Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and training on employee performance through competency in PT. Pertamina Drilling Services Project South Sumatra. The research type is associated with the variables used: leadership, training, competency, and performance, which are developed into 13 indicators. The population is all employees of PT. Pertamina Drilling Services Project South Sumatra had a total of 532 respondents, of which 130 were taken using probability sampling with a cluster sampling system. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire data collection method and secondary data taken through literature. The analysis technique used by researchers is structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the study prove that 1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on competency; 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on competency; 3) Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on performance; 4) Training has a positive and significant effect on performance; 5) Competency has a positive and significant effect on performance; 6) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance through work competency; 7) Training has a positive and significant effect on performance through work competency. Based on the discussion results, it was also proven that competency successfully strengthened the influence of leadership and training on performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) and consumer perception and knowledge on purchasing decisions for Neuroaid in the Southern Sumatra region. The type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research uses independent variables, namely marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) and perception and knowledge, and the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The population is consumers of Neuroaid PT. Mersifarma, southern Sumatra, with a sample of 92 people taken using cluster sampling. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. The analysis technique used by researchers is Multiple Linear Regression. The research results prove that simultaneously 1) There is a positive and significant influence of the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) and perception and knowledge on purchasing decisions; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the product on purchasing decisions; 3) There is a positive and significant influence of price on purchasing decisions; 4) There is a positive and significant influence of place on purchasing decisions; 5) There is a positive and significant influence of promotion on purchasing decisions; 6) There is a positive and significant influence of perception on purchasing decisions; 7) There is a positive and significant influence of knowledge on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) the influence of the principal's leadership, discipline, and infrastructure together on the performance of State Middle School teachers in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, 2) the influence of the principal's leadership, discipline, and infrastructure partially on the performance of State Middle School teachers in the District. Lempuing, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The type of research used is associative. The research uses leadership variables, work discipline, facilities, infrastructure, and performance. The research population was 218 State Middle School teachers in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The sample was taken from 142 teachers using the Cluster sampling technique. The data required is player data with a retrieval method. Questionnaire data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research prove that: 1) there is a significant influence of leadership, discipline, and facilities and infrastructure on the performance of State Middle School teachers in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency 2) there is a significant influence of leadership on the performance of Public Middle School teachers in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency 3) there is an influence Discipline has a significant impact on the performance of State Middle School teachers in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. 4) Facilities and infrastructure have a significant influence on the performance of public middle school teachers in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable at the OKU Housing and Settlement Area Service in Baturaja. This type of research is associative. The variables researchers use are work discipline, organizational culture, work motivation, and performance. The sample in this research was 125 employees of the OKU Regency Housing and Settlement Area Service in Baturaja who were selected using cluster sampling. The data used in this research is primary data collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Modeling Equation (SEM) with the Lisrel Program Application. The results of this research show that (1) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, (4) organizational culture has an insignificant effect on employee work motivation, (5) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the OKU Regency Housing and Settlement Area Service in Baturaja

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT Sawit Mas Sejahtera, Lahat Regency. The type of research is associative. Leadership, work environment, motivation, and performance are the variables used. The research sample consisted of 200 PT Sawit Mas Sejahtera employees, Lahat Regency, who were selected using cluster sampling. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Lisrel application program is the data analysis technique. The research results show that (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, (3) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) the work environment has an effect not significant on employee performance, (5) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Sawit Mas Sejahtera Lahat Regency.

Abstract

Along with the increasing popularity of online fashion shopping, this study aims to analyze the influence of price, promotion, and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions for Sheona Go fashion products on the E-Commerce platform. This study is important to understand the factors influencing online shopping behavior. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey. Using a purposive sampling technique, data were collected from 100 respondents who had purchased Sheona Go products through the E-Commerce platform. The variables studied include price, promotion, and online customer ratings as independent variables and purchasing decisions as dependent variables. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously, price, promotion, and online customer ratings have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, the price variable has the most dominant influence, followed by promotion and online customer ratings. Descriptive statistics show that most respondents positively assessed price and promotion, while perceptions of online customer ratings were more varied. These findings provide insights for online fashion business players in designing more effective marketing strategies and the importance of maintaining digital reputation and optimizing customer experience on online platforms. This study also strengthens the theory of Consumer Behavior in the context of E-Commerce.

Abstract

This study addresses the issue of declining sales of Dhozen products on Shopee, which is concerning amid the growing trend of online fashion shopping. This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image, advertising appeal, and consumer reviews on the purchase decisions of Dhozen products. The data were through a survey of university students in Bandung.The regression analysis results show that the three variables have a significant influence on purchase decisions. However, partially, the consumer reviews variable does not have a considerable impact, Due to brand image and advertising appeal being particularly strong for Dhozen products, consumers might prioritize these factors over review, This study concludes that strengthening brand image and managing advertising appeal are crucial strategies for Dhozen to enhance its competitiveness in the market. Furthermore, this research contributes to the digital marketing literature by providing insights into effective marketing strategies for local brands on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality, and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty in a specific company. The aim is to identify the most influential factors in enhancing customer loyalty. The research employs a quantitative survey design, collecting data from 350 customers selected through a purposive sampling technique. Variables include CRM, Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality, Service Quality, and Customer Loyalty, measured using a structured questionnaire. Data analysis utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to evaluate relationships among variables and ensure instrument validity and reliability. Key findings reveal that CRM and Customer Satisfaction significantly influence Customer Loyalty, whereas Product Quality and Service Quality show no significant effect. These results underscore the importance of CRM and Customer Satisfaction over traditional drivers, contributing valuable insights for customer retention strategies. This study highlights the evolving dynamics of loyalty in competitive markets, suggesting a shift towards relational and satisfaction-focused management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the most appropriate strategy for developing public services of the Department of Transportation of Kampar Regency. The sample of this study amounted to 10 people, including echelon III and echelon IV officials and functional officials of the Kampar Regency Transportation Office who have 5-10 years of experience and knowledge or more related to the Kampar Regency Transportation Office. Research data processing was carried out by SWOT Analysis (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), namely by analyzing internal factors (Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary / IFAS) and external factors (External Strategic Factors Analysis Summary / EFAS) of the Kampar Regency Transportation Office. The results showed that the strategic position map of the Kampar Regency Transportation Agency is in Quadrant I with a value of +0.89 on internal factors and a value of +0.50 on external factors, meaning that the agency can establish aggressive policies because it has great potential in improving public services by taking advantage of existing opportunities or by implementing the right strategy, namely using the SO strategy. These strategies include utilizing the right management and organizational structure to implement local government programs, coordinating well with ministries, provinces and other districts to improve Human Resources (HR), utilizing the development of Information Technology, especially in terms of public services to all existing departments and Technical Implementation Units (UPT), increasing the income of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) with the support of other stakeholders and utilizing the role of the private sector through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds to support public services to the wider community

Abstract

With progress in the fashion industry, shoes are now more than just foot protection; they are an inseparable component of clothing. One of the most popular products among the Indonesian people is shoes. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of content marketing and online customer reviews on purchase decisions regarding PVN brand shoes. Samples were taken using the Lemeshow formula. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents through a Google Forms link. The data analysis method uses the multiple linear regression analysis method and path analysis by conducting classical assumption testing first. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, it can be concluded that the constant value is 5.375. The results of this study, namely Content Marketing and Online Customer Review, significantly affect Purchase Decisions. The F-test (Simultaneous) results of the two independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable
