Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions, consumer attitudes towards purchasing decisions, marketing mix on brand image, consumer attitudes towards brand image and brand image mediating the marketing mix and consumer attitudes towards purchasing decisions, this research uses the SEM analysis tool- This PLS research is quantitative with a sample size of 387 with Stratified Random sampling. The empirical findings obtained are that the Marketing Mix is ??Positive and Significant to Purchasing Decisions at KFC in Lampung Province, which means that the Marketing Mix increases, which will increase purchasing decisions. Positive and Significant Consumer Attitudes towards KFC Purchasing Decisions in Lampung Province, can be interpreted as increasing Consumer Attitudes. this will increase Purchasing Decisions. The Marketing Mix is ??Positive and Significant to the brand image at KFC Lampung Province, which means that an Increased Marketing Mix will Improve Brand Image. Consumer Attitudes are Positive and Significant towards the Brand Image at KFC Lampung Province, which can be interpreted as increasing Consumer Attitudes which will increase the brand image of the Marketing Mix in the Mediating of Brand Image towards Positive and Significant Purchasing Decisions, which can be interpreted as Brand Image being able to mediate the Marketing Mix in purchasing decisions at KFC Lampung Province. Abstract

Tourism is a major source of income for Indonesia, and Kediri is a popular destination for various types of tourism businesses. Expert28 Cafe Kediri, a local coffee shop brand, has successfully faced competition from other cafes by implementing effective marketing strategies. Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is the key approach used by Expert28 Cafe Kediri to attract potential customers. The cafe has implemented several IMC activities, including advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion, and digital marketing. To understand consumer preferences for these activities, a descriptive quantitative study was conducted using a questionnaire. The study involved 71 respondents who were Expert28 Cafe Kediri consumers familiar with the IMC activities. The analysis revealed that consumers preferred digital marketing the most, followed by advertising, direct marketing, and sales promotion. This study's findings provide valuable insight to help Expert28 Cafe Kediri enhance their marketing strategies by focusing on the most preferred IMC activities, particularly digital marketing.

Abstract

In facing diverse competitors, companies must understand that the quality of performance does not only depend on technology, but also on the ability and motivation of its human resources. In order for human resource management, which according to experts is the art of managing employee relationships and roles effectively and efficiently, to be applied to an organization or company, management must also understand the motivation of employees, the ideal conditions of the physical work environment that employees expect and organizational commitment. created within an organization or company. This research aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment at PT. BPR Sari Jaya Sedana. The population used is all employees of PT. BPR Sari Jaya Sedana. The number of samples used was 30 employees with sampling techniques using saturated techniques. The data analysis used in this research is inferential analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of this research show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. The physical work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Commitment partially mediates (partial mediation) the influence of motivation on employee performance. Organizational Commitment is a perfect mediator between the influence of the Physical Work Environment on PT Employee Performance BPR Sari Jaya Sedana.

Abstract

Food waste is a critical global issue with significant environmental, economic, and social consequences. This paper investigates the efficacy of multi-stakeholder partnerships in addressing food waste, with a specific focus on lessons learned from initiatives taken in Europe for application in the Global South. This study uses qualitative research methods, that involves review of existing literatures and a case study analysis of the initiatives taken by the International Food Waste Coalition (IFWC). This study evaluates the impact of multi-stakeholder partnerships in food waste reduction efforts. Key themes such as collaboration, measurement, innovation, and policy advocacy emerge as critical factors in multi-stakeholder partnerships’ effectiveness. By examining the strategies and outcomes of the IFWC, this paper provides insights and recommendations applicable to regions facing similar challenges. The findings contribute to ongoing discussions on food waste management and sustainable development, emphasizing the pivotal role of multi-stakeholder partnerships in promoting collaboration between different stakeholders from different sectors all around the world and driving meaningful change on a global scale.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational communication and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and organizational performance, either directly or through the role of mediating variables therein. The nature of this research is explanatory research, which aims to explain the causal relationship between the variables observed in this research. In this research, the author took the total population, namely 65 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the PLS program. Organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational communication has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is a partial mediating variable in the relationship between organizational communication and employee performance. In a case study at PT. Bhaksena organizational communication directly has an influence on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Job satisfaction is a partial mediating variable in the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance. In a case study at PT. Abstract

International tourism trends are shifting towards unconventional destinations like rural areas for their serene ambiance, contrasting with traditional spots. This prompts research, particularly at Jaga Satru Waterfall, to assess its tourist appeal and potential. The study aims to evaluate the "4A" potential for developing Jaga Satru Waterfall as a tourist site, along with devising general and alternative strategies. The study involves tourists, tourism managers, government officials, community leaders, and locals. Purposive Sampling was employed with a sample size of 30 individuals. Data analysis utilized the Internal External Matrix, SWOT Analysis Diagram, and SWOT Matrix. The research results show: The attractions include the Jaga Satru waterfall, views of Nyegara-Mountain Nature, the tallest statue of God Brahma in Bali and the Sudamala Emblemishing site. Accessibility is quite good even though there are curves and inclines when accessing the area and visitors have to climb down 160 steps with bamboo and iron guards. Amenities are quite good but need to be improved, such as parking area facilities, public toilets/toilets, and restaurants and relaxing areas. Ansilari, namely the official village, has formed a Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS). POKDARWIS in this village is under the coordination of the Pateh traditional village head. General strategies include the management of the Jaga Satru Waterfall DTW needing to improve road access to this area and add various tourism facilities such as souvenir shops and information centers for tourists. Alternative strategies for developing the Jaga Satru Waterfall DTW are implemented in 4 SWOT strategies.

Abstract

Employee performance plays a very important role in the success of a company. Good company performance is reflected in the superior and dedicated performance of employees. On the other hand, poor performance reflects declining company performance. To find out the factors that cause a decline in performance, it is necessary to conduct research, especially at Perumda Pasar Argha Nayottama which is experiencing the phenomenon of not achieving company performance in 2022. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the physical work environment and organizational culture on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable in Perumda Pasar Argha Nayottama, Buleleng Regency. The number of samples used was 72 employees from a total population of 258 employees, with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The data analysis used in this research is SEM-PLS inferential analysis. The results of this research indicate that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The Physical Work Environment has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment, this means that Organizational Commitment is not able to mediate (Ummediated). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment, partial mediation.

Abstract

The development of the lifestyle of consumingcoffee has long been a business opportunity for entrepreneurs to set up coffee shops. To complete the current understanding of the importance of coffee shop branding. This research was conducted using quantitative research. The data in this research uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The data obtained was then explained descriptively and using structural equation modeling (SEM). The population in this study were Tokopedia users, totaling 400 samples. The sampling technique is carried out using probability sampling, the type is purposive sampling. The research results show that this research supports the proposed hypothesis: (1) Personality traits have a positive and significant effect on harmony, (2) Personality traits have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) Personality traits have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. significant impact on customer satisfaction. significant effect on consumer satisfaction, (3) Personality traits have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, (4) Conformity has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (5) Conformity has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, (6) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. From the research results, these findings confirm that coffee shop owners must be encouraged to develop brand loyalty by investing in customer satisfaction. Coffee shop managers must also try as much as possible to understand the needs and desires of their customers.

Abstract

Currently, competition in the business world feels increasingly fierce, this can also be felt in Indonesia. Likewise, the conditions that occur in foreign currency exchange service businesses or what are usually called Money Changers. In Bali, especially in the Badung area, the level of business competition is increasing along with the increasing number of companies operating in similar fields. According to data from the Foreign Exchange Traders Association (APVA), the number of money changers in Badung Regency has reached 117 companies. phenomenon that occurs in the money changer industry in Badung Regency, which still does not have a company license, which causes the money changer to sell prices at foreign exchange rates that do not comply with the policies of KUPVA BB (Non-Bank Foreign Currency Exchange Business Activities) such as giving commissions to customers, thereby making The customer feels disadvantaged because the amount exchanged does not match the amount received. This research aims to analyze the influence of the role of trust in mediating the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The population of this research is all tourists visiting Badung Regency. The sample used was 120 foreign tourists in Badung Regency. The data collection method uses a survey method and the research instrument uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is inferential analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results found that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on trust.
