Abstract

In learning activities, motivation can be interpreted as the force that drives student learning activities. This motivation becomes a driving factor within students that drives the learning process which ensures the continuity of learning activities and provides the direction needed so that the goals desired by students can be achieved. For this reason, this research focuses on the influence of the family environment and learning independence on students' learning motivation at MI Babussalam, Krian, Sidoarjo. With a total population of 650 students at MI Babussalam, this research used a sample of 90 students from class 6. Sampling was carried out randomly to ensure sample representativeness of the larger population. By using a quantitative research design, this research aims to measure and analyze the influence of these variables on student learning motivation. This research resulted in the finding that the family environment and learning independence significantly influence the learning motivation of students at MI Babussalam, Krian, Sidoarjo. A conducive family environment and the level of student learning independence can increase student learning motivation at MI Babussalam. These results provide a better understanding of the factors that need to be considered in increasing student learning motivation at the MI level. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of tutoring and emotion regulation on learning saturation of Khairunnas Gunung Anyar Surabaya high school students. Learning burnout becomes a serious obstacle in achieving students' academic and developmental goals. This study is to analyze the causes of students' learning saturation. The results showed that tutoring services have a positive and significant influence in reducing students' learning saturation. Tutoring not only provides academic benefits but also helps students psychologically overcome boredom during learning. A structured tutoring program, with support from the principal, teachers, and guardians, is able to create a conducive educational environment. Emotion regulation has also been shown to play an important role in reducing boredom. Students with high levels of emotion regulation are better able to identify factors that cause boredom and take steps to overcome them. An in-depth understanding of emotion regulation can be the basis for designing effective educational interventions. Therefore, teachers need to pay attention to variations in learning methods, provide adequate support and guidance, and provide constructive feedback. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and compensation on teacher satisfaction at MI Darul Ulum Tambakrejo Waru SidoarjoThis study uses a quantitative approach involving 32 teachers as respondents taken by census from MI Darul Ulum Tambakrejo Waru Sidoarjo. Data were collected through a questionnaire designed to measure teachers' perceptions of their work environment, compensation and satisfaction. The results of regression analysis show that work environment and compensation significantly affect teacher satisfaction. The work environment, which includes physical, social and psychological aspects, has a direct impact on teacher satisfaction. In addition, fair and comprehensive compensation also plays an important role in teachers' contribution. This study contributes to an in-depth understanding of the complex dynamics between work environment, compensation and teacher satisfaction. The implications of the results of this study can be used as a basis for the development of school policies that support the welfare and professionalism of teachers, especially in the Islamic education environment

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to identify the impact of teachers' teaching styles, parental support, and self-confidence on students' interest in learning. This study focuses on the effect of teacher teaching style, parental support, and self-confidence on student interest in learning at SD Negeri Wadungasri, Waru, Sidoarjo. This research is quantitative research. By involving 103 respondents as a research sample, the sampling technique used was a census. The data collection method used a questionnaire, and data analysis was carried out through a statistical approach. The results showed that the teacher's teaching style, parental support, and self-confidence had a significant effect on student interest in learning at SD Negeri Wadungasri, Waru, Sidoarjo. The findings make an important contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence students' interest in learning at the primary school level. Teachers' teaching style, persistence of parental support, and students' level of self-confidence have a meaningful role in shaping and maintaining students' interest in learning in an educational environment. Abstract

Dalam suatu organisasi, baik organisasi bisnis, maupun kenegaraan, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dianggap sebagai instrument fundamental. MSDM merupakan seperangkat aktivitas yang menciptakan value atau nilai tertentu bagi organisasi itu sendiri. Dalam dunia yang berkarakter dinamis ini, pelibatan kkeuatan teknologi tak dapat dielakkan. Kini organisasi, pada tingkat yang lebih besar atau lebih kecil, telah mengadopsi teknologi digitalsehingga hasilnya kegiatan SDM telah berubah dalam hal kecepatan, akurasi, kualitas, inovasi biaya, fleksibilitas. Tujuan dari studi teoritis ini adalah untuk menyoroti MSDM di era digitalisasi, menekankan peran manajer SDM dalam organisasi kontemporer dan mendiskusikan dampak perubahan teknologi pada praktik SDM. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, kami menggunakan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian kami merangkum definisi HRM kontemporer, mendiskusikan dampak teknologi digital di area modern dan menekankan peran digital baru manajer sumber daya manusia (d-HRM).

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pemberian kalsium lactat pada ibu hamil terhadap angka kejadian pre-eklampsia berat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yang bersifat deskriptif-analitis. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah artikel-artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, buku-buku, tesis, disertasi, dan dokumen-dokumen resmi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Sumber data tersebut diakses melalui basis data elektronik seperti PubMed, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan ProQuest. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan yang menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kalsium lactat pada ibu hamil memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam mengurangi angka kejadian pre-eklampsia berat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh coaching terhadap kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) pada UMKM Sampoerna Retail Community di wilayah Cilacap Timur. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah kuota sampling dengan jumlah 105 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner secara langsung yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji linearitas,dan uji heteroskedastisitas), uji hipotesis (uji t), dan Adjusted R2. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa coaching berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi SDM.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam mendorong inovasi di dalam organisasi, terutama di lingkungan bisnis yang bergerak cepat seperti perusahaan teknologi informasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran penting kepemimpinan transformasional dalam memfasilitasi inovasi organisasi dalam konteks industri teknologi informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan library research untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data yang relevan. Melalui tinjauan terhadap literatur yang ada, artikel ini mengidentifikasi berbagai karakteristik kepemimpinan transformasional, seperti visi yang kuat, kharisma, keberanian, dan kemampuan untuk memotivasi dan menginspirasi bawahan. Kepemimpinan transformasional mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung eksplorasi ide-ide baru, pengambilan risiko yang terukur, dan kreativitas tim. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan transformasional dapat menjadi katalisator bagi inovasi organisasi dalam menghadapi tantangan dan peluang di pasar teknologi informasi yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Pembelajaran daring telah menjadi bagian integral dari pendidikan tinggi modern, terutama sejak pandemi COVID-19 yang memaksa perguruan tinggi untuk beralih ke model pembelajaran jarak jauh. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas metode pembelajaran daring dalam mendorong partisipasi aktif dan keterlibatan mahasiswa. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan melakukan studi literatur dan library research untuk mengumpulkan data yang relevan. Melalui tinjauan terhadap literatur yang ada, artikel ini mengidentifikasi berbagai metode pembelajaran daring yang telah digunakan dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi, seperti kuliah online, diskusi forum, tugas online, dan kolaborasi proyek virtual. Selain itu, artikel ini mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas metode pembelajaran daring, termasuk aspek teknis, desain instruksional, interaksi antara mahasiswa dan dosen, serta dukungan teknologi dan sumber daya yang tersedia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran daring dapat efektif dalam mendorong partisipasi aktif dan keterlibatan mahasiswa ketika didukung oleh desain instruksional yang tepat, interaksi yang terbuka antara mahasiswa dan dosen, serta penggunaan teknologi yang memadai. Namun, tantangan seperti kesulitan teknis, kurangnya interaksi sosial, dan kelelahan digital juga perlu diatasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Islamic Religious Education teacher competence and parental attention on student character building at MA Featured Nur Al-Jadid Waru Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study is to analyse and determine the impact of each of these factors. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 33 students from classes X-XI by census. The research instrument was a questionnaire with variables of Islamic Religious Education teacher competence, parental attention, and student character building. Regression analysis was chosen to identify the relative impact of each variable. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure data quality. The results showed that teacher competence and parental attention had a significant impact on students' character building. Competent teachers create a supportive environment for students' character and parental attention provides a moral foundation for developing social norms. Both factors play an important role in student character formation. This study is expected to contribute to understanding the factors that influence student character formation and provide guidance for education practitioners to improve the effectiveness of character education.
