Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of public service delivery policies at the Gedong Panjang Public Health Center, Sukabumi City, and also to identify the factors that drive and hinder it. This study uses a qualitative method, which aims to describe certain circumstances. This study focuses on compliance and duties and functions as well as the factors that influence the implementation of public service delivery policies at the Gedong Panjang Public Health Center, Sukabumi City. The results showed that the implementation of Perda no. 9 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Public Services at the Gedong Panjang Public Health Center, Sukabumi City is quite going well, seen from the dimensions of compliance and routine functions, namely the availability of service standards that are a reference in providing services to the public and the Gedong Panjang Health Center officials have understood and carried out their main duties and functions. . Although there is still no provision for the fulfillment of service obligations and publication of the results of the community satisfaction survey and there are no adequate facilities/facilities to support performance. Meanwhile, the driving factors for the implementation of public service delivery policies are consistent with policy content messages in policy delivery, information on how to work, appointment/placement of staff according to competence, and standard procedures for implementing policies. Furthermore, several factors that hinder the process of implementing public service delivery policies are lack of socialization, limited diversity in communication channels, inadequate number of human resources, and inadequate supporting facilities.

Abstract

Since its inception over a century ago, radio has proven to be one of humanity's most advantageous media. Radio has been modified to better serve the public as a result of the current technology revolution. The costs of starting a radio station with vast coverage are greatly decreased thanks to Internet broadcasting and streaming. The public can now readily listen to and even "watch" radio broadcasts from stations all over the world thanks to mobile phones and smartphones. On September 7, 1945, the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) was founded. The Voice of Vietnam has endeavored to approach and implement new technical technologies for broadcasting and production activities since its foundation. It is digitizing its production and broadcasting at the moment. This has not only made radio production faster but also more accessible to a wider audience...The following article discusses VOV's digital transformation, which aims to improve services for the public.

Abstract

Introduction: Chromium content in tannery wastewater causes environmental health problems if the waste is not treated correctly, one of which is phytoremediation using various types of aquatic plants (water hyacinth, apu wood, horn moss, and Lemna sp.).This study aimeds to find the types of aquatic plants that most reduce the levels of Cr in tannery wastewater. Method: research using a literature study design that uses a database, Pubmed, Google Scholar, and Science Direct starting in 2011 to 2021 for analysis. The keywords used Indonesian and English search keywords are degradation, wastewater, tanning, aquatic plants, phytoremediation, water hyacinth, apu wood, water spikes, fisheye, and hornworts. The inclusion criteria included the dependent variable from the study, namely the decrease in Cr levels, the independent variables inc; the types of aquatic plants, accessible full text, experimental quantitative methods, journals published with ISSN or SINTA 1-6 or Scopus, and exclusion criteria include paid and inaccessible journals in full as well as the year of publication of articles before 2011. Result: all journals succeeded in reducing Cr levels in tannery wastewater within a contact time of 3 hours; 5 minutes; 10 minutes; 15 minutes; 5 days; 7 days; 14 days; 15 days; 25 days; and 28 days. This research shows that this research shows lower Cr levels in tannery wastewater. Conclusion: the types of aquatic plants tThehe most Cr levels in leather tanning wastewater are water hyacinth plants with a contact time of 3 hours; 5 minutes; 10 minutes; 15 minutes; and 28 days. Therefore, phytoremediation needs to monitor the growth and selection of aquatic plant species adapted to the environment so that phytoremediation can provide maximum results in the absorption, removal, and reduction of heavy metals harmful to environmental health.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of generations Y and Z of iJogja digital library users in utilizing digital collections as a source of information. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. There were seven informants in this study and data collection techniques used interviews and literature studies and data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques. The results of this study in terms of needs can be classified into two dominant types of needs, namely achievement needs and power needs. While the impetus that arises in the use of digital libraries is divided into two, namely intrinsic and extrinsic. Intrinsic encouragement in this research comes from oneself such as utilizing the library's functions, answering curiosity and increasing knowledge. While extrinsic encouragement is getting information from friends and social media as well as academic environmental factors.

Abstract

Analysis of the durability of the v-belt of bus vehicles with a capacity of 7684 cc Rear Engine. The v-belt used is COG type with type C (22 x 14). There are several factors that affect the life of the v-belt , namely, the straightness of the v-belt with the pulley, the heat received by the v-belt with a standard – 30 °C / + 90 °C , the tightness or flexibility of the v-belt, the distance traveled and the time taken. traversed by vehicles, pulley wear and v-belt wear. test the hardness of the rubber material and the heat resistance of the v-belt by using an infrared thermometer measuring instrument and determine the physical condition of the v-belt by testing rubber materials using a shore durometer D measuring instrument and based on a distance of 50,000 kilometers (Low). The results of the average v-belt rubber hardness test are 57.5 shore durometer D, from the average results The average hardness test of rubber v-belt at a distance of 100,000 kilometers (Medium) obtained the results of 60.7 shore durometer D. On an average of 140,000 kilometers (High) there was an increase from the standard 55 Shore durometer D increased to 62.5 Shore durometer D and the physical condition of the v-belt is wearing and cracking at the bottom of the v-belt . The v-belt wears out at the bottom width of the v-belt at a distance of 50,000 kilometers, 100,000 kilometers and 140,000 kilometers. At the top width v-belt wears out at 140,000 kilometers. So as to prevent the v-belt from breaking when the vehicle is operating at a mileage of 140,000 kilometers the v-belt had to be replaced. If the v-belt breaks while the engine is operating, it will cause a very dangerous disturbance to the bus engine cooling system. With all the existing factors, the result of the age of the v-belt with the normal condition of the unit or SOP and the vehicle operating normally is 4 months 5 days 9.6 hours.

Abstract

Currently, a lot of research has been carried out on the utilization of manufacturing industry products, one of which is steel slag as a mixed material for construction and the agricultural industry. One of the uses of steel slag in the construction sector is the manufacture of cement slag, as a mortar mixture, or as a mixture of sub-base layers for road pavement construction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the compressive strength of normal concrete compared to concrete added with slag circum waste as a partial replacement for fine aggregate with variations in the addition of 10% and 20% waste . This study uses an experimental method of planning normal concrete fc' 20 and concrete fc' 20 with variations of 10% and 20% slag circum as a substitute for fine aggregate by comparing the results of the compressive strength of concrete at 7, 14, and 28 days. In this study, it was found that the compressive strength of normal concrete without the addition of circum slag at the age of 7, 14, and 28 days was still better than the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 7, 14, and 28 days with the addition of 10% circum slag, and 20%. .

Abstract

In small-scale industries, there are still many production support technologies that are still run manually, one of which is the rolling machine. The process of forming pipes with roll bending has been widely applied to industrial manufacturing activities. The process of bending or bending is commonly found in the manufacture of canopies and fence ornaments made from pipes using a pipe roll bending machine . Currently, there have been many developments in the manufacture of canopies and fence ornaments that use pipes as the basic material. Specifications of pipe roll bending machine designed to perform the bending process with good results on one inch diameter pipe, Using a DC electric motor in question is a car wiper motor as the main mover, using a hydraulic system as a roll drive , a transmission system using a chain.
