Abstract

AbstrakPerkawinan anak adalah sebuah pernikahan yang satu atau kedua pasangan berusia dibawah 19 tahun. Jadi, sebuah pernikahan disebut perkawinan anak jika kedua atau salah satu pasangan masih berusia dibawah 19tahun. Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rarang terdapat 67 perkawinan anak yang tersebar di desa yaitu Lando 20 kasus, rarang tengah 13 kasus, selagek 12 kasus, Rarang 10 kasus, Jenggik 5 kasus, Rarang Selatan 4 kasus, Rarang batas 3 kasus dan Embung Kandong 2 kasus. dari 10 ibu yang menikah pada usia di bawah 19 tahun. Perkawinan anak dikarenakan rendahnya pengetahuan dan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perkawinan anak di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rarang Tahun 2021. Metode, dan Hasil jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desian penelitian case control dengan pendekatan retrospektif . Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 134 orang. Analisis data menggunakan chi square. Penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubuangan faktor pendidikan (p-value 0,001) pengetahuan (p-value 0,019) dan pendidikan orang tua (p-value 0,001) dengan pernikahan anak.Kata Kunci: Pernikahan Anak, Pendidikan, Pekerjaan AbstractChild marriage is a marriage between one or both couples under the age of 19. So, a marriage is called child marriage if the second or one of the couples is under the age of 19. Based on a preliminary survey conducted by researchers in the working area of Puskesmas Rarang there are 67 child marriages spread across the village, namely lando 20 cases, central rarang 13 cases, selagek 12 cases, rarag 10 cases, jenggik 5 cases, southern rarang 4 cases, rarang limit 3 cases and embung kandong 2 cases. 10 mothers who marry under the age of 19. Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan ini hendak memberikan tambahan pengetahuan melalui penyuluhan edukatif untuk dapat meminimalisir permasalahan terkait dengan kekerasan (Bullying) yang ada pada mitra, baik kekerasan verbal maupun kekerasan non verbal dalam rangka mendukung upaya pemberantasan kekerasan (Bullying) yang kerap terjad pada anak didik ditingkat SMA dan sederajat. Penyuluhan ini akan melibatkan lembaga pendidikan, baik lembaga pendidikan formal maupun lembaga pendidikan non formal. Penyuluhan ini diberikan agar nantinya mitra dapat mengantisipasi segala kemungkinan yang dapat memicu perbuatan dan tindakan kekerasan (bullying), Selain itu mitra diberikan juga pendampingan agar dapat melaporkan kejadian kekerasan yang dialami. Metode pelaksanaan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber dari dosen yang didampingi mahasiwa dan dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab.Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan Edukatif, Bullying, Lembaga Pendidikan AbstractThis activity aims to provide additional knowledge through educational counseling to be able to minimize problems related to violence (Bullying) that exist in partners, both verbal and non-verbal violence in order to support efforts to eradicate violence (Bullying) which often occurs in students at the high school level and its equivalent. . This counseling will involve educational institutions, both formal educational institutions and non-formal educational institutions. This counseling is given so that later partners can anticipate all possibilities that can trigger acts and acts of violence (bullying). In addition, partners are also given assistance in order to report incidents of violence experienced. The implementation method is by providing counseling and socialization delivered by resource persons from lecturers who are accompanied by students and followed by a question and answer session.Keywords: Educational Counseling, Bullying, Educational Institutions

Abstract

AbstrakSecara global kasus COVID-19 sampai saat ini sudah mencapai 239.437.517 kasus dengan 4.879.235 kasus kematian, kasus COVID-19 sudah menyebar ke berbagai negara termasuk Indonnesia . Pada awal kemunculan COVID – 19 di Indonesia Tahun 2019, Data terbaru 2020 menunjukkan kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 sudah mencapai 4.234.011 dari 24 Provinsi, dengan jumlah kasus kematian sebanyak 142.933 kasus. Desain penelitian menggunakan Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di MA NW Apitaik Kecamatan Pringgabaya dengan jumlah 60 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling. Tingkat pengetahuan responden pada kategori kurang sebanyak 47 responden (78,4%), responden tidak ada yang tahu tentang pentingnya memakai masker di masa pandemi, tingkat kepatuhan responden pada kategori tidak patuh sebanyak 55 responden (91,1%), pihak sekolah belum menganjurkan memakai masker. Hasil uji chi square didapatkan hasil uji yaitu 0,000 ά (0,05). Ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan remaja dengan tingkat kepatuhan memakai makser di masa pandemi Covid-19 di MA NW Apitaik Kecamatan Pringgabaya dengan p Value 0,000.Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Tingkat Pengetahuan, Tingkat Kepatuhan, Penggunaan Masker. AbstractGlobally, COVID-19 cases have so far reached 239,437,517 cases with 4,879,235 deaths, COVID-19 cases have spread to various countries including Indonesia. At the beginning of the emergence of COVID-19 in Indonesia in 2019, the latest data in 2020 showed that confirmed cases of COVID-19 had reached 4,234,011 from 24 provinces, with the number of deaths as many as 142,933 cases. The research design uses Quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was all students in MA NW Apitaik, Pringgabaya District with a total of 60 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The level of knowledge of respondents in the category was less than 47 respondents (78.4%), respondents did not know about the importance of wearing masks during the pandemic, and the level of respondents' compliance in the non-compliant category was 55 respondents (91.1%), the school did not recommend wearing masks. The results of the chi-square test obtained test results, namely 0.000 ά (0.05). There is a relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescents and the level of compliance with using the mixer during the covid-19 pandemic in MA NW Apitaik, Pringgabaya District with a p-Value of 0.000.Keywords: Covid-19, Level of Knowledge, Level of Compliance, Use of Masks.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah mencoba untuk menelaah tentang Kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka di Indonesia, Tantangan Pendidikan Tinggi dengan Kemunculan Era Distrupsi, dan Relevansi Kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dengan Era Distrupsi.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah jenis literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kurkulum dalam pendidikan memiliki peranan yang Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dengan Era Distrupsi.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah jenis literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kurkulum dalam pendidikan memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis dan kurikulum yang baik adalah kurikulum yang bersifat fleksibel sehingga mampu menjawab tantangan zaman. Negara-negara di dunia tak terkecuali Indonesia tengah menghadapi era distrupsi, dimana era ini perubhan begitu cepat terjadi ranah pendidikan merupakan salah satu sasaran empuk yang paling cepat terdistrupsi. Kurikulum MBKM merupakan salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan oleh pemerintah dalam menghadapi era distrupsi.Kata Kunci: Kurikulum, Merdeka Belajar, Kampus Merdeka Era Distrupsi AbstractThe purpose of writing this article is to try to examine the Policy for the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum for Kampus Merdeka in Indonesia, the Challenges of Higher Education with the Emergence of the Era of Disruption, and the Relevance of the Policy for the Kurikulum Merdeka for Learning in Kampus Merdeka with the Era of Disruption. The method used in this paper is a type of literature review. The results of the study indicate that the curriculum in education has a very strategic role and a good curriculum is a curriculum that is flexible so that it is able to answer the challenges of the times. Countries in the world, including Indonesia, are currently facing an era of disruption, where in this era of rapid change, the realm of education is one of the easiest targets to be disrupted. Abstract

AbstrakRemaja merupakan sumber daya manusia kelompok produktif yang semakin rentan dengan meningkatnya perilaku berisiko . Masa remaja adalah masa dimana terjadinya perubahan yang membuat mereka merasa aman dan mudah untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan yang dianggap berisiko seperti hubungan seksual. Perilaku seseorang dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan dimana tempat seseorang itu berada. Teman sebaya sebagai lingkungan yang dekat dengan kehidupan remaja memainkan peran yang signifikan salah satunya dalam hal seksualitas. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan literature review. Alur dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari mencari literatur yang relevan, evaluasi dan memilih literatur, menganalisis literatur, membuat garis besar struktur literature review, dan menulis literature review. Artikel literature review menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap perilaku seksual pranikah remaja. Hal ini dapat diperparah dengan tayangan pornografi yang mudah diakses dan diberikan oleh teman sebaya.Kata Kunci: Teman Sebaya, Perilaku seksual pranikah, Remaja AbstractAdolescents are a human resource of a productive group that is increasingly vulnerable to increasing risky behaviors. Adolescence is a time when changes occur that make them feel safe and easy to participate in activities that are considered risky such as sexual intercourse. A person's behavior is influenced by the environment in which the person is located. Peers as an environment close to the life of adolescents play a significant role one of them in terms of sexuality. The type of research carried out is quantitative research with a literature review approach. The flow in this study starts from finding relevant literature, evaluating and selecting literature, analyzing literature, making an outline of the structure of literature review, and writing literature review. The literature review article shows that there is a relationship of peer influence on adolescent premarital sexual behavior. Abstract

AbstrakLatar Belakang: Masalah yang dirasakan remaja berkaitan dengan menstruasi adalah dysmenorrhea (67,2%) dan sindrom premenstruasi (PMS) sebesar 63,1%.1 PMS adalah kumpulan gejala fisik, emosional, psikologis yang dialami wanita selama fase luteal setiap siklus menstruasi (7-14 hari menjelang menstruasi).2 Sekitar 75% wanita mengeluhkan gejala premenstrual dan 30% wanita memerlukan pengobatan.3,4 Pada kelompok usia muda PMS sangat umum, ini menggambarkan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan. Tujuan: Mengetahui tentang hubungan pola makan dengan kejadian syndrome premenstruasi pada remaja. Metode penelitian: Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif diskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional, Analisis data menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil: Ada hubungan pola makan dengan kejadian syndrome dengan kejadian syndrome premenstruasi pada remaja putri yang ada di pesantren. Pengolahan data diperoleh nilai p-value (0,0216) < (0,05). Kesimpulan: Semua remaja putri di pesantren didapatkan sebanyak 34 orang (65,3%) memiliki pola makan tidak sehat Remaja putri dipesantren diharapkan lebih memperhatikan kembali pola makan yang baik dan sehat.Kata Kunci: Pola Makan, Syndrome Premenstruasi AbstractBackground: Adolescent perceived problems related to menstruation are dysmenorrhea (67.2%) and premenstrual syndrome (PMS) of 63.1%.1 PMS is a collection of physical, emotional, psychological symptoms that women experience during the luteal phase of each menstrual cycle (7-14 days before menstruation).2 Approximately 75% of women complain of premenstrual symptoms and 30% of women require treatment.3,4 In the young age group PMS is very common,  it illustrates a significant public health problem. Objective: To know about the relationship of diet with the incidence of premenstrual syndrome in adolescents. Research methods: Research using analytical descriptive quantitative research methods with cross sectional time approach, Data analysis using Chi Square. Results: There is a relationship between diet and the incidence of syndrome with the incidence of premenstrual syndrome in young women in Islamic boarding schools. Data processing obtained a p-value (0.0216) < (0.05). Conclusion: All young women in islamic boarding schools found that as many as 34 people (65.3%) had an unhealthy diet Young women were expected to pay more attention to a good and healthy diet. Abstract

AbstractDysmenorrhoea is abdominal pain originating from uterine cramps and occurs during menstruation. In Indonesia the incidence of dysmenorrhoea is 64.25% consisting of 54.89% primary dysmenorrhoea and 9.36% secondary dysmenorrhoea. Deep breathing and warm compresses are methods that can reduce menstrual pain in women by relaxing the uterine muscles. This study aims to determine the differences in the intensity of primary dysmenorrhoea pain with deep breathing therapy and warm compresses at the first grade of poltekkes kemenkes malang prodi kebidanan kediri. This study uses two paired sample comparative method. The population in this study was a college student of Poltekkes Kemenkes malang level 1 who had primary dysmenorrhoea, divided into 2 groups, respiratory therapy and warm compresses each 16 students with Probability sampling technique of simple random sampling. Data collection using observation sheets. Data analysis using statistical test of wilcoxon match pairs test and Man-whitney U-test. Result of research on deep breath therapy and warm compress obtained T arithmetic = 0 and T table = 30 then H0 rejected and H1 accepted, it means there is difference Intensity of Primary Dysmenorrhoea Pain before and after given breath therapy in ang warm compresses. Result of calculation by using mann whitney u-test, U arithmetic = 68,5 while value U table for = 43 where error rate 0,05. Then it can be concluded that Ho accepted and H1 rejected. Conclusions from this study there was no difference in the effect of giving deep breath therapy and warm compresses in reducing primary dysmenorrhoea pain. The research suggestion is directed to health workers that to reduce the pain of primary dysmenorrhoea can use deep breathing therapy or warm compresses.Keywords: Primary Dysmenorrhoea, Deep Breathing Therapy, Carm compress

Abstract

AbstrakMasalah kesehatan menjadi masalah yang sangat serius dinegeri ini. Terutama masalah kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Observasional dengan metode penelitian survei analitik. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa dan siswi SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Batam sebanyak 278 siswa siswi. Dari perhitungan rumus uji hipotesis beda proposi ini, diperoleh jumlah sampel minimal untuk penelitian ini adalah 40 responden ditambah 10 % menjadi 50 responden dan menggunakan teknik puposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa gambaran promosi kesehatan tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Batam menunjukan baik yaitu 26 responden (52%). Gambaran media yang digunakan dalam promosi kesehatan tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Batam dalam kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 30 responden (60%). Gambaran metode yang digunakan dalam promosi kesehatan tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Batam dalam kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 40 responden (80%).Kata Kunci: Gambaran Promosi kesehatan, Kesehatan Reproduksi pada Remaja AbstractHealth problems are a very serious problem in this country. Especially reproductive health problems in adolescents. This type of research is Observational with analytical survey research methods. This study was designed using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all students and students of the Muhammadiyah Plus Batam Junior High School Class as many as 278 female students. From the calculation of the hypothesis test formula, the minimum number of samples for this study was 40 respondents plus 10 % to 50 respondents and using the puposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the picture of health promotion about reproductive health in adolescents of SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Batam showed good, namely 26 respondents (52%). The media description used in health promotion about reproductive health in adolescents of SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Batam in the good category is 30 respondents (60%). An overview of the methods used in health promotion about reproductive health in adolescents of SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Batam in the good category is 40 respondents (80%). Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to: (1) to know the effectiveness of the problem solving method to improve critical ability in IPS subjects; (2) To determine the effectiveness of inquiry methods to improve the ability to be critical in IPS subjects; (3) Describe the difference in the effectiveness of the problem solving and inquiry methods to improve the ability to be critical to the IPS subjects. This type of research uses quasi experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. Data is taken using observation and Test. Analysis of this research data using Anova and Scheefe to test its effectiveness. The results showed: (1) The problem method solving effective to increase the ability of critical thinking by 36% with an alpha value of 68.1519; (2) The inquiry method is effective to increase the ability of critical thinking by 51% with an alpha value of 69.3780; (3) There are differences in the effectiveness of methods problem solving and inquiry to increase the ability of critical thinking on the IPS subjects where the method of inquiry is more effective to improve the ability of critical thinking. So it can be concluded that the use of methods of learning problem solving and inquiry effective to improve students ' critical thinking on IPS subjects in junior high by using interdisciplinary learning approaches, placement Problems as learning objects and the use of learning Facilitias needed during the learning process activities..Keywords: problem solving methode, inquiry methode, critical thinking

Abstract

AbstrakPada masa remaja terjadi kematangan seksual yang menyebabkan keingintahuan terkait sesksualitas tinggi, sehingga pada masa ini diperlukan bimbingan dan pengarahan kepada remaja. Oleh karena itu baik orang tua guru atau pendidik harus memfasilitasi remaja untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pendidikan seks. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pendidikan seks mempengaruhi perilaku tindak kekerasan seksual,Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan secara cross sectional, populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMPN 34 Batam. Adapun sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 31 orang sampel diambil menggunakan rumus slovin. Berdasarkan uji statistik hubungan usia dengan perilaku tindak kekerasan seksual diperoleh p value 0,609 > 0,05 berarti tidak ada hubungan antara usia dengan perilaku tindak kekerasan seksual, hasil uji statistik hubungan jenis kelamin dengan perilaku tindak kekerasan seksual didapatkan p value 0,326 > 0,05 berarti tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan perilaku tindak kekerasan seksual, sedangkan hasil uji statistik hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku tindak kekerasan seksual didapatkan p value 0,003<0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku tindak kekerasan seksual, begitu pula hasil uji statistik hubungan sikap dengan perilaku tindak kekerasan seksual di dapatkan p value 0,004<0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap dengan perilaku tindak kekerasan seksual.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Seksual, Pengetahuan, Perilaku, Kekerasan,  AbstractDuring adolescence, sexual maturity occurs which causes curiosity related to high sexuality, so that at this time guidance and direction are needed for adolescents. Therefore, both parents, teachers or educators must facilitate adolescents to obtain information about sex education. The purpose of this study was to determine whether sex education affects the behavior of acts of sexual violence. This study used quantitative analytical research with a cross sectional approach, the population of this study was all seventh grade students of SMPN 34 Batam. The sample of this study amounted to 31 samples taken using the slovin formula. Based on the statistical test of the relationship between age and sexual violence behavior, p value 0.609 > 0.05 means that there is no relationship between age and sexual violence behavior. there is no relationship between gender and behavior of acts of sexual violence, while the results of statistical tests of the relationship between knowledge and behavior of acts of sexual violence obtained p value 0.003 <0.05 which means there is a significant relationship between knowledge and behavior of acts of sexual violence, as well as test results Statistical relationship between attitude and behavior of acts of sexual violence was obtained p value of 0.004 <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between attitudes and behavior of acts of sexual violence.Keywords: Educational, Sexual, Knowledge, Behavior, Violence
