Abstract

This study aims to assess the effect of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on employee green behavior (green lifestyle), employee performance, and corporate sustainability at PT. Northeast Electric Power Construction Project OKI 2. GHRM includes various sustainability-oriented human resource management practices, such as green recruitment, environmental training, environmentally-based performance evaluation, and incentive systems to encourage environmentally friendly behavior in the workplace. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires from 70 employees. Data analysis was carried out using statistical techniques such as regression to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that GHRM significantly affects employee green behavior, which in turn contributes to improving employee performance and corporate sustainability. These findings indicate that effective implementation of GHRM can improve the culture of sustainability within an organization, while strengthening the company's competitiveness in the long term. This study contributes to corporate management in developing environmentally-based human resource policies that can improve individual performance and organizational sustainability goals

Abstract

This study aims to determine how market service levies and levies on recreation and sports venues affect local original income in five districts within the Central Java Province between 2017 and 2022. This study employs a quantitative methodology and uses secondary data, specifically the budget realization report from the Central Java Province. Six cities and 29 districts made up the study's population. In order to get 30 pieces of research data, the study sample collected data from 5 districts in the Central Java Province between 2017 and 2022. The analytical techniques employed include multiple linear regression analysis, traditional assumption testing, and descriptive statistical analysis. Using the Eviews Version 12 Software test tool, hypothesis testing employed the t test and coefficient of determination (R2). According to the study's findings, Original Regional Income in five Central Java Province districts increased due to Market Service Retributions between 2017 and 2022. As a result, the PAD in that region rises in proportion to the Market Service Levy and vice versa. The Central Java Province's five districts' original regional income for 2017–2022 is unaffected by the recreation and sports facilities levy. This is due to the fact that the expenses incurred in maintaining sports and recreation facilities exceed the revenue generated by these levies. Restrictions brought on by the Covid-19 epidemic also contributed to this drop.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of board age, educational background, and foreign nationality on the firm value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2022, from a corporate governance perspective. A quantitative approach with associative research methodology is employed, utilizing eViews version 12 and multiple linear regression analysis for data measurement. The research population comprises mining companies listed on the IDX during the specified period. The sample is determined using purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 18 companies and 72 observations. Secondary data is used in this study, obtained from the official IDX website (www.idx.co.id). Hypothesis testing is conducted using the t-test (partial) and R-test. The findings indicate that the age of board members significantly influences firm value, whereas the educational background of directors and the presence of foreign nationals on the board do not have a significant impact. The study concludes that the number of board members holding degrees in economics and business is relatively low compared to those without such qualifications. Additionally, the majority of board members are Indonesian citizens.
