Abstract

Riset ini dilakukan untuk menelusuri sejauh mana dinamika konsep Pendidikan Profetik bagi anak yang pernah mencapai keberhasilan periode Islam klasik, sejak era Islam awal (shadr al-Islâm) hingga runtuhnya dinasti Abbasiyah, namun terjadi tarik menarik antara dua kutub. Di satu kutub, teologi Iqra’ merupakan basis ideologi pendidikan dinilai statis berdasarkan penafsiran lafal iqra’ pada Q.S. al-‘Alaq sebagai perintah membaca, namun ketercapaian hasilnya dikembalikan pada kekuasaan mutlak Allah (amr takwînî).  Di kutub lain, teologi Iqra’ bersifat dinamis karena mengandung perintah yang membebankan agar berusaha dengan keras untuk mencapai hasil maksimal (amr taklîfî). Untuk menangani masalah riset ini, periset menggunakan metode analisis data induktif, pendekatan historis dan teori politik kenabian di dalam kajian sunnah tasyrî’iyah dan non tasyrî’iyah untuk mengonfirmasi relasi antara teologi iqra’ dan politik kenabian dalam dinamika Pendidikan Profetik. Hasil riset ini adalah pertama, Pendidikan Profetik bagi anak yang dicontohkan oleh Nabi berbasis teologi iqra’ yang bersifat dinamis; kedua, di periode Islam klasik pasca wafatnya Nabi saw hingga runtuhnya dinasti Abbasiyyah telah terjadi persinggungan antara teologi Iqra’ dan Politik yang melahirkan Dinamika Pendidikan Profetik.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Law No 14/2005 on Teachers and Lecturers in improving the quality of education in Islamic education institutions in Indonesia through a literature study. The results show that the implementation of this law in Islamic education institutions varies. Some institutions have successfully adopted and implemented it well, while others face various obstacles, including budget limitations, lack of understanding of the law and variations in the quality of management. In institutions that have successfully implemented it, there have been improvements in the quality of education, the motivation and welfare of teachers and lecturers, and consistency in teaching. Support from the government and relevant agencies is essential to improve the implementation of this law, through budget assistance, ongoing training programmes, and socialisation and education about the law. Management capacity building in Islamic education institutions and improving the welfare of teachers and lecturers are also important factors in supporting the successful implementation of this law. This study concludes that the Teachers and Lecturers Law has great potential to improve the quality of education in Islamic education institutions but its success depends on various supporting factors. Further research is needed to evaluate the long-term impact and broaden the focus of the study to get a more comprehensive picture.

Abstract

Pengenalan huruf hijaiyah merupakan suatu proses stimulasi yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam menstimulasi perkembangan bahasa dan nilai agama pada Anak Usia dini. Huruf Hijaiyah bagi orang islam menjadi kebutuhan dasar dalam memahami kedua pedoman hidup yaitu Al Quran dan hadits. Namun terdapat keterbatasan media dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia dalam mengenalkan huruf hijaiyah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media video visual dalam pengenalan huruf hijaiyah pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuanttitatif eksperimen terhadap 50 sample anak usia 4-5 tahun yang diperoleh melalui tehnik random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan dan menghitungnya menggunakan spss type 25,0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tiga data yaitu, jika dilihat dari nilai “paired sample test, tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan karena nilai t hitung kurang dari t table, kemudian jika dilihat dari hasil “indenpenden test, adanya pengaruh yang signifikan karena sig ( 2-tailend) kurang dari 0,005, selain itu dilihat dari peningkatan hasil pre-tes ke post-tes atau disebut dengan gain adanya peningkatan yng signifikan terbukti dengan hasil nilai gain 30,16 untuk kelas eksperimen dan 16,12 untuk kelas control. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media video visual memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengenalan huruf hijaiyah pada anak.

Abstract

The concepts of "masyiatu Allah" (the will of Allah) and "masyiatu al-‘ibad" (the will of humans) are significant topics that have long been discussed and debated among theological schools such as Jabariyah, Qadariyah, and Ahlus Sunnah. Each school has its own differing opinions. This issue needs to be re-examined in relation to the implications of these differing opinions on the concept of education in Islam. This study is particularly important for Muslims who adhere to the Ahlus Sunnah creed, so that in understanding the educational process, they do not deviate from the Ahlus Sunnah understanding, or even adopt the understanding of Jabariyah and Qadariyah. This research aims to delve deeper into the concepts of "masyiatu Allah" and "masyiatu al-‘ibad" in the Islamic educational process from a theological perspective. This will be clarified through a comparison between the theological perspectives of the Jabariyah, Qadariyah, and Ahlus Sunnah schools. The method used in this research is qualitative, with a library research type (bahtsun maktabiy) using a descriptive analysis approach (dirasah washfiyah). The results of this study show that the Jabariyah school denies the will of humans (masyiatu al-‘ibad) in the educational process. Conversely, the Qadariyah school denies the will of Allah (masyiatu Allah) in the educational process. Meanwhile, Ahlus Sunnah does not deny either of them; Ahlus Sunnah believes that both have their respective roles in the educational process. Thus, education in Islam must be able to direct students so that their will aligns with what is willed by Allah -ta’ala-.

Abstract

It is necessary to study the theological theme of Al-Ma'un because of its developmentMustadh'afin are not only those who are orphans but those who are oppressed socially, structurally and culturally. The article aims to provide further explanation regarding Al-Maun theology and social improvement. This research uses qualitative methods with a library approach. After all data sources have been collected, the author conducts a literature review and reviews existing literacy sources. Results of this research: 1) In Al-Qusyairi's work, Al-Ma'uun's letter is named Ad-Diin. This may be taken as the last word at the end of the first verse of the surah, as is done with the name of surah An-Naas in the last surah in the Urdu mushaf. 2) KH. Ahmad Dahlan taught Surah al-Ma'un from the Qur'an to his students several times over a relatively long period of time. The point of this letter is that ritual worship has no meaning unless the perpetrator performs social charity. This surah even calls those who ignore orphans and do not try to eradicate poverty in society as "religious liars. In surah al-Ma'un, it is stated that as Muslims who have the ability to help orphans and the poor, we must help each other and share a little of what we have to help them overcome their difficulties.

Abstract

SMAN 3 Purwakarta is a public high school with a diverse student body, making it vulnerable to the influence of extreme ideologies. In this context, the role of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers is crucial in instilling the values of religious moderation. This study aims to: (1) understand the approaches and methods used by PAI teachers in fostering religious moderation values, and (2) identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in this process. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with subjects including three PAI teachers, the Vice Principal for Curriculum, and five upper-grade students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing.Findings indicate that religious moderation is instilled through two approaches: (1) direct educational processes, including internalizing values through guidance, advice, and motivation to uphold tolerance and good morals; and (2) indirect educational processes, such as prevention, mitigation, regulations, and sanctions to maintain a peaceful and harmonious school environment. Methods used include (a) giving advice, (b) setting a good example, (c) discipline, (d) punishment, (e) habituation, and (f) providing special attention. Supporting factors include (a) alignment of orientations between PAI teachers and other teachers, (b) supportive school policies, (c) parental support, and (d) the role of social media. Inhibiting factors include (a) lack of facilities and teachers for non-Muslim students, (b) low student interest in learning, (c) difficulty in managing students, and (d) students' lack of attention.

Abstract

This research examines strategies for increasing congregational interest in participating in religious studies at the Ash-Siddiq Mosque in Bandung City, with a focus on the problem of how to increase congregational participation in studies with general and salafi-specific themes. The aim of this research is to convey the effectiveness of the communication strategies implemented, such as the use of social media, packaging interesting and relevant study themes, as well as direct interaction through the mosque community, and identifying internal factors such as personal motivation of the congregation and external factors such as social factors that influence interest. congregation. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach with a case study method, through data collection techniques which include direct observation of lecture activities, structured interviews with mosque administrators and congregation, as well as analysis of related documents such as study schedules, activity reports, and congregation participation data. The research results show that relevant study themes, such as discussions of contemporary religious issues, have succeeded in increasing congregational interest. Social support from the mosque community, such as organizing small study groups, as well as using social media for promotion, increases congregation participation, especially from younger age groups. This strategy significantly increased the average number of congregations attending each study compared to the previous period. However, there are challenges such as limited transportation access and busy schedules. This research suggests solutions to overcome obstacles, such as adjusting study schedules more flexibly, and diversifying promotional media to reach a wider audience. These findings can be applied in other mosques by adopting social media-based communication strategies, packaging study themes that suit the needs of the congregation, and strengthening interactions through the mosque community. This approach is not only relevant for increasing congregational participation, but also provides practical guidance for mosque managers in managing religious study programs effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how the debate on the Baalwi lineage by Kyai Imaduddin can be integrated into Islamic Religious Education learning, as well as how this approach can improve teaching strategies and methods that are more relevant to the needs of students. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and historical analysis carried out through literature study, namely examining Kyai Imaduddin's written works, articles, books and historical documents related to the Ba'alwi lineage debate. This research finds that the Ba'alwi nasab debate can encourage changes in Islamic Religious Education learning strategies and methods by using a more inclusive and scientifically based approach, emphasizing personal qualities and scientific contributions rather than heredity as a source of authority. The implications of this thinking can be seen in the integration of teaching materials, development of modules and textbooks, as well as learning methods such as critical discussions, case studies and reflective writing. This allows students to explore and analyze the topic of the Ba'alwi nasab debate in more depth, as well as develop critical and analytical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on Dayak wisdom at SMPN 1 Palangka Raya . Local wisdom values, such as mutual cooperation, deliberation, and harmony with nature, are implemented in PAI learning to strengthen students' understanding of Islamic teachings while fostering tolerance in a multicultural society. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected through participant observation of Dayak culture-based learning, in-depth interviews with teachers as research subjects, as well as with the principal and 17 students as research informants, and documentation analysis. The results show that integrating Dayak local wisdom into PAI learning at SMPN 1 Palangka Raya not only enhances students' understanding of religious values but also shapes better tolerance attitudes. Students become more open-minded and appreciative of cultural and religious differences among their classmates. This Dayak local wisdom-based learning has also proven effective in fostering harmony and peace within the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze social interaction and interfaith tolerance in Gondang Village, North Lombok, as well as to explore the factors that support social harmony amidst religious diversity. The background of this research highlights the importance of interfaith tolerance as a fundamental aspect of maintaining peaceful community life. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this research include one community leader, three religious leaders, and two government officials. The focus of the study is to observe actions and social reactions that reflect interfaith interaction and to explore tolerance practices implemented by the local community. The findings reveal that religious differences in Gondang Village do not hinder the creation of harmonious relationships. Mutual respect and appreciation are demonstrated through collaboration in social and religious activities, contributing to a safe and peaceful living environment. It can be concluded that harmonious social interaction and tolerance in Gondang Village play a significant role in fostering an inclusive and prosperous community life. This study contributes to the development of interfaith tolerance studies and is relevant for application in multicultural education.
