Abstract

This article aims to analyze the existence, regulation, and function of the meunasah as a center for religious and cultural activities in society, including Islamic religious education institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected from literature related to research objects and field data through observation, interviews and documentation. The research findings show that the existence of meunasah is not only a cultural heritage which is the center of community activities, but also an institution that has a clear legal standing. The clarity of the legal status of the meunasah as a center for various community activities departs from the special status of Aceh as an autonomous region. The existence of meunasah is a local translation for educational activities in the Muslim world community, especially from the Middle East, namely madrasas. The word meunasah is also an adaptation of the tongue of the Acehnese people from the word madrasa. By regulation, various qanuns have been stipulated regarding the existence of the meunasah. Among the important functions of the meunasah is the implementation of Islamic religious education. The existence of religious education institutions in meunasah in agrarian societies is part of the hierarchy of the traditional education system. Meanwhile in urban areas, the existence of meunasah as educational institutions is a center of recitation such as center for religious studies and center for the study of the Qur’an.

Abstract

The development of food trucks in the city of Lhokseumawe is increasingly lively with the increasing number of food trucks making business opportunities through food trucks an alternative way of doing business. The formulation of the problem in this research are: 1) How is the influence of capital on the development of the food truck business? 2) How does the location influence the development of the food truck business? This research is a type of field research with a quantitative approach with a sample of 30 people. This study uses a questionnaire with calculations using the liker scale. Based on the results of the study found that the capital and location variables significantly influence the development of the business of food truck traders in the city of Lhokseumawe thus H1 and H2 can be accepted, while for the hypothesized cost is concluded reject H3 and accept H0 because the value obtained is significantly positive while the hypothesis has a significant negative effect. Simultaneously obtained value can be concluded that the H0 accept Ha means that the independent variables (capital, location and cost) jointly affect the dependent variable (Business Development). Affected significantly.

Abstract

Fatwa merupakan sebuah proses memberikan kepastian hukum terhadap persoalan yang muncul yang ditanyakan kepada mufti. Kebutuhan umat terhadap fatwa dimulai semenjak awal perkembangan Islam, yang ditandai dengan hadirnya Rasul sebagai figur pertama pemberi fatwa. Dalam Islam fatwa memiliki kedudukan penting, sehingga orang-orang yang memberi fatwa tentunya harus memiliki kompetensi dan kapasitas keilmuan yang memadai. sejauh penelitian, belum didapatkan karya yang secara khusus mengkaji mengenai metode fatwa Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama Aceh, mengingat fatwa yang dikeluarkan oleh Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama Aceh memiliki pengaruh yang besar dalam masyarakat Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab dua pertanyaan besar yang menjadi rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana metode fatwa MPU Aceh dan penerapannya? bagaimana kaitan metode fatwa MPU Aceh terhadap fatwa penetapan kitab ghair mu’tabar? Dalam menjawab dua pertanyaan besar ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan dua pendekatan yaitu penelitian kepustakaan yang akan mengkaji mengenai fatwa secara mendalam dan sejarah MPU Aceh beserta fatwa-fatwanya. Pendekatan yang kedua ialah dengan penelitian lapangan, untuk mengkaji sejauh mana efek fatwa kitab ghair mu’tabar dalam masyarakat. Adapun kerangka teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan teori para ulama dan ilmuan Islam yang menulis tentang fatwa keagamaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan sebagai upaya memahami proses hadirnya fatwa yang tepat sasaran, sehingga dapat tercipta stabilitas dalam kehidupan, terwujudnya keadilan, kemanfaatan serta kesejahteraan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of authentic portfolio assessment in science learning. This research is descriptive qualitative. Methods used for data collection include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data reduction, data presentation, and data verification are theoretical techniques used in data analysis by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the implementation of authentic portfolio assessment in science learning has gone well, this is in accordance with the authentic portfolio steps, if it is in accordance with the authentic portfolio steps, then the implementation of the authentic portfolio has gone well.

Abstract

This paper focuses on management which highlights the problems and alternative solutions. This thinking departs from an assumption about the potential of waqf in Langsa City which is not managed effectively and efficiently. So that raises a question how the problems faced. Using a phenomenological approach, it was found that the management of waqf in Langsa City is still traditional management for consumer purposes. There are still a number of problems with waqf management institutions in Langsa City, both the Baitul Mal Agency, the Indonesian Waqf Agency (BWI) and the Langsa City Ministry of Religion which manage waqf but are still constrained due to low public understanding, not yet professional waqf nadzir, low quality of sources Human Resources (HR) for managing waqf, managed, still with traditional management and the waqf supervisory system is still weak.

Abstract

Self regulation is an individual effort to self-regulate in an activity by involving the ability of metacognition, motivation, and active behavior. These three aspects are applied in learning. One of the methods used to increaseself regulation students in learning is an approachUswah hasanah, where the teacher gives a good example and is seen directly by students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the approachUswah hasanahon self-regulation students at MA Mathla'ul Huda Bandung. The study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 61 students (22 boys and 39 girls) in class XII. Sampling through questionnaires or questionnaires with techniquesprobability sampling by methodrandom sampling. Data analysis used a simple linear regression technique with the help of IBM SPSS 25for windows. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence between the approachesUswah hasanahon self-regulation of students in MA Mathla'ul Huda, with a significance value of 0.000 (ρ <0.05) and an influence level of 27.7%.

Abstract

SMPS Merdeka Tampor Paloh is a junior high school in Simpang Jernih District, East Aceh Regency, which was founded in 2007, where the learning process is sometimes carried out on riverbanks, under large trees, and on hillsides according to the theme or topic used as learning material at the time. That's with makeshift stationery. This study was carried out with the aim of knowing and describing the SMPS Merdeka curriculum concept, learning model, and evaluation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach using interview and documentation instruments. The results of the research explain that the curriculum concept applied is the natural curriculum and the environment around which they live, which makes their students very active, participative, and communicative. The learning model and evaluation applied are direct learning, problem-based learning, and project-based learning, so the evaluation is also direct, namely in the form of presentations and workshops.

Abstract

The spirit of education is learning. To make the spirit good, the learning process must be good and optimal, one of which is engineering very well and applying appropriate and good teaching materials. Within the scope of the teaching and learning process, there are many terms that we often hear, such as strategies, techniques, models, methods, approaches, and others. These things will describe the situation and the teaching and learning process carried out by the teacher for his students. But in fact, there are often mistakes in the meaning of these terms. Educators also often generalize the intent and purpose of these terms. In practice, its use also often runs away from the actual rules. In order to clarify and detail the characteristics of each of these terms, they really need to be discussed conceptually. This really needs to be done so that deviations and doubts in the meaning of each do not happen again, especially among educators. This paper will discuss in detail the meaning of approaches, methods, models, strategies, and techniques in learning because these five terms are often used in the teaching and learning process. To obtain the data in this paper using qualitative methods with a literature review, It will dig up information from sources such as books, journals, articles, and others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the transformation of IAIN Langsa over time. It also aims to see how the dynamics of the Langsa State Islamic institute changed during and after the conflict in Aceh. This type of library research is used in this study to examine important documents related to research issues. The historical approach in research examines the transformation journey of IAIN Langsa before and after the conflict that occurred in Aceh. The results showed that the conflict that occurred between the Aceh Independence Movement (GAM) and the Government of Indonesia greatly influenced the progress of IAIN Langsa; a significant influence was felt from the educational aspect, campus development. The conflict that occurred caused students to be less interested in continuing their education at the tertiary level. However, the occurrence of peace between GAM and the Government of Aceh also influenced the acceleration of education development. This condition also sparked IAIN Langsa, which was previously a State Islamic institute (IAIN) and has transformed into a state Islamic university (IAIN). This change has increasingly attracted the sympathy of students who want to continue their education at the tertiary level after the conflict. There are at least four achievements made by IAIN Langsa, namely: first, institutional legality increases; second, community satisfaction is getting higher; third, being able to respond to the development of science; And fourth, increasingly integrated science

Abstract

Financing services with gold pawn contracts provided by the Sharia Pawnshop Unit continue to increase from year to year. People who take advantage of loan funds by pawning gold at Sharia Pegadaian are interesting to analyze. This study aims to analyze two things. First, what is the gold pawn product service process at Pegadaian Syariah West Langsa Unit? Second, what is the customer's perception of gold pawn financing services with the Rahn agreement at the West Langsa Sharia Pawnshop Unit (UPS)? The method used to collect data is through two techniques. Through interviews with three West Langsa UPS managers. Then data was obtained through a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique from 50 UPS West Langsa customers. Next, the data was analyzed using a qualitative approach. The results of the research found two things: First, the service process and gold pawning practices at UPS Langsa Barat are in accordance with sharia principles and in line with maqashid sharia in the principles of ta'awun and safeguarding assets. Second, the public's perception of gold pawning products at UPS Langsa Barat states that gold pawning services and practices are stated to be based on sharia concepts. All customers who filled out the questionnaire 100% stated that UPS West Langsa's service was friendly with a location that was easy to reach, and 82% stated that the gold pawn product had implemented the ta'awun (please help) principle.
