Abstract

The development of the health sector in Indonesia, particularly through the National Health Insurance Program (JKN), aims to provide equitable and quality healthcare access for all citizens. However, the effectiveness of capitation fund management within JKN at Primary Health Facilities (FKTP) still faces various challenges, especially in East Java Province. This study focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of capitation fund management at PT. Kimia Farma Diagnostika's Jatim 1 Business Unit clinics, emphasizing aspects of direction, control, accountability, efficiency, and coordination. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that capitation fund management at FKTP is not yet optimal, hindered by issues such as planning that is not based on actual needs, weak internal oversight, and low managerial capacity. This study aims to provide significant contributions to the development of regional-based health financing governance models and enhance the effectiveness of JKN implementation in Indonesia. With a better understanding of capitation fund management, it is hoped that JKN's objective of providing quality health guarantees for all citizens can be optimally achieved. This research not only offers practical recommendations for Klinik Kesehatan di Surabaya, Jawa Timurbut also for other stakeholders in efforts to improve the overall effectiveness of the JKN programme.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of online visibility on tourists' purchase intention, with corporate reputation as a mediating variable, in the context of three villas located in the Kintamani area of Bali. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population consisted of tourists who had previously stayed at or visited the three villas. A total of 90 respondents were selected using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires as the primary research instrument. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that online visibility has a positive and significant effect on tourists’ purchase intention, as well as on corporate reputation. Furthermore, corporate reputation also has a positive and significant effect on tourists’ purchase intention. Another important finding reveals that corporate reputation significantly mediates the relationship between online visibility and purchase intention. Overall, the findings suggest that online visibility plays a strategic role in shaping tourists’ purchase intentions, both directly and indirectly through enhanced corporate reputation. Therefore, it is recommended that integrated digital marketing strategies be implemented, with simultaneous attention to both online visibility and corporate reputation, in order to increase consumer interest and purchasing decisions in the context of rural tourism.

Abstract

The high intensity of formal communication, Laong Pantar communication between village political elites, the community results in a decrease in trust. A high level of uncertainty in a relationship causes a decrease in the level of intimacy of the communication content, resulting in a high level of reciprocity (feedback). (West & Turner: 2013: 150). Someone feels uncomfortable in a relationship because they feel they are not part of the group members Gudykunts and Kim (2003). Trying to find a way out to develop a new concept or communication model. How to apply the Laong Pantar model in the implementation of village government in Sumbawa district. What are the motives for understanding and disagreement within the village political elite and the community regarding the discourse of implementing Laong Pantar. Which is more dominant between santripetal motives and santrifugal motives within the political elite and the community regarding the discourse of implementing Laong Pantar in the implementation of village government. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, natural observation, Data collection uses observation, in-depth interviews, structured interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the Laong Pantar implementation model desired by the political elite and the community is the elaborative final communication model. The motives for disagreement among political elites are habitual or accustomed to formal communication. This is due to a decline in trust in one's own culture, along with increased workload and political motives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Generation Z as digital marketers and active consumers in increasing the turnover of economic transactions at the Erau Festival of the Kutai Ing Martadipura Sultanate in Tenggarong, East Kalimantan. This phenomenon is interesting because the Erau Festival is not only a means of cultural preservation, but also a driver of the local economy through community participation, especially the younger generation. This study uses a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, which combines quantitative and qualitative analysis. Primary data was collected through a survey of 272 Generation Z respondents using purposive and quota sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression (OLS) method with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the variables Digital Marketer (B = 0.294; p < 0.001) and Active Consumer (B = 0.234; p < 0.001) had a positive and significant effect on the turnover of economic transactions, with an R² value of 0.561. This means that 56.1% of transaction turnover variations can be explained by the role of Generation Z, while the rest are influenced by other factors such as government support and cultural appeal. These findings confirm that Generation Z plays a strategic role in strengthening the culture-based creative economy through digital activities and direct consumption. Therefore, policies are needed that encourage collaboration between the local government, the Sultanate of Kutai, and the Generation Z community in the development of digital promotion, creative marketing training, and sustainable cultural economic facilitation.

Abstract

This study assessed the level of gender responsiveness in the management of the Siargao Islands Protected Landscape and Seascape (SIPLAS) in Surigao del Norte, Philippines. Specifically, it examined the participation of men and women in management activities, identified gender-related issues, and evaluated existing programs supporting gender equality within the Protected Area Management Office (PAMO). Using a descriptive research design, data were collected through interviews and analyzed using frequency, percentage, and mean. Results revealed that women comprised 70% of the respondents, men 20%, and nonbinary individuals 10%, indicating strong female participation in administrative and technical roles, while men remained dominant in enforcement and field operations. Findings further showed that SIPLAS exhibits a moderately high level of gender responsiveness, with inclusive initiatives such as the celebration of Women’s Month, the collection of gender-disaggregated data, and gender-sensitive environmental training. However, gaps remain in the institutionalization of gender indicators and in the awareness of Republic Act 9710 (Magna Carta of Women), particularly among male staff. The study concludes that while PAMO demonstrates a growing commitment to gender equity and inclusivity, sustained institutional support, leadership balance, and continued gender sensitivity training are needed to achieve transformative and gender-equitable conservation governance in SIPLAS.

Abstract

Indonesia faces a serious risk of narcotics abuse. The National Narcotics Agency of Indonesia (BNN RI) has recorded hundreds of areas vulnerable to narcotics distribution, including regions that are very difficult for authorities to access. The varying levels of threat across different areas demand a strategic approach that is locally adapted yet still effective. Nevertheless, an evaluation regarding the role of regional BNN is necessary. This is important considering Indonesia's 2045 Gold Vision targets, Asta Cita point 4, the Grand Design of Population Development (DBPK), and the Grand Design of Family Development (GDPK). Based on the above description, there is an issue that requires the evaluation of communication strategies in addressing narcotics problems in the regions through optimizing the role of regional BNN. The evaluation of communication strategies, which is the topic of this research, uses the Lasswell formula. Data was obtained through FGD activities and the collection of various relevant secondary data. Based on the research analysis, communication strategies are not yet optimal in the components of the communicator, message clarity, appropriate media selection, in-depth understanding of the audience, and a systematic feedback system. The weaknesses of these components are related to local political and financial dynamics. With the presence of Regional Regulations, it serves as an umbrella for eradicating narcotics through the spirit of collaboration between Ministries and Agencies

Abstract

The relocation of street vendors (PKL) to Teras Malioboro is a Yogyakarta City Government policy aimed at developing the Malioboro area as a leading tourist destination. This policy has created new dynamics in the economic activities of MSME vendors. The change in trading location is suspected to have led to changes in the financial behavior, financial attitudes, financial well-being, and use of financial technology among MSME vendors in Malioboro for the sustainability of their businesses. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in financial behavior, financial attitudes, financial well-being, and use of financial technology among MSME vendors before and after the establishment of Teras Malioboro. This study is a comparative study with a quantitative approach, using primary data obtained through questionnaires from 90 relocated MSME vendors in Teras Malioboro 1. Data analysis was conducted using a paired-sample t-test. This study revealed significant differences in the financial behavior, financial attitudes, financial well-being, and use of financial technology among MSME vendors in Malioboro before and after the establishment of Teras Malioboro. The relocation of MSME traders in Malioboro resulted in significant negative changes in their financial behavior, attitudes, and well-being. Conversely, MSME traders' use of financial technology experienced positive changes after the relocation.
