Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of work climate and motivation on employee performance at the Primary Health Care Unit (UPTD Puskesmas) in Tasikmalaya City. Employee performance (Y) is affected by work climate (X1) and motivation (X2) both partially and simultaneously. However, there are dimensions within each variable that require improvement, such as leadership's responsiveness to assistance requests in the work climate and the provision of recognition in motivation. The research employs a descriptive and verificative survey method with path analysis. Findings reveal that a positive work climate fosters a conducive work environment, while strong motivation drives employees towards achieving organizational goals. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that factors of leadership, work climate, motivation, and employee performance are interrelated within the context of Primary Health Care Units, contributing to the effectiveness of primary healthcare services.

Abstract

Tax revenue growth is still below expectations. Low tax rates in Indonesia resulting in low per capita income, low levels of taxpayer compliance, and other factors reflect this. This study aims to determine the effect of tax rates, tax socialization, e-filing, and tax awareness on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Pluit. This research uses a direct random sampling technique based on the Slovin formula. Research findings show that socialization and tax knowledge influence taxpayer compliance. Primary data used in the research was collected from 100 individual taxpayers through distributing questionnaires. The findings from this study indicate that tax rates and electronic filing have no impact on taxpayer compliance. Taxpayer compliance in paying taxes can be influenced by factors of tax socialization and tax knowledge made to taxpayers. This has a positive impact on taxpayer compliance. Several other variables in this research, such as E-filling, actually have no effect on taxpayer compliance with paying taxes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis perilaku keuangan (behavioral finance) investor individu terhadap investment decision making pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Studi ini mensurvei 149 investor individu. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Variabel dependen adalah investment decision making dan variable independen adalah Heuristic, Prospect, Market, dan Herding. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Heuristic, Market dan Herding berpengaruh positif terhadap investment decision making dan prospect tidak berpengaruh terhadap investment decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of distributive justice and procedural justice on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for honorary teachers at Madrasah Aliyah in Pacitan Regency. Respondents in this study were honorary teachers or non-permanent teachers at Madrasah Aliyah in Pacitan Regency, East Java. The sample used is 200 respondents, taken by saturation sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis and data processing using IBM SPSS 21 software. This study found that distributive justice and procedural justice have a direct positive effect on performance. Distributive justice and procedural justice have a direct positive effect on job satisfaction. The work goals have a direct and significant positive effect on performance. The purpose of mediating the effect of distributive justice on performance. The purpose of mediating the effect of procedural fairness on performance. The difference between this study and previous research is that the object of this research is only focused on the Pacitan Regency area, while the research subjects are representatives of honorary teachers in the Pacitan Regency at the Madrasah Aliyah level. This study focuses on factors that affect performance, namely job satisfaction, procedural justice, and distributive justice. Based on this research, Kemenag or Kemendikbud Pacitan in the future can pay attention to the variables of this research aspect in the decision-making process and pay more attention to the welfare of honorary teachers. Limitations in the data collection process, the information provided by respondents through questionnaires sometimes does not show the respondent's actual opinion, this happens because sometimes there are differences in thoughts, assumptions, and different understandings of each respondent, as well as other factors such as honesty in filling out respondents' opinions in the questionnaire.

Abstract

Self-care is self-care is done to maintain good health, both physically and psychologically. No one in four people experienci mental problems in the world, an estimated 450 milion people worldwide who experience mental health disorder (World Health Organization). The purpose of research to describe self-care in patient with mental disorders regarding personal hygiene, ornate, eating, and toileting (defecate or urinate) in the Liver of the Foundation Sun Tasikmalaya City. Self-care deficit is impaired ability to perform activities which consisted of a shower, ornate, eating, and toileting (defecate or urinate) or personal hygiene independently. The method in this research is descriptive. The patient population 200 people with mental disorders, sampling random was 22 people, the type of research instrument used observation sheet, measured by observing the way. The result of self-care personal hygiene of patients with mental disorder category are not good (100%), personal care ornate category are not better than male patients (41%), personal care ornate of the patients were female category was not good (45%), both category (14%), personal care eating the category is not well (91%), while self-care toileting (defecate oe urinate) category is not good (82%). Both category (18%). Self-care deficit mental patients due to a lack of motivation and lack of facilities and infrastructure. All patients with mental disorders self-care deficit, expected to officer foundations to increase motivation and attention to the fulfilment facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to look at the growth and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to be able to help and improve the economy and absorb as many workers as possible as well as the introduction of superior regional products, especially Micro and Medium Enterprises. The analysis method is carried out through explanatory research, with the PLS/SEM application. The concepts and problems studied look at causal relationships, then explain the variables that cause the problems studied. The findings from this research show the influence of organizational culture, strategic orientation, on organizational performance. There is an influence of organizational culture, strategic orientation on innovation capability. There is an influence of innovation capability on organizational performance. There is an influence of organizational culture, strategic orientation on organizational performance which is mediated by innovation capability. The theoretical implication is that innovation capability through increasing its dimensions can improve the organizational performance of Micro and Medium Enterprises and can increase the trust and loyalty of related parties. Improve and develop production quality first, paying attention to development and innovation. Strategic orientation will provide a good indication of the organizational performance of Micro and Medium Enterprises. The managerial implication states that product quality, in the process of organizational performance involvement of all entrepreneurs with third parties is very close, so that cooperation and conformity with technical specifications to the wishes of the community must be a top priority. The quality of Micro and Medium Enterprises in terms of cooperation, production quality, performance of departments such as decision makers, is a picture that can be felt by the community or collaborating parties, so these various qualities must be a priority for improving Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Sistem Jaminan Halal pada Titik Rindu Coffee & Venue. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Data yang diperoleh adalah data primer. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil hasil observasi dan wawancara temukan Titik Rindu Coffee & Venue belum memiliki sertifikat jaminan halal. ada beberapa aspek SJH yang dinilai belum memenuhi persyaratan Sistem Jaminan Halal. Sehingga Titik Rindu Coffee & Venue perlu melakukan perbaikan dan melengkapi semua kriteria yang dibutuhkan untuk proses pengajuan Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH) LPPOM MUI. Dengan memiliki sertifikat jaminan halal LPPOM MUI, dapat memberikan kepercayaan kepada pembeli yang mayoritas islam.

Abstract

Pengaduan masyarakat dalam pelayanan publik sering terjadi ketika ada ketidakpuasan atas layanan yang diberikan dan ketika pengaduan yang diajukan tidak ditangani secara memadai oleh petugas pengaduan. Dalam konteks ini, kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kinerja Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) merupakan faktor kritis yang menjadi salah satu indikator utama keberhasilan Polri. Kinerja Polri tidak hanya dinilai berdasarkan standar internal, tetapi juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kepuasan dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh profesionalisme SDM Polri dan platform layanan pengaduan masyarakat terhadap kepuasan dan kepercayaan publik. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui survei online dan diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan publik dengan nilai T Statistik sebesar 1,982. Kinerja dari variabel Platform layanan menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pengguna dengan nilai T Statistik 5,430. Selain itu, variabel platform terhadap kualitas layanan memiliki nilai T Statistik 5,128, menandakan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Namun, pada variabel Profesionalisme terhadap kepercayaan pengguna, ditemukan pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan dengan hasil T statistik 1,677. Sementara itu, variabel Profesionalisme terhadap Kualitas Layanan menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dengan Tstatistik 2,746. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya profesionalisme dan platform layanan pengaduan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan Polri. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi Polri dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan dan profesionalisme sumber daya manusianya untuk memenuhi harapan masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis perhitungan Cost Volume Profit (CVP) sebagai dasar perencanaan laba pada Banana Nugget Raffi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis adalah metode kombinasi (Mix Method) yaitu metode yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dikombinasikan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang ditentukan pada data kuantitatif adalah data penjualan Banana Nugget Raffi di Cawang tahun 2021 dan 2022, sedangkan sampel yang ditentukan pada data kualitatif adalah pemilik dan karyawan Banana Nugget Raffi di Cawang. Berdasarkan perhitungan Cost Volume Profit (CVP) Banana Nugget Raffi pada tahun 2021 memiliki nilai rasio margin kontribusi sebesar 45%, nilai titik impas sebesar Rp 137.004.444, nilai margin pengaman sebesar Rp 116.503.016 atau 42%, dan nilai leverage operasi sebesar 2,3. Pada tahun 2022 Banana Nugget Raffi mempunyai margin kontribusi sebesar 43%, nilai titik impas sebesar Rp 146.167.444, nilai margin pengaman sebesar Rp 101.087.968 atau 44%, dan nilai leverage operasi sebesar 2,2. Pada tahun 2023 Banana Nugget Raffi menginginkan kenaikan laba sebesar 20% dari tahun sebelumnya. Berdasarkan perhitungan, laba yang harus dicapai pada tahun 2023 sebesar Rp 61.560.550. Hal tersebut berarti Banana Nugget Raffi harus mencapai target penjualan pada tahun 2023 sebesar Rp 289.331.511 agar mendapatkan laba yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Deli Bakery Banyuwangi secara simultan dan parsial. Metodologi penelitian mencakup penggunaan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, dan koefisien determinasi, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 75 responden pelanggan Deli Bakery Banyuwangi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS v.25. Hasil menunjukkan validitas dan reliabilitas semua indikator, serta adanya pengaruh signifikan variabel kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara individu maupun bersama. Temuan ini mengungkap pentingnya memperhatikan kualitas produk, layanan, dan strategi penetapan harga untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian, memberikan wawasan strategis untuk pemilik usaha dan manajer dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, serta memacu peningkatan penjualan dan pertumbuhan usaha.
