Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of self-confidence in students based on their organizational experience. This study uses a comparative quantitative method. The population of the study was IAIN Langsa students who participated in the organization as many as 119. Then, a sample was drawn using the proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 92 students. The research instrument used is a self-confidence scale of 25 statement items with r = 0.836. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the One Way ANOVA test with the help of SPSS 20. The results showed that overall the self-confidence of students who participated in the organization was in the high category and there was a significant difference in self-confidence when viewed from the experience gained in joining the organization.

Abstract

Bimbingan dan konseling memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam pendidikan, yaitu membantu setiap siswa untuk berkembang secara optimal. Minimnya pengetahuan siswa tentang bimbingan dan konseling mengakibatkan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah oleh siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti layanan klasikal di SMA Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi. Motivasi itu sendiri dapat berasal dari dalam (internal) maupun dari luar (eksternal). Penelitian ini dibatasi pada faktor-faktor yang memotivasi siswa dalam memanfaatkan layanan klasikal di SMA Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi. Faktor yang diteliti adalah tingkat motivasi faktor eksternal dengan tiga indikator yaitu fasilitas sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling dan pengaruh teman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa secara umum berdasarkan persentase indikator, fasilitas sekolah (18,62%), guru BK (12,05%), dan pengaruh teman (23,23%). Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan perlu adanya penyediaan fasilitas yang lebih baik untuk menunjang keberhasilan program konseling di sekolah.

Abstract

NAPZA terdiri dari narkotika, zat adiktif, dan psikotropika. NAPZA dapat dibuat dari bahan alami sintetik. NAPZA bisa memengaruhi pikiran, suasana hati, emosi, dan perilaku pengguna menyebabkan ketergantungan fisik dan mental, diikuti dengan kerusakan pada sistem saraf dan organ sering menyebabkan kecanduan bagi pengguna narkoba. NAPZA digunakan dengan cara melalui mulut, melalui hidung, maupun disuntikan melalui pembuluh darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bimbingan religius untuk mengalihkan halusinasi pada korban penyalahgunaan napza IPWL YPI Nurul Ichsan Al – Islami. Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana penelitian juga dilakukan bersifat deskriptif yang dilengkapi menggunakan analisis. Subyek penelitian dilakukan kepada pimpinan, pekerja sosial dan konselor adiksi maupun pasien dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara mendalam untuk datanya dianalisis yang digunakan dalam pembahasan. Hasiil penelitian bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan dapat dilakukan dua cara melalui konseling individu dan bimbingan religius terhadap korban penyalahgunaan NAPZA. Diketahui sekitar 20 pasien rawat inap dengan usia 12-70 tahun. Di IPWL YPI Nurul Ichsan Al-Islami menggunakan metode detoksifikasi dengan terapi godog dan terapi herbal dalam bentuk jamu yang sudah diberi doa. Disana juga diberikan berbagai macam bimbingan seperti: bimbingan fisik, bimbingan religius, bimbingan sosial, BPSS (Biologis, Psikiologis, Sosial, Spiritual. Untuk menangani korban penyalahgunaan NAPZA. Bimbingan religius diberikan seperti menghafal jus amma dan doa sehari-hari untuk mengalihkan halusinasinya dan menggunakan media seperti vidio education dan music untuk memberikan hiburan dan pemahaman kepada korban penyalahgunaan NAPZA yang didalamnya terdapat pesan untuk para NAPZA.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini didasari oleh kematangan sosial yang berhubungan dengan sikap empati siswa kecanduan smartphone. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada penurunan empati siswa saat ini. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 2 Dramaga dengan judul “Hubungan Kematangan Sosial Terhadap Sikap Empati Siswa Kecanduan Smartphone” oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kematangan sosial terhadap sikap empati siswa kecanduan smartphone pada kelas VIII SMPN 2 Dramaga, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 50 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dalam memperoleh sebuah data, peneliti ini menyebarkan kuesioner dengan menggunakan metode survey. Skala yang dipakai dalam pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Skala Kematangan Sosial dari Nalini Rao (2002) yang telah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti dan juga menggunakan Skala Sikap Empati dari Gusti Yuli Asih (2010) yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Data-data yang diperoleh melalui analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 16. Uji prasyarat nya berupa: uji validitas dan uji reliabelitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan korelasi product moment dari pearson. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya ada hubungan kematangan sosial terhadap sikap empati siswa kecanduan smartphone. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada hasil pengujian korelasi memperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,781. Dari hasil perhitungan thitung sebesar 0,781 dibandingkan dengan ttabel (db=48) yaitu 0,291 taraf signifikan 5% jadi thitung > ttabel maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine if there is a connection between the self-confidence of class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Perbaungan and the assertive training technique group guidance services. Abstract

This research is motivated by individuals required to be able to develop their potential covering various kinds of characters, one of which is learning independence. Low student learning independence can affect learning disorders such as not being able to concentrate for too long, researching only before exams, skipping classes, cheating, looking for exam leaks, and even procrastinating assignments. Procrastination or often called procrastination is a phenomenon that often occurs in schools. The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between learning independence and academic procrastination of grade XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Pantai Cermin academic year 2022/2023. This research used quantitative research methods with a correlational design. The population of this research was all grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pantai Cermin which amounted to 216 students. The sample number was 43 students with a simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of research on the relationship between learning independence and academic procrastination of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pantai Cermin using the calculation of the product moment correlation of the two variables, namely learning independence (X) and academic procrastination (Y), the data obtained showed that robserved = 0.493 and rtable at a significant level of 5% of 0.301. The robserved > rtable, namely (0.493 > 0.301), thus it is stated that there is a relationship between learning independence and academic procrastination of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pantai Cermin academic year 2022/2023

Abstract

Guidance and counseling is an integral part of the education system carried out by a guidance counselor/counselor. This is in line with efforts to become independent and provide facilities to students to help achieve optimal development. In guidance counseling one service that is quite important, namely individual counseling services. Individual counseling is the process of providing assistance carried out by the counselor with someone personally or directly. This means that it requires a special room so that confidentiality is maintained and the client feels safe to express the problems he is experiencing. However, there are still many schools that have not provided a special room for the implementation of individual counseling services, the impact is that other students or teachers will be able to see and listen to the individual counseling process that is being carried out. The research used in this article is qualitative with a case study approach. The data in this article were collected through questionnaires and interview guides. The research informants were 10 counseling teachers/counselors. From the results of the study it was found that facilities and infrastructure were needed, especially the availability of individual counseling rooms in order to create a conducive and good relationship or atmosphere between the counselor and the client and to make the counseling process more optimal.

Abstract

Every individual generally has to prepare a career plan, in order to achieve a career that is of course in accordance with the talents, interests and abilities that he has. However, the fact that we have often encountered lately is that there are still many fresh graduates who feel worried when they finish. Therefore this research will look at how the career planning of fresh graduates is reviewed based on the life span theory. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with interviews with fresh graduates. Conducting interviews carried out several general steps, namely. 1. Identify the person being interviewed. 2. Determine the type of interview to be used. 3. During the interview, record the questions and answers. 4. Take brief notes during the interview. 5. Find a quiet and suitable place to conduct the interview. 6. Obtain consent from the interviewee to participate in the research. 7. Flexible inquiry. 8. Use sub-questions for additional information. 9. Be polite and professional during the interview. The results of the research revealed that the two informants already had good and well-planned career plans, this can be seen from both aspects of self-knowledge, attitudes and skills. The two informants were able to explain their career plans after fresh graduates and what concrete steps they would take

Abstract

Abstract This research investigates the feeling of inferiority, which is the lack of self-confidence in students that affects social skills. This study aims to: 1) describe the feelings of inferiority of students before and after implementing individual psychological counseling with the Adlerian approach and 2) test the effectiveness of individual psychological counseling services with the Adlerian approach in overcoming feelings of inferiority. This experimental quantitative research was designed with a one-group pretest-posttest with a population of 8 students, a sample of 4 students, and research data were analyzed using sampling techniques, percentage techniques, and a t-test using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Through the results of hypothesis testing, which is tcount is preponderant than ttable (6.666 > 1.894), Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected. Moreover, the results of the study show that: 1) there are differences in feelings of inferiority before and after the implementation of individual psychological counseling with the Adlerian approach in Class X Electronics 2 SMKN 5 Padang and 2) the Adlerian approach proved effective in overcoming feelings of inferiority, indicating that there are differences after the Adlerian approach is implemented Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh feeling of inferiority, yaitu kurangnya rasa percaya diri pada peserta didik sehingga mempengaruhi kemampuan bersosialisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan feeling of inferiority peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakannya konseling psikologi individual dengan pendekatan Adlerian serta 2) menguji efektivitas layanan konseling psikologi individual pendekatan Adlerian dapat mengatasi feeling of inferiority. Penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen ini di desain dengan one-group pretest-postest dengan populasi sebanyak 8 peserta didik, sampel 4 peserta didik, dan data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik sampling, teknik persentase, dan uji-t menggunakan angket sebagai instrument penelitian. Melalui hasil uji hipotesis, yaitu thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (6.666 > 1.894), sehingga Ha diterima sedangkan Ho ditolak. Sehingga, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat perbedaan feeling of inferiority sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan konseling psikologi individual pendekatan Adlerian di Kelas X Elektronika 2 SMKN 5 Padang serta 2) pendekatan Adlerian terbukti efektif dalam mengatasi perasaan rendah diri, hal ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan setelah pendekatan Adlerian diterapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh peserta didik yang kurang memahami gaya belajar yang dimilikinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan gaya belajar peserta didik. Selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan program bimbingan dan konseling pengembangan bidang belajar berbasis gaya belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian R&D (Research and Development). Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah Kelas Fase F1 dan Fase F2 dengan teknik Totality Sampling. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa; 1) Gaya belajar visual berada pada kategori tinggi, 2) Gaya belajar auditorial berada pada kategori tinggi. 3) gaya belajar kinestetik berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Rancangan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling bidang pengembangan belajar berbasis gaya belajar pada peserta didik Kelas Fase F di SMA Negeri 2 Bayang berupa layanan langsung dengan topik terkait dengan masalah yang dialami peserta didik. Penelitian ini direkomendasikan untuk guru Bimbingan dan Konseling untuk membuat rancangan sesuai gaya belajar peserta didik.
