Abstract

The construction industry not only has significant impact to Indonesian’s economic development but also to social and environment matters. This paper reports the results of a study about the correlation of sustainable construction (SC) awareness and intentions to implement sustainable construction in one of Indonesian state-owned company. This entails identifying the current status of SC practices, the awareness level of construction teams, the intentions to implement SC, as well as barriers to Implement SC. After comprehensive reviewing the literature, the data is conducted and collected through quantitative approach through questionnaires survey using random sampling techniques. Authors targeted 262 construction teams associated with the Indonesian state-owned construction company as the population and get the feedback as 266 completed questionnaires were received. The data then analyzed through descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square analysis using SmartPLS version 3.9.0. The main findings of this research are as follows: awareness level of SC in Indonesian state-owned construction company is moderate level, and the intention to implement SC is high; awareness has no significant effect for intention to implement SC , So that Indonesian Government should need more campaign and strategies to improve and encourage this concept; in order to be applied efficiently in future projects, it’s because material, competence, cost, and time were found to be the main barrier to implement SC on this study.

The research method used is descriptive and verification, using a quantitative approach to explain the relationship between the investigated variables. This research used a sample of 97 respondents. Sampling used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique with the characteristics of respondents who had previously purchased Rinkadaily products and were willing to fill out the questionnaire provided. The test tools used are research instrument tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that based on the coefficient of determination test between these two variables, the promotion variable partially produces a promotional effect of 0.24% and a discount offer of 2.56%. It shows that promotions and discount offers partially influence the brand image. The research results also show that the correlation value is positive. It indicates that the better the promotions and the more frequent discounts Rinkadaily offers, the better the Rinkadaily brand image will be. Abstract

In today's very tight competition in radio media, especially in big cities like Jakarta, radio stations compete to dominate the listener segment and optimize revenue from advertising. However, Law Number 32 of 2002 concerning Broadcasting sets limits on the reach of local radio broadcasts, limiting the ability of radio stations to reach a limited area with listeners. This article discusses the strategic efforts of PT Radionet Cipta Karya (RCK), a holding company, as the owner of Prambors radio, to focus on increasing the number of listeners without violating applicable regulations. The research uses qualitative analysis methods and a case study approach, with interviews with the Directors and Manager of Prambors radio as the main source. The Mediamorphosis Theory by Roger Fidler (1997) was adopted in this research by highlighting media transformation as a result of the interaction of interests, political pressure, and technological and social innovation. The research results show that since 2000, Prambors radio adopted networked radio broadcasts and broadcast centralization in 2009/2010 succeeded in expanding its reach to several cities and converging with social media. The use of streaming radio also opens up access to broadcasts throughout the world for listeners with an internet connection.

Abstract

Marketing using the internet or electronic media has experienced a significant increase. The development of this technology is increasingly mushrooming because the internet makes it easier to search for information and communicate quickly and remotely. One of them is carrying out promotional activities on social media. The activity promoted on social media is UC Esports. UC Esport is one of the SMEs popular with many people because it plays MOBA games such as Mobile Legends, Valorant, PUBG, etc. UC Esport faces problems because fewer players are visiting UC Esport's Instagram to buy products and events. Therefore, researchers want to examine how UC Esport manages its Instagram account using social media theory and find out what UC Esport needs to improve in its Instagram account. This researcher used a quasi-qualitative research method. Data was collected using interview and documentation methods. The data is processed using the results of interviews, which are then transcribed, and all data is presented systematically. Then, the data will be validated using three triangulation data sources, which were collected from 3 sources in this research: managers, UC Esport followers, and UC Esport UKM leaders. After validation, researchers will conduct a reliability test. The reliability test used dependency and triangulation with experts to provide further information about this research. This research shows that UC Esport can manage an Instagram account, as evidenced by the many followers, merchandise purchases, and people participating in UC Esport activities.
