Abstract

To compete and flourish in accomplishing company goals in the Industrial Revolution 4.0, a more sophisticated and fast-developing world, organizations must increase the quality and quantity of human resources. The organization must always be serious about developing high-quality human resources. This research analyzes transformational work discipline, leadership style, and employee performance based on 21st century global citizens limited company. The research was held at Pratama Abadi Industri Limited Company. The method used is a quantitative survey with a sample of 70 respondents. The results of multiple regression show that the leadership style has a positive and substantial link, affecting employee performance in part. This demonstrates that the leadership style is the most important factor to consider when evaluating the performance of employees in a limited company, Pratama Abadi Industri.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim to test and analyze “The Effect of Leadership Style and Dicipline Work on Employee Performance in PT. Agung Rahardja Manunggal Yudha”. The analytical methods used include the validity test, the reliability test with the classic assumption test, multiple linear alaysis, and the coefficient of determination analysis to test and prove the hypothesis. The method of data collection in this study was done by distributing quesionnaires to 60 respondens. The research method used is an associative quantitative method using primary and secondary data. In this research, leadership style has a positive and significant effect agains employee performance. This can be seen from the value of tcount = 7,029 which is bigger than ttable = 2,003 or (7,029> 2,003) and the value of sig = 0,000 is smaller than = 0,05 or (0,000 < 0,05). Discipline work has no positive effect and non significant effect against employee performance. This can be seen from the value of tcount = 1,458 which is smaller than ttable = 2,003 or (1,458 < 2,003) and the value of sig = 0,150 is bigger than 0,05 or (0,150 < 0,05). Leadership and discipline work together have a positive and significant effect against employee performance. This can be proven from the value of Fcount = 108,309 which is bigger than Ftable = 3, 16 or (108,309 > 3, 16), and the value of sig = 0.000 is smaller than = 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). The result of this study, it can be proven that leadership style has a positive and significant effect against employee performance, while discipline work have no positive effect and non significant effect against employee performance, also leadership style and discipline work simultaneously have a positive and significant effect against employee performance. Abstract

Abstract : The COVID-19 pandemic has changed consumer behavior, making loyalty a key factor for businesses looking to thrive in the post-pandemic era. This study explores the application of Islamic principles in building consumer loyalty through servicescape, social media marketing, and product quality. The objective is to examine how these elements, when aligned with Islamic ethics, can enhance consumer trust and loyalty. A mixed-methods approach was used, combining quantitative surveys distributed to consumers across various industries with qualitative interviews to gain deeper insights into consumer perceptions and experiences. The quantitative data were analyzed using regression and correlation techniques to determine the impact of servicescape, social media marketing, and product quality on consumer loyalty. The qualitative data were analyzed thematically to understand consumer attitudes and preferences more comprehensively. The results indicate that each of the three factors plays a significant role in fostering loyalty, with servicescape and product quality having the most pronounced effect. Additionally, the study highlights that ethical marketing, rooted in honesty and fairness as per Islamic principles, enhances the overall consumer experience, leading to stronger long-term loyalty. This research contributes to understanding the integration of Islamic business ethics in contemporary marketing practices, providing valuable insights for businesses seeking to build lasting consumer relationships in the post-pandemic market.Abstrak : Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengubah perilaku konsumen, menjadikan loyalitas sebagai faktor kunci bagi bisnis yang ingin berkembang di era pasca-pandemi. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam membangun loyalitas konsumen melalui servicescape, pemasaran media sosial, dan kualitas produk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana elemen-elemen tersebut, ketika diselaraskan dengan etika Islam, dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen. Pendekatan mixed-methods digunakan, menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif berupa survei yang disebarkan kepada konsumen di berbagai industri, dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara untuk mendapatkan wawasan yang lebih mendalam mengenai persepsi dan pengalaman konsumen. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi dan korelasi untuk menentukan pengaruh servicescape, pemasaran media sosial, dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Data kualitatif dianalisis secara tematik untuk memahami sikap dan preferensi konsumen dengan lebih komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketiga faktor tersebut berperan dalam membangun loyalitas, dengan servicescape dan kualitas produk memberikan pengaruh yang paling besar. Penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa pemasaran yang etis berakar pada kejujuran dan keadilan sesuai dengan prinsip Islam, meningkatkan pengalaman konsumen secara keseluruhan, mengarah pada loyalitas jangka panjang. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami integrasi etika bisnis Islam dalam praktik pemasaran kontemporer, serta memberikan wawasan berharga bagi perusahaan yang ingin membangun hubungan konsumen yang langgeng di pasar pasca-pandemi.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of competence and leadership on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable in PT. Mitra Prima Utama.The method in this study uses an associative method with a quantitative research approach. Meanwhile, the number of samples used was 52 respondents, using saturated samples for the sampling method. The analysis method used is SEM-PLS.The results of the study are (1) competence has a significant effect on work motivation, (2) leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, (3) competence has a significant effect on employee performance, (4) leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, (5) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, (6) competence has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, and (7) leadership has a significant effect on performance employees through work motivation.Keywords: Competence, Leadership, Performance, and Work Motivation

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap mutu sekolah. 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan guru terhadap mutu sekolah. 3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan guru terhadap kinerja guru. 4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah. 5) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan mutu sekolah sebagai variabel mediasi. 6) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan mutu sekolah sebagai variabel mediasi. Abstract

Community Midwifery Practice for 19 days presented by Midwifery Students-Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta 3 in the neighborhood of RT 011 RW 05 Malaka Sari Village - Duren Sawit District - East Jakarta. The main problem of this research is how the Authority for Public Services in Family Planning in RT 011 RW 05, Malaka Sari Village, Islamic Law Perspective in several sub-problems, namely: 1). What is the authority of public services for Family Planning and Women's Empowerment in RT 011 RW 05 Malaka Sari Village 2). What is the Islamic Law review of the authority for public services for Family Planning and Women's Empowerment in RT 011 RW 05, Malaka Sari Village? We used Qualitative Field Research or field research using a juridical approach and a sharia approach in implementing Public Services and Women's Empowerment in the RT 011 RW 05 Kelurahan Malaka Sari, East Jakarta. The results of the research show that Community Midwifery Practices by Midwifery Students at the Ministry of Health Jakarta 3 Health Polytechnic on Family Planning and Women's Empowerment in collaboration with the Community Association organization RT 011 RW 05, Malaka Sari Village, East Jakarta, such as information center services and counseling for adolescent and maternal reproductive health. The public service authority carried out by the Head of RT 011 RW 05, Malaka Sari Village, East Jakarta together with Midwifery Students from the Ministry of Health 3 Jakarta Polytechnic on Family Planning and Women's Empowerment from an Islamic Legal Perspective brings goodness to the benefit of society and understanding the needs of women and families. Public Services for Family Planning and Women's Empowerment in the neighborhood of RT 011 RW 05 Malaka Sari Village, East Jakarta, as a social activity for the environment and community to create prosperous and happy families.

Abstract

Human resources institutions or foundations are very important things, which must have proficiency, skills, competence, and quality in carrying out their role as employees or labor. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Reward on Employee Performance at the Nurussalam Modern Islamic Boarding School Sidogede OKU East South Sumatra. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at the Modern Nurussalam Islamic Boarding School Sidogede OKU East South Sumatra. Data collection using saturated sampling distributed to 84 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and documentation with multiple regression analysis, with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style, Motivation, and Reward simultaneously affect employee performance. The Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.79 proves that Leadership Style, Motivation and Reward are 79% of the influence on employee performance. While the remaining 21%, explained by other variables outside this study. Partially, Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance of 8.195, Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance of -3.393. And Reward has a significant effect on employee performance by 2,073.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 50 karyawan PT. Andalasia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,100 < 1,678 dan signifikan 0,277 > 0,05, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 9,177>1,678 dan signifikan 0,000<0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinana dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Sustraco Adikreasi. Variabel independen yang dipergunakan merupakan Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja, sementara itu yang menjadi variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 50 responden karyawan pada PT Sustraco Adikreasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpnan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel 234 > 2,03 dan nilai tidak signifikan 0,806 < 0,05, Motivasi Kerja tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel 1,305> 2,03 dan nilai tidak signifikan 0,201 < 0,05. Secara bersama-sama Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai F hitung lebih kecil dari F tabel 1,059 > 3,28 dan nilai tidak signifikan 358 < 0,05

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tingginya volume sampah organik dari aktivitas Pasar Parung menimbulkan dampak lingkungan dan kesehatan yang signifikan, seperti bau, pencemaran air, serta potensi penyakit dari serangga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Twenty One Desa Waru, Kecamatan Parung, Kabupaten Bogor, untuk mengolah sampah organik menjadi pupuk organik berkualitas yang dapat digunakan sendiri maupun dipasarkan. Mitra, yaitu KWT Twenty One Desa Waru berjumlah 29 orang dengan latar pendidikan dasar hingga menengah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi mengenai manfaat pupuk organik dan pengolahan sampah, pelatihan praktik pembuatan pupuk menggunakan limbah sayuran dan buah dari pasar, penerapan teknologi mesin pencacah dan compost bag, serta pendampingan produksi, pengemasan, dan pemasaran produk. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan, serta uji kualitas pupuk yang dihasilkan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan peserta 32,8% atau dari rata-rata 60,7 menjadi 80, sementara 100% pupuk yang diproduksi memenuhi standar mutu. Selain itu, mitra berhasil menghasilkan pupuk siap pakai dalam jumlah rata-rata 5 compost bag per kelompok, membuka peluang ekonomi baru melalui penjualan lokal, serta mendukung keberlanjutan pertanian ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan integrasi pemberdayaan masyarakat, pengelolaan sampah, dan pengembangan usaha pertanian berbasis teknologi secara efektif.Kata kunci: pemberdayaan masyarakat; pupuk organik; sampah organik; compost bag; pengelolaan sampah.ABSTRACTThe high volume of organic waste from Pasar Parung activities poses significant environmental and health impacts, including unpleasant odors, water contamination, and potential disease transmission by insects. This community service activity aimed to enhance the capacity of the Twenty One Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Waru Village, Parung District, Bogor Regency, to process organic waste into high-quality organic fertilizer for personal use and local marketing. The group. KWT of Twenty One Waru Village consists of 29 members with elementary to secondary education backgrounds. The implementation methods included socialization on the benefits of organic fertilizer and waste management, hands-on training using vegetable and fruit waste from the market, application of chopper machines and compost bags, and mentoring on production, packaging, and marketing. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests to measure knowledge improvement, along with quality assessment of the produced fertilizer. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge scores by 32.8%, rising from an average of 60.7 to 80, while 100% of the produced fertilizer met quality standards. Furthermore, the participants successfully produced an average of five compost bags per group, creating new economic opportunities through local sales and supporting sustainable, environmentally friendly agriculture. This program effectively integrates community empowerment, waste management, and technologybased agricultural enterprise development.Keywords: community empowerment; organic fertilizer; organic waste; compost bag; waste management.
