complete because the information that occurs in this type of communication flows between the sender and the recipient of the information. Communication between educators and students must be realized properly. There are many effective communication models that can be used by educators in conveying information or messages to their students and one of them is a two-way communication model..

Abstract

This study aims to determine student learning outcomes using the Application of the Open-Ended Learning Approach in Mathematics Learning for SPLDV Materials at SMP Negeri 1 Modayag Barat. This study uses a Posttest only control design. The subjects of this study were class VIII C as the Experiment class which consisted of 23 students and class VIII A as the Control class which consisted of 20 students at SMP Negeri 1 Modayag Barat. The data obtained are the results of the posttest in the experimental class and control class. With the average learning outcomes of the Experiment class 87.4 and the average learning outcomes of the Control class 82.75. The normality test of the data was met with the data being normally distributed. The results of data analysis with a significance level of 0.05 obtained t_count=1.9220174521>t_table=1.68288. Based on the results of this study, student learning outcomes using the Open-Ended Learning approach in learning a linear equation system of two variables are higher than student learning outcomes using conventional learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the family environment on the learning outcomes of class X accounting students at SMK East Jakarta 1. The type of research used is quantitative method. The population of this study were students of class X Accounting with a total sample of 54 students. Data collection uses questionnaires, interviews and documentation of student learning outcomes taken from the odd semester midterm exam scores for 2021/2022. As for the data analysis technique using simple linear regression analysis and t-test. The results showed that the family environment affected student learning outcomes as indicated by the r value of 0.77 and the coefficient of determination (r2) 0.5929%, tcount of 8.701 and ttable of 1.674 (tcount > ttable), then Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted. . This shows that 59.29% of students' learning outcomes are influenced by the family environment. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the family environment on the learning outcomes of class X accounting students at SMK East Jakarta 1.
