Abstract

One of the most important roles of nurses is as a provider of nursing care that focuses on the patient's healing process and fulfilling health needs holistically. To determine the relationship between the role of nurses as caregivers and the level of patient satisfaction in the inpatient room at Baladhika Husada Hospital, Jember. Quantitative descriptive research design with cross-sectional method. The population in this study were inpatients at Baladhika Husada Hospital Jember during September – November 2023 with a population of 327 patients. The sample used in this study was 85 inpatients. The sampling technique uses Quota Sampling. The results of research on the level of patient satisfaction showed that 91.8% were very satisfied, 3.5% satisfied, 4.7% dissatisfied.  The results of research using the Spearman Rho Rank test (α = 0.05) show that there is a significant relationship between the role of nurses as caregivers and the level of patient satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant relationship between the role of nurses as caregivers and the level of patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Pembangunan desa dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan, strategi pembangunan perlu dibangun berdasarkan analisis data, yang membutuhkan tingkat digitalisasi tertentu. Tidak dapat dihindari, Kepala Desa Dayeuhkolot di Kabupaten Subang menyatakan mereka berjuang untuk memenuhi beberapa situs web atau aplikasi untuk menyelesaikan permintaan data dari banyak kementerian. Oleh karena itu, literasi digitalisasi data diperlukan agar mereka dapat secara efisien memenuhi tuntutan pemerintah. Selain itu, masyarakat desa memiliki sifat yang menarik yaitu kesenjangan digital. Mereka memiliki kesenjangan yang cukup besar dalam keterampilan digital antara individu karena berbagai tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan akses ke komputer. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk mengeksplorasi penerimaan pelatihan digitalisasi data untuk masyarakat pedesaan melalui dua metode pembelajaran yaitu pelatihan tradisional dengan ceramah dan pelatihan langsung dengan tutorial komputer. Ada 24 peserta di Desa Dayeuhkolot, yang terdiri dari aparat pemerintah desa dan agen. Metode analisis dengan dua rata-rata sampel yang saling bebas digunakan untuk melihat kelompok mana yang terbaik. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan langsung lebih baik daripada ceramah tradisional dalam pelatihan digitalisasi data untuk masyarakat pedesaan. Dari variansnya, terlihat bahwa pelatihan langsung membantu mengatasi masalah kesenjangan digital dibandingkan dengan pelatihan tradisional.

Abstract

Human resource management cannot be separated from the employee factor which is expected to be able to perform as best as possible to achieve organizational goals. To achieve organizational goals effectively, of course, quality human resources (workforce) are needed in their fields. This research aims to find out and analyze how to optimize performance by focusing on the suitability of work placement, work environment, and work performance assessment both simultaneously and partially. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population and sample in this study include all employees of Toko Cell Mojokerto totaling 45 people. The data analysis methods used in this study are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, t-test and F tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results of this study show that there is a partial and simultaneous influence between the variables of suitability of work placement, work environment, and achievement assessment on employee performance at the Mojokerto Cell Store

Abstract

The Secretariat of the Tulungagung Regency DPRD as a regional apparatus organization that is at the forefront in serving the community, requires quality human resources, professional, innovative, creative and responsive to community aspirations and responsible in handling various problems. This study aims to: (1) To determine and analyze the influence of organizational development on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. (2) To determine and analyze the influence of discipline on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. (3) To determine and analyze the influence of work ethic on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. (4) To determine and analyze the influence of competency development, discipline, and work ethic on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. (5) To determine and analyze the influence of competency development, discipline, and work ethic variables that have the most dominant influence on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. This study uses a quantitative analysis method, namely analysis of data that has been scored according to the measurement scale that has been determined using statistical formulas. The analysis used is for data in the form of numbers. While the data analysis method uses: (1) Descriptive Statistical Analysis, (2) Verification Analysis, (3) Classical Assumption Test, (4) Multiple Regression Analysis, (5) Hypothesis Testing, and (6) Determination Coefficient Analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Competency development has a significant influence on Improving ASN Performance at the Tulungagung Regency DPRD Secretariat. (2) Discipline has a significant influence on Improving ASN Performance at the Tulungagung Regency DPRD Secretariat. (3) Work ethic has a significant influence on Improving ASN Performance at the Tulungagung Regency DPRD Secretariat. (4) Competency development, discipline, and work ethic have a significant influence on Improving ASN Performance at the Tulungagung Regency DPRD Secretariat. (5) Discipline has the most dominant influence on improving ASN performance at the Tulungagung Regency DPRD Secretariat.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of agile leadership and employee engagement on performance within a hybrid workforce, specifically focusing on freelance workers on the Upwork platform. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 50 freelancers through online questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS for path analysis. The findings reveal significant positive relationships: agile leadership positively influences the effectiveness of the hybrid work model, which in turn enhances performance. Additionally, employee engagement was found to significantly impact performance through its contribution to the hybrid work model's effectiveness. These results underscore the importance of agile leadership and employee engagement in optimizing performance in hybrid work settings. The study provides valuable insights for organizations aiming to foster a productive and collaborative environment among freelance workers, highlighting the need for leaders to adapt their practices to meet the unique challenges of the hybrid workforce.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with a non-experimental correlational survey approach, aimed at developing and testing a theory about the influence of various factors on student academic success with academic culture as a mediator. The research population was class 8 C (PMSR) at the Faculty of Economics, Mayjen Sungkono University, Mojokerto, totaling 41 people. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured the quality of mentoring, materials, methods, student participation, institutional support, evaluation and feedback, learning environment, academic culture, and academic success using a Likert scale. Data analysis used SmartPLS version 4.1.0.2 via Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results show that the quality of mentoring, mentoring methods, and institutional support significantly improve students' academic achievement with academic culture as an important mediator.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of company attractiveness, reputation and online recruitment on interest in applying for work using the Tik-Tok application. The population used is GENERATION Y AND Z Muslims aged between 15 and 41 years who use the Tik-Tok application. From the results of these calculations, a sample of 96 people were obtained as respondents. The research was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis tests. Based on the test results, it can be concluded: Company attractiveness has a positive influence on interest in applying for work, company reputation has a positive influence on interest in applying for work, online recruitment has a positive influence on interest in applying for work.

Abstract

This test aims to find out how much influence Workload, Work-Life Balance, and Total Quality Management have on work effectiveness. The research was conducted on 95 employees of PT. X in Sidoarjo. The type of data used in this research is primary data in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis carried out in this research used quantitative methods so that the data in the form of numbers was processed using statistical methods in the SPSS 23 program. The test results stated that each Workload, Work-Life Balance, and Total Quality Management variable significantly influenced Work Effectiveness.  Then, this research shows that the impact of workload variables, work-life balance, and total quality management simultaneously significantly influences the work effectiveness variable

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem kontrak, target produksi, dan pendekatan Lean workplace terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di industri manufaktur. Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif-eksploratif dan explanatory research. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket dari 78 responden yang dipilih melalui rumus Slovin dengan toleransi 0,01. Data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal, buku, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, serta uji koefisien determinasi (R²) dengan bantuan software SPSS V.26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem kontrak, target produksi, dan pendekatan lean workplace berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Pendekatan Lean workplace sebagai faktor paling dominan, namun memiliki dampak negatif terhadap produktivitas jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Meskipun strategi efisiensi kerja dapat meningkatkan output dalam jangka pendek, tekanan kerja yang berlebihan dan ketidakstabilan sistem kerja dapat menurunkan motivasi dan kesejahteraan karyawan, sehingga berdampak negatif dalam jangka panjang. Di sisi lain, target produksi yang terukur dan sistem kontrak yang adil berkontribusi positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan ketika kebijakan dirancang secara seimbang antara tuntutan organisasi dan kesejahteraan tenaga kerja. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih holistik agar efisiensi operasional tetap seimbang dengan kesejahteraan tenaga kerja guna memastikan produktivitas yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Semua perusahaan go public diwajibkan untuk menyampaikan laporan keuangan yang disusun sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan dan telah diaudit oleh akuntan publik yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap timelines melalui Good Corporate Government Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Perbankan yang dipublikasikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan sampel sebanyak 23 perusahaan perbankan dari tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) Masing – masing hipotesis tersebut dianalisis menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0 untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka disimpulkan hal sebagai berikut : Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Good Corporate Government dengan mendapatkan dukungan arah pengaruh yang positif di dalam penelitian ini. Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Good Corporate Government dengan mendapatkan dukungan arah pengaruh yang positif dalam penelitian ini. Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Timeliness dengan mendapatkan dukungan arah pengaruh yang positif di dalam penelitian ini.Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Timeline” dengan mendapatkan dukungan arah pengaruh yang negatif di dalam penelitian ini.
