Abstract

- Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian kuantitatif bidang sosial menggunakan software SPSS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS dan Amos untuk jumlah sampel medium. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan analisis data penelitian menggunakan keempat jenis software tersebut untuk didapatkan perbandingan hasil analisis. Analisis dalam penelitian ini fokus pada analisis uji hipotesis dan analisis regresi. Analisis regresi digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Data hasil penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari data kuesioner untuk jumlah sampel medium  yang berjumlah 122 responden dengan empat variabel penelitian, yaitu variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, leader member exchange, organizational citizenship behaviour dan kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan software SPSS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS dan Amos diperoleh hasil bahwa untuk jumlah sampel medium tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai signifikansi p-value dan t-value. Nilai determinasi yang dihasilkan juga tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan, serta nilai korelasi pada persamaan struktural yang dihasilkan juga tidak ada perbedaan hasil yang signifikan

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality on user satisfaction of online learning systems at a private university in Tangerang. The number of research samples was 429 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The analytical method used is SEM with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that system quality, information quality, and service quality had a significant effect on user satisfaction of e-learning systems. The better the perception of system quality, information quality, and service quality, the more user satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

This study investigates whether increased attention paid to coaching practices affects performance, while considering the mediating effect of OCB. Data were collected from 170 MSME employees in Jabodetabek using quantitative methods and confirmatory surveys. This study shows that coaching has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, either directly or indirectly through OCB mediation. The results of this study could have significant implications for HR managerial decision making regarding the process of implementing and practicing coaching in MSME organizations. This study also helps MSME HR management to seriously assess HR development investment plans in the form of coaching practices and direct their MSME HR strategic planning.

Abstract

Hotel is one of the important facilities to accommodate tourist while at the destination. Because of that, tourist needs various references to choose a hotel that fits the purpose. One of the references that can be used by tourists is social media which is a form of technological advances from the internet. Social media can provide the information needed by tourists both from hotel rates, location, facilities, description and reviews of the hotel. Therefore, this research is conducted to determine how the use of social media in the decision-making process of domestic tourists in choosing a hotel, and knowing the stages taken by tourists in determining hotel choices. This study uses a qualitative research approach with narrative/descriptive research methods. In collecting data, researchers use the interview method, structured and unstructured for more in-depth interviews with 20 people consisting of 2 social media expert, 2 hotel employees and 16 active social media users. Abstract

A systematic literature review aims to determine the challenges and structural ambidexterity in improving the quality of lecturers at Indonesian universities. Articles were selected through a screening process in 2014-2021. Reviews were conducted on an online database, Google Scholar. There were seven articles reviewed based on the lecturer's quality criteria. Based on the analysis of the article, there are nine challenges to improve the quality of lecturers in universities and structural ambidexterity to improve the quality of university lecturers in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research determines to inspect the contribution of the eco-innovation (EI) in transforming the organizational green culture (OGC), business analytics (BA) and collaborative competence (CC) to enhance of green competitive advantage (GCA). Structural equation model was developed to illustrate connection between organizational green culture, business analytics, collaborative competence, eco-innovation and GCA by escorting a survey of 169 Indonesian state-owned company managers. These results reveals that OGC has a sig. positive effect on EI, business analytics does not have a sig. positive clout on EI, CC has a significant positive clout on EI, organizational green culture has a positive clout on GCA, business analytics has no positive clout on GCA, CC has no positive clout on GCA and EI has a sig. positive clout on GCA, while EI as a partial mediator between organizational green culture and GCA, eco-innovation is not a mediating variable between business analytics and GCA and EI as a full mediator between collaborative competence and GCA. This research expands the debate by examining eco-innovation and business analytics in obtaining GCA of how companies can spring up with the well-being system.

Abstract

Human Resource department is acknowledged as an essential department of contemporary organizations. Different activities are conducted by the HR department, out of which the function of recruitment holds great importance because it brings people into the organization. It is assessed that the companies of the private sector in Pakistan have well-equipped HR departments that utilize the latest technology in conducting different recruitment activities. With the adoption of the latest technological developments by private sector companies in the field of HR; this study is conducted to assess the impact of web-based recruitment on organizational image and organizational familiarity considering the mediating variables of quality of applicants and a wider range of candidates. In this study, the signaling and critical contact theory are tested. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The sample size selected for this study is 220 with a response rate of 88%. The results of this research demonstrated that web-based recruitment has a positive effect on the organizational image and organizational familiarity. The results also suggested that web-based recruitment has a positive effect on mediating variables that are the quality of applicants and a wider range of candidates. Through this study, it is also assessed that the first mediating variable that is a wider range of applicants has a positive impact on the organizational image and organizational familiarity. Moreover, the second mediating variable that is quality of applicants has a positive impact on the organizational image but has no significant impact on organizational familiarity. Some of the results of this study are supported by the outcomes of previous studies and some are not supported because the past researches were conducted in different industries.

Abstract

God's greatest mission is to save lost sinners from the throne of God's grace, the church, and His people should take action to be responsible for carrying out the great commandment, namely preaching the gospel Amid the Covid 19 storm. Qualitative research, namely using descriptive methods that can give a comprehensive overview of various important information collected through literature books, theological journals, and practical things that Christians can do. Amid these very difficult conditions, where the mobility of human movement is very limited, encounters between humans are very rare, the communication strategy for preaching the gospel must continue by utilizing various creativity in the form of social media, digital media, internet, gadgets, and practical things. Limited under the power and control of the Holy Spirit is expected to be a fairly effective means of proclaiming the Gospel. Cell group activities in implementing the preaching of the gospel consistently and regularly, so that the spread of the gospel of the Kingdom of God can still take place by utilizing the right and biblical strategies.

Abstract

The adoption of Point of Sale (POS) Terminal by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) is expected to ease their means of financial transaction and improve their general performance. However, whether this has been achieved is yet to be discussed. The study therefore investigates the influence of POS terminal services on the performance of the SMEs in Lagos state, Nigeria. Employing a survey research design, the study population comprised of 69,865 registered merchants in Nigeria. 400 questionnaires were administered using a Taro Yamane formula. The data gathering tools were structured questionnaires designed by the researcher to gather data from the respondents on the influence of the POS terminal service on the performance of their businesses. Frequency distribution, percentages, and regression analysis were used for data analysis. The result indicates that POS terminal services has helped increase the sales volume, reduces queues for payment, and increase the income of the business owners.

Abstract

Skincare businesses in Indonesia continue to emerge, both large and small companies. Skincare products and local brand cosmetics still dominate Indonesian market. Local products have the opportunity to become the masters of the domestic market. People today are starting to be interested in skincare products made from natural ingredients such as tea extract, spices, or black garlic. Skincare products with black garlic ingredients have promising and potential business. PT Indo Bright Skincare offers skincare products made from black garlic extract. The company not only offers uniqueness by using black garlic extract, but the efficacy of this black garlic is also the selling point of the product. The establishment of a business has various risks. That’s why risk management is important for the company. By understanding risks, management can anticipate and manage risks properly.
