Abstract

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia plays a strategic role in strengthening the national economy. In the digital era, the integration of technology into MSME development has become essential to ensure their long-term success. This research aims to explore digital-based development strategies for MSMEs to enhance their competitiveness and sustainability. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing 20 relevant journal articles from 2018 to 2023. The findings indicate that digital technology provides broad opportunities for MSMEs in terms of market expansion, operational efficiency, and innovation. However, challenges such as lack of digital skills, limited access to infrastructure, and low awareness among MSME actors remain. Therefore, the study recommends strategic efforts such as digital literacy training, digital platform development, and supportive policies from the government. This research contributes to the development of more effective strategies to encourage the digital transformation of MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine consumer characteristics, whether consumers at the Sumber Rohmat Soybean Store are more likely to make purchasing decisions based on brand image, product quality or price. This research is quantitative, in which there are 3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. The population in this study was 210 people in total from all customers at each branch of the Sumber Rohmat soybean shop with a sample of 138 respondents. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire and then processed using the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this research show that: 1) Brand image has a significant influence and the hypothesis is accepted with reference to a t value of 1.792 with a significance level of 0.075. (2) Price has a significant influence and the hypothesis is accepted with reference to a t value of 4.526 with a significance level of 0.001. (3) Product quality has a significant influence and the hypothesis is accepted with reference to a t value of 2.483 with a significance level of 0.000. The results of the 3 independent variables that have a significant influence are the price variable, but this does not mean that the other 2 independent variables have no influen Suggestions for this research: Considering that the price variable has a significant influence, stores are advised to maintain a competitive pricing strategy that is in line with the quality of the products offered. Companies are also expected to always control the quality of soybeans to improve product quality. Companies still need to build and strengthen their brand image through improving, for example, customer service.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of community satisfaction, transparency and accountability of the policies the services in the Bago District Tulungagung Urban Village. This research using descriptive quantitative methods. With a population of urban village society in Bago, using samples with 100 respondents. Data collection method using a questionnaire, literature and methods of observation field. According to an analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that people's satisfaction, transparency and accountability for the policy of service in the area of Bago, Tulungagung District has a significant effect. It is supported by the result of r square or coefficient determination (kd ) shows 76.3 % so interpreted if variable x1 (civilization ), x2 (transparency ) and x3 (accountability ) have contributions of 76.3 % to variable y (service policy ) and other 23.7 %s affected by other factors other than variable x. In addition, in the f count 107,219 receive is worth of 0,000 sig. Thus showing that the f count greater than f table or 107,219 > 2,70 with the sig 0,000< 0,05 .Thus received hypothesis. While on the outcome of the t known for partial community satisfaction that, transparency and accountability of the policies the services in the Bago District Tulungagung significant urban village.

Abstract

SIPD merupakan sistem digital yang dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Dalam Negeri untuk mendukung perencanaan pembangunan daerah yang lebih efisien, transparan, dan akuntabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) dalam proses penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) oleh Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) Kota Mataram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIPD membantu meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat proses penyusunan RKPD, serta mempermudah pengawasan dan pengukuran kinerja. Namun, terdapat beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur teknologi yang belum merata, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan sistem. Kendala tersebut memengaruhi efektivitas penggunaan SIPD secara optimal. Meskipun demikian, dukungan regulasi yang kuat, komitmen pemerintah pusat dan daerah, serta pembaruan sistem secara berkala menjadi faktor pendukung yang signifikan dalam penerapan SIPD. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun SIPD telah membawa banyak manfaat dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan, diperlukan upaya peningkatan kapasitas teknis, infrastruktur, serta partisipasi publik agar sistem ini benar-benar mendukung terwujudnya tata kelola pemerintahan daerah yang baik dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ef orts made in optimizing administrative services deliveredbyPATEN of icers, public satisfaction with administrative services delivered by PATENof icers, and factors that influence public satisfaction with administrative services deliveredbyPATEN of icers at the Prambon District Of ice, Nganjuk Regency. This study usesaqualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Primary data in this studywereobtained by observation techniques, Focus Group Discussions, and interviews. Secondarydata were obtained by documentation techniques. The data were analyzed descriptivelywithvalidity techniques using source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicatethat the ef orts made in optimizing administrative services delivered by PATENof icers areby:(1) implementing PATEN services in accordance with the requirements statedintheRegulation of the Minister of Home Af airs Number 4 of 2010 and in accordance withtheSOP and directions from the Sub-district Head; (2) fulfilling the requirements for PATENservice operators according to the type of service, namely serving the public whosubmit requests for friendly, agile and responsive services to help people who are still experiencingdif iculties; (3) implementing PATEN systems, mechanisms and procedures that are clear andwell fulfilled; (4) completion times that are in accordance with the provisions or inatimelymanner; (5) determining the amount of service fees or rates determined based on what hasbeen agreed upon so as to avoid the practice of extortion; (6) producing good PATENservicetype specification products, namely in terms of making requests for population documents andpermits easily and quickly; (7) increasing the competence of implementers so that theycanserve the public more professionally; (8) handling complaints, suggestions and input well;and (9) completing facilities and several infrastructure that increasingly provide comfort forthe public as PATEN users. Public satisfaction with the administrative services providedbypublic service of icers as PATEN of icers at the Prambon Sub-district Of ice, NganjukRegency, is in the Very Good category. Factors influencing public satisfactionwithadministrative services provided by public servants as of icers of PATEN at the PrambonSub-district Of ice, Nganjuk Regency, include the PATEN service implementers or operators;the systems, mechanisms, and procedures of the PATEN service; the time requiredtocomplete the PATEN service; the costs/tarif s applied to the PATEN service; the product specifications of the PATEN service type; the competence and behavior of PATENserviceimplementers; the handling of complaints, suggestions, and input on the PATENservice; andthe facilities and infrastructure of the PATEN service.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a marketing plan to support the company's operational activities so that the company's goals are achieved. The promotion strategy is also implemented by Wisata Cowindo Refreshing and Education in carrying out its operational activities. The strategy applied is the promotion mix cowindo tourism is tourism that implements community based tourism. The purpose of this research are 1) a researcher want to know about how the general description of Cowindo Tourism is Refreshing and Education 2) a researcher want to know about how the promotion mix strategy is applied to Cowindo Tourism Refreshing and Education based on Community Based Tourism 3) a researcher want to know about how the promotion mix strategy is for the development of Cowindo Tourism Refreshing and Education based on Community Based Tourism. This research is qualitative and it’s use a case study. The research data was get from observation, interview and documentation. The analysis of this research data used a hermeneutics. Checking the validity of the data uses two triangulations, technical triangulation and source triangulation. The location of the Cowindo Refreshing and Education Tour is in Pelem Hamlet, Sendang Village, Sendang District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java Province. It is about 40 minutes from the center of Tulungagung City. Cowindo Tourism applies a promotion mix strategy according to the theory of Philip Kotler & Gary Armstrong. According to Philip Kotler & Gary Armstrong (2004: 600-601) namely advertising, sales promotion, public relations and direct marketing.Community empowerment (local community) at the Cowindo Refreshing and Education Tourism site to become a tourist destination (destination) through tourism business activities is one of the development models that is currently getting a lot of attention from various groups and will become an important agenda in tourism development in the future

Abstract

The Secretariat of the Tulungagung Regency DPRD as a regional apparatus organization that is at the forefront in serving the community, requires quality human resources, professional, innovative, creative and responsive to community aspirations and responsible in handling various problems. This study aims to: (1) To determine and analyze the influence of organizational development on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. (2) To determine and analyze the influence of discipline on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. (3) To determine and analyze the influence of work ethic on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. (4) To determine and analyze the influence of competency development, discipline, and work ethic on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. (5) To determine and analyze the influence of competency development, discipline, and work ethic variables that have the most dominant influence on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. This study uses a quantitative analysis method, namely analysis of data that has been scored according to the measurement scale that has been determined using statistical formulas. The analysis used is for data in the form of numbers. While the data analysis method uses: (1) Descriptive Statistical Analysis, (2) Verification Analysis, (3) Classical Assumption Test, (4) Multiple Regression Analysis, (5) Hypothesis Testing, and (6) Determination Coefficient Analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Competency development has a significant influence on Improving ASN Performance at the Tulungagung Regency DPRD Secretariat. (2) Discipline has a significant influence on Improving ASN Performance at the Tulungagung Regency DPRD Secretariat. (3) Work ethic has a significant influence on Improving ASN Performance at the Tulungagung Regency DPRD Secretariat. (4) Competency development, discipline, and work ethic have a significant influence on Improving ASN Performance at the Tulungagung Regency DPRD Secretariat. (5) Discipline has the most dominant influence on improving ASN performance at the Tulungagung Regency DPRD Secretariat.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of recruitment and work motivation on employee performance at PT Panca Persada Medika. The research aims to determine the relationship between th ese variables and employee performance using a quantitative method with an associative approach. The study involved 50 employees using a saturated sampling method, with data collected through questionnaires. The analysis included reliability and validity tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by t-value > t-table (2.670 > 2.011) and significance 0.010 < 0.05. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect, with t-value > t-table (6.766 > 2.011) and significance 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, recruitment and work motivation influence employee performance, evidenced by an F-value of 108.396 > F-table 3.20 and significance 0.000. These two variables account for 82.2% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 17.8% is influenced by other factors. The findings emphasize the importance of optimizing the recruitment process and enhancing work motivation to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee competence, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Land Office of Kediri Regency. A quantitative method was used with regression analysis through SPSS. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to employees. The results show that employee competence, work motivation, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Individually, employee competence, work motivation, and organizational culture each have a significant impact on employee performance. These findings confirm that improving employee competence, providing appropriate motivation, and strengthening a positive organizational culture can be effective strategies to enhance employee performance at the Land Office of Kediri Regency.

Abstract

Dunia kerja pada tahun 2024 mengalami transformasi yang signifikan sebagai respon terhadap perubahan ekonomi dan teknologi. Kebutuhan pasar Tenaga Kerja, akan keterampilan baru dan reskilling meningkat seiring dengan perubahan teknologi dan kebutuhan industri. Untuk itu dalam pelaksanaanya faktor-faktor yang menghambat kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kediri sedapat mungkin bisa dihilangkan atau diminimalisir, sehingga target kerja lembaga bisa berjalan dengan baik. Karena cakupan wilayah kerja yang begitu luas di Kabupaten Kediri. Rumusan Masalah yang dapat diajukan adalah Bagaimana pengaruh Insentif, beban kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Bagaimana pengaruh Insentif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Bagaimana pengaruh beban kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai , Bagaimana pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Adapun analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan beberapa uji analisis yaitu: Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik ; Pengujian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi keabsahan data, sehingga dapat memastikan bahwa data valid dan mencegah terjadinya bias dalam estimasi. Pengujian asumsi klasik ini mencakup beberapa tes, seperti tes normalitas, tes multikolinieritas, dan tes heteroskedastisitas. Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan Uji F, Uji t, Uji Koefisien Determinant. Hasil uji analisis data Secara bersama pengaruh variabel Insentif (X1), variabel beban kerja (X2), dan variabel budaya kerja (X3) secara simultan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kediri (Y). Hasil uji empat hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hitung 27,410 > 3,10 dari nilai F tabel 3,10 maka H0 ditolak dan H4 diterima, maka variabel (X1) dan (X2) memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel (Y). Atas dasar perhitungan ini, variabel Insentif (X1), variabel beban kerja (X2), dan variabel budaya kerja (X3) dapat diartikan bahwa memiliki dampak yang sangat penting pada Kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kediri.
