Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap indeks kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Kecamatan Kertosono Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa populasi masyarakat yang ada di Kecamatan Kertosono Kabupaten Nganjuk. Data yang digunakan yaitu data awal yang di dapat dari Kantor Kecamatan Kertosono sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan pengolah data dengan SPSS. Penyajian data dengan tabel dan narasi yang berhubungan dengan variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan masyarakat berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap indeks kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Kecamatan Kertosono Kabupaten Nganjuk

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perolehan nilai evaluasi Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP) pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan nilai hasil evaluasi SAKIP pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penilaian SAKIP dilakukan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan kinerja. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai evaluasi meliputi budaya kerja dan etos kerja pegawai, perencanaan kinerja yang belum optimal, kepemimpinan dan komitmen pimpinan, peran pengawasan Inspektorat dan eksternal, pengaruh kebijakan Kementerian PAN-RB serta respon terhadap rekomendasi evaluator eksternal. Penurunan nilai SAKIP berdampak terhadap menurunnya efektivitas pelaksanaan program, transparansi, mutu layanan publik, dan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan sosok pemimpin yang dianggap kepemimpinan membawa solusi dalam mengikuti perubahan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menjelaskan tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi faktor penghambat gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan motivasi guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kelurahan Bawang Kecamatan Pesantren di Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan 16 guru SDN Bawang 1,2, dan 3 Kota Kediri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah mampu meningkatkan motivasi guru dan staff, mendorong inovasi dan kreativitas guru dan staff, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif di sekolah, mengembangkan potensi individu. kepala sekolah merupakan pemimpin yang menjadi teladan, memberikan inspirasi, meningkatkan loyalitas.

Abstract

This researchaims to: 1) Analyze the influence of motivation, leadership behavior, and career development on the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat in Blitar Regency, 2) Analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat in Blitar Regency, 3) Analyze the influence of leadership behavior on the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat in Blitar Regency, 4) Analyze the effect of career development on the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat in Blitar Regency, and 5) Analyze which factors among motivation, leadership behavior, and career development have a dominant influence on the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat in Blitar Regency. This research employs a quantitative research approach, which aims to explain the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. The independent variables are X1 = Motivation, X2 = Leadership Behavior, X3 = Career Development Opportunities, and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). Data collection techniques are conducted through questionnaires and surveys, consisting of primary and secondary data. Subsequently, the data is analyzed quantitatively using statistical models in computer programs, employing descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Motivation, leadership behavior, and career development opportunities each have an influence on the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat of Blitar Regency, 2) Motivation is the dominant variable influencing the performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat of Blitar Regency, and 3) The performance of employees in the General Affairs Section of the Regional Secretariat of Blitar Regency has largely been supported by their work results meeting the established quality targets, as well as their willingness to work overtime to complete tasks within the set time frame.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh word of mouth, variasi produk dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Es Teh Indonesia Cabang Kota Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berbelanja Es Teh Indonesia Cabang Kota Bengkulu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 150 konsumen. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik accidental sampling. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis koefisien korelasi berganda, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi berganda dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F) yang diolah dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 21. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, word of mouth, variasi produk dan gaya hidup berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

The library is not only a center of information resources but also a place for self-transformation into a socio-cultural hub by empowering and democratizing the community and local populations in an effort to improve public welfare. "Coffee Literacy" is one of the social inclusion programs of the UPT Proklamator Bung Karno Library, conducted in the form of a three-day workshop. It includes theoretical and practical materials about barista skills, attended by participants from the Greater Blitar area who are either already involved in or interested in learning about the coffee industry business. This qualitative research, using a case study strategy, was carried out through data collection methods such as interviews, observation, and focused group discussions to analyze the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) management and to identify challenges and find solutions to optimize the management of the Coffee Literacy program. The results of the study show that the POAC analysis of the Coffee Literacy program indicates: Planning: The concept and technical implementation of Coffee Literacy has been partially achieved, and fully achieved in terms of the objectives, location, timing, and actors involved in the program. Organizing: The planning and development to achieve the program’s goals have not yet been achieved. Resource allocation has been partially achieved, while task delegation and assigning responsibilities have been accomplished. Actuating: Two indicators — staffing and motivating — have not yet been achieved. Controlling: This consists of four indicators — setting implementation standards, determining performance metrics, measuring actual performance and comparing it with standards, and taking corrective actions when deviations occur — none of which have been achieved. From year to year, Coffee Literacy has met the targets set by the Social Inclusion Team of UPT Proklamator Bung Karno Library, which are still limited to participant quotas and have not referred to specific goals and measurable performance indicators (Key Performance Indicators/ KPIs). This has led to several implementation complaints, including technical issues such as delays in the event schedule, diverse levels of participants’ knowledge about coffee, and a mismatch between practice equipment and the large number of participants. It also results in content being perceived as less relevant to current issues in the coffee industry, presentations considered monotonous, and the absence of practical modules that can serve as guides for running a business in the coffee industry

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to look at how compensation and job satisfaction affect employee productivity at PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta. With an associative technique, the study uses a quantitative approach. The Operations Division has 66 workers, and saturated sampling is the sampling method employed. Using hypothesis testing (ttest and Ftest), multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, and validity and reliability tests, data were obtained via structured questionnaires. The results demonstrate that compensation has a favorable and significant impact on employee performance (t = 2. 289 > ttable = 1. 998; sig. = 0. 025). Additionally, job satisfaction has a positive and substantial influence (t = 4. 874 > ttable = 1. 998; sig. = 0. 000). At the same time, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0. 603, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant impact on employee performance (F = 47. 784 > Ftable = 3. 142; sig. = 0. 000). This shows that the two variables account for 60. 3% of an employee's performance, while other factors account for the remaining 39. 7%. The need to implement successful compensation strategies and increase job satisfaction in order to boost employee performance is highlighted by these results. Abstract

This research have purpose to the effect of competency level, insemination experience, and education level on increasing pregnancy rates in cattle in Tulungagung Regency. The background of this study is based on the low pregnancy rate in several areas even though the AI program has been promoted nationally. Tulungagung Regency as one of the areas with the highest cattle population in East Java is a strategic object in this study. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The research sample consisted of 40 inseminators selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out by validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that simultaneously, the level of competency, experience, and education of inseminators had a significant effect on pregnancy rates. Partially, the three variables also had a positive and significant effect. Technical competence and field experience have been shown to increase the success of AI implementation, while education provides a deep understanding of reproductive management. This study recommends increasing training and continuing education for inseminators and strengthening technical support from local governments to optimize the AI program. These findings are expected to be a reference in designing strategies to increase livestock productivity based on improving the quality of human resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang implementasi learning culture di Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai (DJBC), Kementerian Keuangan, dengan fokus khusus pada Kantor Bea dan Cukai Kediri sebagai bagian dari upaya mewujudkan visi, misi, dan tujuan strategis organisasi. Learning Culture, yang diimplementasikan melalui Learning Organization (LO), bertujuan untuk meningkatkan budaya belajar (learning culture) bagi pegawai DJBC, meningkatnya kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) menjadi kompeten, andal, dan akuntabel, serta dapat menyelesaikan tugas secara efektif dan efisien, serta meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dalam mencapai visi, misi, dan sasaran strategis DJBC. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan lokasi penelitian di Kantor Bea dan Cukai Kediri. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei hingga Juli 2025. Sumber data terdiri dari dua macam yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Informan penelitian sebanyak tujuh orang dari pegawai Bea dan Cukai Kediri dengan jabatan yang berbeda-beda. Pengecekan keabsahan data antara lain uji kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah implementasi dan dampak learning culture masih terbatas, terutama disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran diri dan disiplin pegawai dalam melakukan pembelajaran secara mandiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the impact of structural and technical training, motivation and planning and organization for the performance of police members at the Police Station of the Resor Tulungagung or POLRES Tulungagung in the Tulungagung District. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. With a population of police officers Tulungagungang with a sample of 90 responders. Data collection method using questionnaire, field observation and literature method. While data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that special training is structural and technical, motivation, planning and organization for member performance. It is supported by the result of r square or coefficient determination (kd ) shows 99.7 % so interpreted if variable x1 (structural and technical), x2 (motivation ) and x3 (planning and organizing capabilities) have a contribution of 99.7 % to variable y (member performance ) and 0.3 % are influenced by other factors other than variable x.
