Abstract

Archives are records or letters that are useful and have value, so it is important to store them properly. In this modern era, archives can be stored in digital form, namely in the form of images, sound, video, writing and so on. Digital archives can be managed through computer programs and stored on digital data storage media. With this transformation, it is certainly very easy for interested parties, such as institutions/organizations that own archives. With digital archive storage media connected to the internet, these archives can be accessed whenever and wherever they are. Nusa Mandiri University as one of the tertiary institutions in Indonesia which always carries out the tri dharma of higher education collaborates with the community in carrying out one of the tri dharma, namely community service. The civitas of Nusa Mandiri University held community service activities with Baitul Halim Mosque Youth (RBH), which is an organization formed by teenagers in the Tegal Parang area, South Jakarta. The community service this time raised the theme of Digital Archives Management as a Source of Information for Baitul Halim Mosque Youth Using Google Drive and Dropbox.

Abstract

One of the changes in the field of communication can be seen from the speed at which people obtain information. The speed of obtaining this information is influenced by the emergence of communication technology facilities, namely computers and the internet. Internet technology can make it easier for people to communicate, as well as convey information more effectively and accurately. The delivery of interactive information within the Karang Taruna RW.06 Work Unit organization, Tegal Parang Subdistrict, South Jakarta, has not been optimally felt by the community. This community service activity takes the form of training in creating blogs as an interactive information medium, to improve communication and information within an organization. The target training participants are members and the Karang Taruna RW.06 Work Unit. The training is carried out face to face with the hope that the material presented will be easier for the training participants to understand and put into practice. Participants are given material about the definition and function of a blog, how to create one and how to manage the blog so that it becomes an interactive information medium. As a result of this training, participants have a simple blog, as a form of digital communication to send, receive and share information with the public.

Abstract

PT Angkasa Pura manages all airport services and airport related services. One division that has an important role is Airport Commercial. Airport commercial is part of a division of PT. Angkasa Pura I which has the responsibility to provide services and facilities that enhance customer experience and create additional revenue for the airport. To improve the quality of these services, PT Angkasa Pura I needs to evaluate the work of staff, especially in this airport commercial division. PT Angkasa Pura I conducts routine work evaluations to maintain and improve the quality of services provided to consumers. Suggestions that can be given to PT Angkasa Pura I are to continue to carry out routine work evaluations, carry out training and development programs, pay attention to and appreciate the positive attitudes and behavior of staff through programs, and pay attention to infrastructure and facilities to support optimal service.

Abstract

The pharmacy was built to provide health services for the community, especially when purchasing medicines from a doctor's prescription. In Pharmacy Service Standards, pharmacies must always provide suitable facilities, infrastructure, service quality, and competent pharmaceutical staff. Biophilic design is one of the interior design approaches that can be applied to these requirements. Biophilic can escalate user productivity and reduce stress levels. The research method used was analyzing events directly (observation), interviews, and documentation. In general, the interior arrangement of a pharmacy consists of an entrance, a drug display case, a cashier, and a drug dispensing area. The responsible pharmacist's area is mostly hidden on the room side, so it is not easily accessible to consumers. Storefront tables usually used to display medicines were arranged to separate the consumer area from the inside of the pharmacy. Patients can only ask questions briefly, see medicines and pay directly at the display counter. In the interior design field, designing a medical area is similar to the healing activity of a patient. Previous studies have shown that the comfort factor in the room is sufficient to affect the health of patients at the pharmacy. Abstract

The focus of this study is the participation of people in politics in the elections in the village of petiman petilan city of denpasar in 2024. It is important to investigate participation, as election success can be measured at the level of civic participation. Researchers use the research method of socialization. The study focuses on how people's political participation in the denpasar city legislature elections from 2024 to 2029. Friedmen and hechter feel that social institutions influence political participation. Research indicates that village heads, legislative candidate, PPS, and religious figures are social institutions that contribute to increased political participation of the community. Third, people's involvement and political perceptions are affected by the emotional closeness of the pileg and election candidates. Fourth, the rationality of society is central to political participation.

Abstract

Digital Social Media Marketing (DSMM) or as it is known today, how to utilize social media networks in the form of digital marketing that uses social media platforms and social networking websites with the aim of increasing and gaining marketing and promoting an organization's products and services through paid or unpaid means. The use of social media as a marketing tool (Digital Marketing) has a big influence in increasing sales turnover and promotions. The aim of implementing this community service is how to increase sales of lemongrass oil products that have been made and are currently being marketed by utilizing digital marketing strategies. The current marketing and promotion of lemongrass oil products carried out by the community, especially PKK women, Sekarwangi Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency, is currently still conventional. Policy makers, society and academics should be able to overcome these problems. Many of the citronella oil products processed by PKK women have not been sold, resulting in citronella oil products piling up and experiencing losses. The parties involved in empowerment must be able to provide power and encouragement to the community to improve marketing strategy skills so as to create community creativity in marketing and product promotion to increase sales Sereh Oil.

Abstract

The problem of sexual violence, one of the triggers of which is interaction on a number of social media platforms and the low level of digital literacy to be able to exercise self-control not to access pornographic content, has become a problem that in the last 2 years has become a problem that needs attention. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out massive education and use the suggestopedia method to implement Child-Friendly Education based on Digital Literacy. These efforts can be started at the level of elementary school students who are very vulnerable in order to anticipate and minimize the negative impacts of information technology and the internet. Remembering that adaptive learning to the times is a necessity for everyone, especially educators. The role of educators is very important in providing supervision and assistance to children in using digital technology. Without proper supervision or assistance, children and teenagers are very vulnerable to being exposed to negative content such as pornography and pornographic action or other cybercrime spread on the internet or other impacts from inappropriate use of information technology. The suggestopedia approach is the right choice because the information is conveyed using relaxation and concentration techniques which can help students manage subconscious sources and store the information obtained in deep memory. This effort is a new breakthrough carried out by paying attention to the thinking characteristics of children and adolescents combined with the concept of digital literacy. As a first step, this activity was carried out at SDN 10 Cibadak to develop a digital literacy community prototype, by presenting material and following up with monitoring digital literacy pocket books which could be implemented comprehensively in Sekarwangi Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

The role of tourism is expected to have a major impact on national development. The stages of implementing this community service, through a qualitative descriptive approach, where this community service is carried out to explain a more detailed picture of a symptom or phenomenon by looking at the object, namely the impact of Renzo Edu park tourist attractions on increasing income and economy of residents of Sekarwangi Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency. Of the 20 respondents of Sekarwangi village community who were correspondent in service interview activities in the income range of Rp. 500,000 – Rp. 1,000,000 before the existence of Renzo park there were as many as 8 respondents or about 40% of all respondents, while after the construction of Renzo park there were 4 respondents which means that in this range there was a decline. Income range of Rp. 1,000,000 – Rp. 1,500,000 before the existence of Renzo park there were 7 respondents or around 35%, while after the construction of Renzo park there were 6 respondents or around 30% which means it has decreased. For income of Rp. 1,500,000 – Rp. 2,000,000 before the existence of Renzo park there were 5 respondents or about 25% of all respondents, while after the construction of Renzo park there were 10 respondents or about 50% of all respondents which means that in this range has increased

Abstract

The use of technology in the field of entrepreneurship has become a central point that plays a key role in shaping the contemporary business landscape. Rapid changes in technological developments have a significant impact on the way businesses operate, innovate and compete in the global market. In the current era, business actors are faced with the need to adapt to advances in digital technology in order to survive in business competition. Especially considering that most consumers make online purchase activities. Analysis of the condition of partner problems obtained that many local products have more selling value, such as palm sugar products, coffee products and lemongrass processed products. But the obstacle is related to product marketing. The village MSME players hope that their local products can be known to the wider community. Based on the phenomenon of problems faced by partners, knowledge sharing activities related to digital marketing are carried out as an effort to build an entrepreneurial spirit through three stages of activities, namely counseling, training, and mentoring. The results of the activity received a good response by partners, there was interest in partners to be able to market their local products digitally through the use of their mobile devices.

Abstract

Through previous survey and observation activities, the main problems that can be identified are as follows; lack of understanding about how to form a business for women in Sekarwangi, Cibadak District, Sukabumi, lack of understanding regarding product development and lack of understanding regarding digital marketing. PKM activities involve several women in Sekarwangi Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi. To achieve the activity objectives, several steps will be taken as follows; initial observations to inventory needs, provide training related to the formation of a business entity and prepare a marketing plan. Based on these activities, it can be concluded that women have their own positioning in the family economy. Empowering women means giving families access to improve the economic level and welfare of families at a micro level and society at a macro level. In this activity, input was also received that the community needs more help from academics and practitioners to develop the businesses they have been involved in and build new businesses, develop their ideas and abilities.
