Abstract

This study intends to ascertain the impact of organizational culture and work motivation on the productivity of Karawang Regency's Population Control and Family Planning Office staff. The population and family planning office of the Karawang Regency provided 41 respondents for the saturated sample, which was created using a non-probability sampling technique. The primary data used was collected directly from the respondents and went through analysis and processing. Data processing using SmartPLS 3.0 software's Path analysis (Path analysis) tools. Using the SmartPLS 3.0 Software, the following tests were run: convergent validity test, discriminant validity test, reliability test, t-statistic test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test, and effect size test. The research's findings are: 1. Organizational culture and work motivation are strongly and favorably correlated. 2. Work motivation has a limited impact on employee performance. 3. Organizational culture has a limited impact on worker performance. 4. Both company culture and work motivation have an impact on employees' performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effect of fintech, number of directors, profitability, GDP and bank size on the stability of banks listed on the IDX using a modified Altman Z- Score formula. The sample in this study is 40 banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2021 period. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach and panel data regression analysis and uses REM as the best model after passing the Hausman Test. The results of the study show that together or simultaneously there is a significant influence from fintech, number of directors, profitability, gross domestic product (GDP) and bank size on banking stability and segmentally or partially there are 2 variables that have a positive influence on banking stability namely fintech (X1) with the results of t count > t table, namely 4.480633 > 1.975092073 and gross domestic product (GDP) (X4)with the results of t count > t table, namely 2.236197 > 1.975092073. While the other three variables partially have a negative effect on bankingstability, namely the number of directors (X2) with the results of t count < t table, namely 0.687293 < 1.975092073, profitability (X3) with the resultsof t count < t table, namely 1.432645 < 1 .975092073 and bank size (X5) with the results of t count < t table, namely 0.600556 < 1.975092073.

Abstract

Globalisasi telah menciptakan peluang bisnis yang berkembang di seluruh dunia. Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin terhubung ini, komunikasi antar budaya menjadi sangat penting. Perbedaan budaya yang meliputi bahasa, nilai, norma, dan kepercayaan mempengaruhi cara orang berinteraksi dan berbisnis. Artikel ini akan membahas tentang latar belakang dan pentingnya komunikasi bisnis antar budaya di era globalisasi. Studi ini menganalisis dampak globalisasi terhadap bisnis dan mengidentifikasi tantangan komunikasi antar budaya yang dihadapi organisasi. Selanjutnya, artikel ini membahas manfaat mengembangkan kompetensi dan strategi komunikasi antar budaya yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi yang efektif antar budaya yang berbeda.

Abstract

One of the shops that uses Instagram as a marketing medium is the online shop Grosirolshop.id which sells goods such as clothing, accessories, headscarves, shoes, bags, makeup tools. One of the features used to introduce their product is only through a short photo/video that is uploaded, which gets a positive response from potential customers. From this presentation, this study aims to find out how digital marketing marketing communication is through Instagram media used by the owner of the Grosirolshop.id online shop. The research method in conducting this research is a qualitative method. The results show that marketing communications are carried out through Instagram media used by the owner of the Grosirolshop.id online shop through promotion on the Instagram application. Of the various Instagram built-in support features, the features most frequently used are the Instastory photo upload feature and Story Highlights. In the instastory feature, Grosirolshop.id uses it to inform the latest products and store situations every day. Meanwhile, for uploading photos, Grosirolshop.id uses it to post new products with an attractive layout. Highlights Story is used to provide important information such as how to order online, store location instructions, shopee address and more. The features used are felt to be very effective and helpful in the promotion process of Grosirolshop.id products, because they can convey direct messages to consumers .

Abstract

This research is a scientific study on the determination of specific economic growth for the Sumatra Island region of Indonesia. The modeling is arranged in the economic equation of four sectors. This research method uses quantitative methods with panel data regression analysis tools for the research data series for the period 2015-2019. The results of the study explain that consumption, investment, and government spending affect the economic growth of Sumatra Island. In addition, exports and imports do not affect the economic growth of Sumatra Island. The economic growth of Sumatra Island is currently feeling the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This condition requires the island of Sumatra to continue to carry out social and economic activities. The community is expected to be able to adapt to the new normal life (new normal). The impact of the new normal is now beginning to be felt, which can bring back an economy that previously experienced a decline in economic growth. During the new normal period, it is hoped that the economic activities of these four sectors can revive, including consumption, investment, government spending, exports,and imports.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Islamic work ethic as a mediating effect of compensation, career development, on the performance of Islamic bank employees in Riau province. In order to face competition, Islamic banking needs to develop human resources who have skills so they can be relied on.This research uses the Structure Equation Model (SEM) by analyzing the facts that have occurred. In this study, primary data were collected using a questionnaire with a total of 288 respondents. Respondents in this study were employees of Islamic Commercial Banks in Riau Province, namely BSI, Bank Muammalat, Bank BTPN Syariah, Bank BTN Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah.This study yielded interesting findings, including the first: Compensation has a positive effect on the performance of Islamic bank employees in Riau. Furthermore, career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Islamic bank employees, compensation through an Islamic work ethic has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Islamic bank employees in Riau. Career Development through Islamic work ethic has no effect on the performance of Islamic bank employees in Riau.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions for bottled water products at PT Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi (Yeh Buleleng). A qualitative approach is used in this research. Data collection was carried out in this study using a technique in the form of a questionnaire with a measuring instrument in the form of a Likert scale with intervals of 1 to 5 where all 75 shops were selected as respondents selling products (Yeh Buleleng) in Singaraja. Determination of the sample of respondents in this study using non-probability sampling and the method used in this sampling is purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using SPSS which included multiple linear regression analysis, normality analysis, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, coefficient of determination test, simultaneous F-test, and T-test, with a significance level of 5%. All relationships in the research studied showed positive and significant results related to product quality, brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions. Thus it can be concluded that (1) the better the quality of the product, the higher the decision to purchase water at PT. Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi (Yeh Buleleng) (2) the better the brand image of the product, the higher the decision to purchase water at PT. Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi (Yeh Buleleng) (3) the better the service quality, the higher the decision to buy water at PT. Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi (Yeh Buleleng).

Abstract

This study aims to find out more about marketing communication strategies in promoting Rani Creative House knitting products as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in promoting Rani Creative House knitting products. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data obtained from the results of interviews and documentation. The theory used is integrated marketing communication (integrated marketing communication). The results show that in promoting their products, Rumah Kreatif Rani carries out a communication process by implementing a communication strategy that includes communication components, namely sources, messages, media, recipients, effects and feedback. In addition, Rani Creative House also uses the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) theory which shows that advertising activities (advertising), direct marketing and sales promotion are effective and efficient marketing communication activities for Rani Creative House in promoting products. Some of the activities carried out by Rani Creative House in promoting their products are taking product photos, using social media WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram as promotional media and giving discounts to consumers. Factors supporting Rani Creative House in promoting its knitting products are affordable promotional costs, easy internet access, and a broad target market. While the inhibiting factors are the limited staff to take product photos, limited staff to promote and store locations that are difficult to reach are taking product photos, using social media WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram as promotional media and giving discounts to consumers. Factors supporting Rani Creative House in promoting its knitting products are affordable promotional costs, easy internet access, and a broad target market. While the inhibiting factors are limited personnel to take product photos, limited personnel to promote and store locations that are difficult to reach are taking product photos, using social media WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram as promotional media and giving discounts to consumers. Abstract

Dumai City Hospital activities center on community satisfaction. Improving the quality of health services is accomplished by enhancing the elements whose goal is to promote patient satisfaction. Several issues were discovered throughout its deployment, which became essential notes in carrying out its community activities. As a result, the purpose of this research is to examine service implementation, community satisfaction, and the effect of service on community satisfaction at the Dumai City Hospital. The study used a quantitative technique with 164 respondents and data analysis, especially descriptive statistics. The study's findings revealed that there was an impact of service on community satisfaction at the Dumai City Hospital. The advice given is to enhance the guaranteed waiting time for services that will be provided to patients, particularly in the acts of doctors at the Outpatient Polyclinic, in order to prevent complaints from the public due to the long wait to be serviced by a doctor. Furthermore, continue to enhance the skills of all staff so that they can better serve the community.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Matahari Department Store Arion Mall has ups and downs in its development, employees are required to work harder and smarter to be able to increase company sales. This company annually conducts a Performance Appraisal to assess the performance of its employees. The condition in 2023 recorded 98.5% of its employees obtained results less than expectations. The average tenure of employees in this store is >5 years, generally employees with a long tenure have good loyalty and can make a positive contribution. Generally, the most gender is female, because the company is engaged in retail that sells fashion products, so they tend to hire women because of their neatness and character. While the most age is classified as mature, in this age range often has more work experience, so it is assumed that it can contribute effectively. The population of this study are employees at Matahari Department Store Arion Mall, namely grade 1 permanent employees as many as 67 people, so the sampling technique uses saturated samples. This study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale for data collection and quantitative analysis using the SPSS version 25 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that although tenure has no effect on employee performance, other variables such as loyalty, gender, and age have a positive and significant effect.
