Abstract

The world of education is facing serious challenges that will impact the future of students in devastating ways. This study was created to examine critical theories to test Educational Leadership in carrying out evidence-based leadership that rests on the potential of leaders to be able to do coaching and build a positive-associative culture by developing an attitude of sustainability innovation. Evidence-based educational leadership theory requires an immediate change in thinking that institutions education, which plays an important role in developing and safeguarding stakeholders, redefines the role of educational leadership as a social practice in a rapidly changing world.

Abstract

Hospitality services are significantly affected by the pandemic, inseparable from Bali's province, known as the highest contributor of tourism revenue in the affected country of Indonesia, where the occupancy rate of hotels in Bali is also decreasing. This investigation will analyze the impact of services, Communication reduction on Bali hotels' occupancy during the Covid-19 outbreak. The research objective is to develop a conceptual model of consumer trust by implementing health protocol services and setting low prices. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with questionnaire instruments that have been disseminated, then each answer is processed and analyzed with a statistical application, namely PLS-SEM. Determination of the sample using non-probability sampling with 100 respondents. The findings also show that the influence on services, especially in the current health protocol, becomes significant in the hospitality service industry. The low Communications also directly affect tourists to choose hotels in the middle of a pandemic like this. Keywords: Health protocol services, communication,, consumer trust

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance of the employee of a fashion industry in West Java which is mediated by readiness for change. Sample data collected from 130 employees by simple random sampling technique. Data processing was used in the SEM method. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, but transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as partial mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the employee of a fashion industry in West Java through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Earnings Management moderated by a Bonus Plan. Conflicts that occur due to separation of ownership are called agency conflicts that can cause agency problems between owners and managers. This tendency makes earnings management practices more frequent by management. Where earnings management is part of creative accounting which provides opportunities for managers to act opportunistically, namely obtaining personal benefits. In an effort to protect each stakeholder's interests, good and correct corporate governance is needed or commonly referred to as good corporate governance. Design / methodology / approach - This study uses secondary data in the form of financial reports on Islamic banking in Indonesia for the period 2012-2019 The analysis used in this study is a multiple regression analysis model using hypothesis testing. Findings - There is no influence of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) on earnings management, there is a significant influence of independent commissioners on earnings management, there is a significant effect of the audit committee on earnings management, there is no significant effect of the sharia supervisory board with bonus plans on earnings management , There is no significant effect of the independent commissioner with bonus plan moderated on earnings management. There is a significant effect of the audit committee with bonus plan moderated on earnings management. Practical implications - The results will increase awareness of the importance of implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Islamic Banks in Indonesia to reduce earnings management practices. Originality / value - This study wants to find out whether the bonus plan can moderate Good Corporate Governance towards Earnings Management in Islamic Banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of brand experience, brand satisfaction, brand trust, and brand loyalty in the relationship between corporate social responsibility and brand loyalty to society and the environment. This research will be useful in providing important information for marketers to the extent that non-marketing activities have an impact on product brands which in turn will increase the company's revenue performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with data methods using Google Forms electronic questionnaires which are distributed through social media owned by researchers. In this study, the total data collected by 240 respondents were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results showed that not all variables had a significant effect. This study explains the indirect effect of corporate social responsibility on brand loyalty through the mediation of brand trust. However, this study also found that the mediating role of the two mediators is not significant (brand experience and brand satisfaction) in the proposed relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of charismatic leadership on intrinsic motivation and tacit knowledge sharing. This study also investigates the central role of intrinsic motivation as a mediating variable between charismatic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing. This study adopted a simple random sampling method with 61 samples of employees from five MSME companies in Banten. With the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software, the results of this study indicate that charismatic leadership has a significant direct effect on intrinsic motivation but does not directly affect tacit knowledge sharing. However, this study found the fact that charismatic leadership has a significant indirect effect on tacit knowledge sharing through the mediation of intrinsic motivation. So, intrinsic motivation acts as a full mediator in this research model

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of trust-in leaders within employees in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia towards employee innovation and checks on the impact of mediation from knowledge sharing to this relationship. 121 employees in the manufacturing industry participate in this research. The result of research claimed that trust-in leader has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing and employee innovation. Likewise, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee innovation. Therefore, the result of the research showed that knowledge sharing has a partial mediation impact on the relationship between trust-in leader and employee innovation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the program of intertwining poor families for women households (KRTP) is very influential in shaping the economy of women in Perak sub-district. The object of this research was widows who received the Jalin Matra program assistance in Perak Subdistrict, out of 5 villages, with a total of 46 people. This study of this research was descriptive qualitative, the reseacrh approach carried out by looking directly at the problems that occurred in the field. In qualitative research, the methods used are interviews, observation and use of documents. Widows who receive business capital assistance worth Rp. 750,000 in the form of business necessities. On average, people who received Jalin Matra assistance had an increase in terms of increasing income to meet basic needs, school fees and other social needs without having to be in debt to other people.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of managerial coaching on performance and to investigate the mediating effect of psychological capital on the employee population of a manufacturing company in Tangerang, Indonesia. This study adopted the simple random sampling method with 224 employees as samples. The result of this study indicate that managerial coaching has a significant effect on employee performance. The results also show that the relationship between managerial coaching and performance is significantly mediated by the psychological capital. This research can pave the way to improve employee readiness in the face of in the industrial revolution 4.0 era

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium enterprises from year to year is influenced by the use of Information Technology and Information Systems. E-commerce is a technology that supports the development of Micro, Small, and Medium enterprises today. DM Khasanashop is a boutique company that sells a wide variety of clothes and pants from the lowest prices to the highest prices. Based on the results of the analysis carried out at DM Khasanashop Tangerang, the researcher can conclude that the problem that occurs in the sales system at DM Khasanashop is that sales have not been web-based or e-commerce and the data management system has not been computerized because the data processing process is still conventional and promotional media, still use brochures, banners, and business cards. The research objective was to determine the sales system using conceptual analysis and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in Khasanashop DM. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out utilizing observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of this research show that management can be seen in several processes, namely making details of product prices, managing order data, employees packing products to sending products to consumers.
