Abstract

Di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital, penelitian ini mengungkap peran vital Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan Kualitas Produk dalam membentuk Pengalaman Pelanggan dan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian pada pengguna Wifi Iconnet di PT. Iconnet Plus. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, studi ini melibatkan 105 responden berusia 20-40 tahun di Kota Kupang, yang dipilih melalui teknik Accidental Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.0. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik CRM maupun Kualitas Produk memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Experience, yang berfungsi sebagai mediator penting dalam keputusan pembelian. Hasil ini menyoroti bahwa pengalaman pelanggan bukan hanya sekadar hasil, tetapi juga kunci dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan PT. Iconnet Plus untuk lebih fokus pada penguatan CRM dan peningkatan Kualitas Produk guna memaksimalkan keputusan pembelian, sekaligus memperkaya pengalaman pelanggan di era digital yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

In Indonesia Shopee is one of the largest E-commerce platforms that makes it easy for users to access various products from various brands. Factors such as perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, and trust attached to shopee become a positive image and improve purchasing decisions in shopee e-commerce. These factors, it is expected to find an effective strategy according to Islamic Business Principles, which is not only economically beneficial but also provides broader social benefits. this study is to determine the perception of ease of Use, perception of benefits, and confidence in purchasing decisions, as well as how the view of Islamic Business. The paradigm of this study using positivistic (quantitative) with a descriptive approach. The test Data is primary data. The population used in this study is Gen Z Shopee application users in Bandar Lampung City with a total sample of 100 respondents with SmartPLS Analysis tool version 4. The results show that the perception of user convenience, perception of benefits and Trust have a significant positive effect on Shopee's e-commerce purchasing decisions. Islamic business principles not only improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction but also ensure that business operations remain ethical and in accordance with Islamic teachings this will build long-term trust between the company and customers which is the core of sustainable business success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak teknologi informasi dan pengetahuan investasi terhadap minat investasi di pasar modal dari mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Data primer menjadi sumber data dalam studi ini yang didapatkan berdasarkan angket yang didistribusikan kepada yang berjumlah 86 mahasiswa. Informasi yang terhimpun kemudian dianalisiamemakai pendekatan regresi linier berganda gunamengidentifikasi relasi serta pengaruh antarvariabel dalam penelitian. Temuan atas studi ini adalah bahwasanya pengetahuan investasi serta teknologi informasi dengan signifikan serta positif memengaruhi minat investasi mahasiswa.

Abstract

One of the goals of the state in carrying out development is to realize social welfare. However, in the development process, there are still problems faced, one of which is the issue of poverty. Poverty is defined as a person's inability to meet the basic needs of life. It is also still a problem in Indonesia because, in the last 5 years (2018-2022), the poverty rate has fluctuated every year and in every province, with the highest poverty occurring in 2021. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social assistance, education level, and the open unemployment rate. In this study, the sample determination method utilized the purposive sampling technique. The sample spans the last 5 years, namely 2018-2022, from data on the poor population, data on the realization of the APBD subsection of social assistance spending, data on the average length of schooling, and data on the open unemployment rate from 34 provinces in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression analysis with Eviews 13 software. Based on the results of the study, it is stated that social assistance has a positive and significant effect on poverty in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022. The level of education has a negative and insignificant effect on poverty in Indonesia during the same period. The open unemployment rate has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022. Meanwhile, social assistance, education level, and the open unemployment rate simultaneously affect poverty in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic literacy on entrepreneurial motivation. To determine the effect of economic literacy and entrepreneurial motivation on students' entrepreneurial interest partially. To determine the effect of economic literacy on students' entrepreneurial interest through entrepreneurial motivation in FEB students of Harapan University Medan. The population in this study was 338 FEB students of Harapan University Medan and using the Arikunto formula of 30%, a sample of 198 people was obtained. The results of the study indicate that economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship, economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial motivation does not mediate the effect of economic literacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

HR Analytics has become a strategic tool in Human Resource Management (HRM), enabling organizations to make data-driven decisions that enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency. This study aims to analyze the impact of HR Analytics implementation on decision-making in HRM, considering both supporting and inhibiting factors of its implementation. The research uses a quantitative approach, surveying HR professionals across various industries. The findings show that the application of HR Analytics significantly contributes to improving decision-making accuracy, particularly in recruitment, performance management, and employee retention. However, challenges such as limited data literacy, technological infrastructure, and resistance to change remain key barriers to the optimal use of HR Analytics. The study provides implications for organizations to invest more in developing HR analytical competencies and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture. These findings align with the hypothesis that HR Analytics has a positive impact on decision-making and that HR analytical competence strengthens this relationship, while resistance to change weakens its effectiveness. Ultimately, organizations can maximize the benefits of HR Analytics by enhancing analytical skills and minimizing resistance to change.

Abstract

Sistem informasi pengadaan barang/jasa berbasis web berperan penting dalam meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas dalam proses pengadaan di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM). Namun, implementasi sistem ini sering menghadapi tantangan terkait fungsionalitas, keandalan, efisiensi, dan pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja sistem informasi pengadaan barang/jasa berbasis web di PDAM Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor berdasarkan lima aspek utama: kegunaan (usability), fungsionalitas (functionality), efisiensi (efficiency), keandalan (reliability), dan pemeliharaan (maintainability). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei pengguna dan pengujian sistem menggunakan berbagai alat evaluasi, seperti System Usability Scale (SUS), Skala Gutman, GTMetrix, WAPT, dan PHPMetrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat fungsionalitas sangat baik (100%), efisiensi dengan skor C (79), keandalan tinggi (100%), dan indeks pemeliharaan yang mendekati tinggi (82,85). Aspek kegunaan mendapatkan skor SUS 79, yang dikategorikan baik. Meskipun sistem telah menunjukkan kinerja yang cukup baik, masih terdapat ruang untuk peningkatan, khususnya dalam efisiensi dan pemeliharaan. Pengembangan lebih lanjut dapat mencakup integrasi dengan e-Budgeting dan e-Payment untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses pengadaan di PDAM.

Abstract

The Manado City Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) is a local government agency in Manado City, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia which is tasked with managing and optimising Manado City's own-source revenue (PAD). The purpose of the study, namely to determine and analyse the calculation and contribution of restaurant tax and hotel tax to Manado City's local revenue in 2021-2023. The research method used is qualitative method. The data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, literature studies, and the internet, the data analysis used in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely analysing, describing, and summarizing the data obtained, namely the target data and the realization of local revenue, local taxes (restaurant tax and hotel tax), in this study researchers used calculation analysis and contribution analysis to obtain relevant and accurate results. The results showed that the effectiveness analysis of restaurant tax from 2021-2023 averaged 105.9% with very effective criteria while hotel tax from 2021-2023 averaged 68% with less effective criteria. Analysis of the contribution of restaurant tax from 2021-2023 averaged 28.97% with moderate criteria and also analysis of hotel tax contributions from 2021-2023 averaged 9.3% with very poor criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work environment has on the work stress of netting employees at PT Indoneptune Manufacturing. This research uses an associative quantitative approach by conducting a survey to the field. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT Indoneptune Manufacturing. Work environment affects work stress. That respondents are responding to the current working environment in the company to create a more comfortable working environment.. The research uses the production section as the research sample. This study uses production employees as a sample to examine the effect of work environment on work stress. The researcher found that employees often leave due to illness, which is an indicator of work stress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menguji anteseden brand loyalty masyarakat terhadap penerapan layanan tiga rumah sakit berbasis syariah RSUI Klaten, RSUI Cawas dan RSUI Boyolali sehingga dapat ditentukan strategi pemasaran tepat untuk meningkatkan animo masyarakat mempercayai mutu sajian layanan rumah sakit berbasis syariah. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif uji statistik multivariat regresi korelasi. Kebaruan riset memadukan konsep keunggulan bersaing kinerja mutu layanan kesehatan syariah melalui pengaruh Brand Knowledge Islamic Awareness, Brand Knowledge Islamic Cognitive, Brand Trust terhadap Brand Loyalty. Populasi penelitian seluruh masyarakat Klaten yang telah memakai jasa layanan di tiga RSUI. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 36 responden. Tahap akhir penelitian terbentuk model dimana ketiga variabel bebas mampu memengaruhi signifikan brand loyalty dengan brand trust memiliki pengaruh paling dominan. Pihak pengelola RSUI harus mampu terus meningkatkan mutu layanan sehingga semakin kuat brand loyalty masyarakat. Kesemuanya bermuara pada tercipta daya saing masing-masing rumah sakit menjadi RS unggulan untuk menyongsong era pencapaian SDGs melalui daya saing optimal sektor kesehatan di tahun 2045
