Abstract

Pekalongan City is located in the lowlands of the northern coast of Java Island, experiencing tidal flooding with increasing frequency and area of inundation. Inundation due to tidal flooding that occurred in 2018 amounted to 1,391 hectares (29.97% of the total area) in 2020 increasing to 1,730 hectares (37.27% of the total area). The problem of tidal flooding occurred in 3 (three) sub districts covering 11 (eleven) Villages. National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2020 2024 mandates a major coastal protection project for 5 (five) urban areas including Greater Pekalongan. Various efforts have been made by various parties, including the Central Government, Central Java Provincial Government, Pekalongan City Government, Non-Governmental Organizations, Academics and other stakeholders to deal with the problem of tidal flooding in Pekalongan City. Seeing the dynamics of handling tidal floods in Pekalongan City carried out by various parties, it is necessary to research on strategies for handling tidal floods in Pekalongan City so that the handling carried out can be synergized and achieve targets effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to formulate the strategy of tidal flood management in Pekalongan City and to determine the factors that influence. By analyzing Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, the best strategy for handling tidal flooding in Pekalongan City will be obtained. The results of the study indicate the need for cooperation and coordination with various parties, community involvement and improvement of Human Resources to optimize the handling of tidal flooding in Pekalongan City. Abstract

Pekalongan City is one of the cities with a batik cultural heritage preserved from tens or even hundreds of years ago. Most of the batik has been done by the community at home. Batik work, which has become the community's livelihood, slowly forms the peculiarities of regional spaces that can give an impression to visitors. This can be felt in an area known as Kampung Batik, one of which is Kampung Batik Kauman. Kauman Batik Village has now transformed into one of the cultural tourism destinations offered by the Pekalongan City Government. The uniqueness of the city space which is thick with culture and community activities is an attraction that is considered capable of providing tourist experiences and education related to batik production. This study analyzes the spatial area in Kampung Batik Kauman by using an unmeasured criteria analysis approach as a strong supporter to give an impression to observers. The results of the analysis show that Kampung Batik Kauman has met 6 (six) indicators of the unmeasured criteria although it needs improvement in several parts. The most powerful indicators are access, identity, and livability. The description of this analysis can be used as input for t he Pekalongan City Government to increase its attractiveness and at the same time foster a love for urban space that has history and culture. Abstract

The Pekalongan City Government has an official website as a form of service to the community. Website is one form of implementation of E-Government. Website maintenance and repair needs to be done regularly to improve services to the community. There are so many visitors, of course, it becomes a problem when simultaneously accessing a website. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out a work analysis from the Pekalongan City Government website. In analyzing the Pekalongan City Government website, this study used performance testing especially using load testing with several variables including Internet speed, threads (virtual users), ramp-up period, repetition. The tool used to perform the analysis is JMeter. The results of the tests carried out are: for an access speed of 1.8 MBps, the server can only serve about 16.8 requests every minute. This of course can cause the website to go down which ultimately cannot be accessed when visited by many visitors. Keywords: Performance testing, load testing, JMeter.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyse the effect of price cuts, product arrangement on purchasing decisions on consumer purchasing decisions at Matahari Department Store Pekalongan, especially Cardinal Shoes Ladies.To test these variables, the researcher used 100 consumer respondents in the Matahari Department Store Pekalongan. The type of research used is explanatory research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and questionnaires. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analysed quantitatively using multiple regression using the SPSS program. The results of the research simultaneously show that the variable price discount has an effect on purchasing decisions, the variable of product arrangement has an effect on purchasing decisions, while for the partial research results, the variables of Price Discounts and Product Charges affect p urchasing decisions. Abstract

Research objective to find out the optimal growth of milkfish seeds by giving probiotic with different doses.This research was conducted on Agust 15 th– September 14th, 2020 and is located at Marine and Brackish Water Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries, Pekalongan University. The test fish used in this study was the 2,5 cm milkfish seeds obtained from fish farm’s from Pekalongan City. The research was carried out on a laboratory scale and the experimental design applied was completetely randomized design (CRD) which included 5 treatments and 3 replications, namely A (control), B (5 ml/kg of feed), C (10 ml/kg feed), D (15 ml/kg feed) and E (20 ml/kg feed). In order to find out the response ofthe growth of milk fish seeds to the addition of probiotic with different doses, a tukey test was performed. The highest growth of milkfish was obtained in treatment D that was 10,82gr, then followed by treatment C was 9,97gr, treatment B was 9,38gr, treatment E was 8,99gr and the lowest was in treatment A which was 7,73 gr. The results of the analysis of variance is known that the calculated F value is greater than the F table, which means the addition of probiotic with different doses has a very significant effect on the growth of milkfish seeds. Abstract

The speread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) as a non-natural national disaster requires handling policies and extraordinary steps both at the central and regional levels including the need to postpone the implementation stages of the election for gove rnors and deputy governors, regents and deputy regents, as well as mayors and deputies Concurrent mayor in 2020. The implementation of regional head elections has the aim that the election for governors and deputy mayors can continue in a democratic and quality manner and to maintain domestic political stability, on the orther hand health is maintained by strict health protocol at everystage of selection. The impact of the non-natural disaster pandemic Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) wich occurred several moths ago resulted in the simultaneous Regional Head Election which was originally scheduled for September 2020 to be postponed to December 2020 in accordance with the issuance of a Government Regulation in Lieu Of Law Number 2 of 2020 wich is technically made by the General Election Commissions. General Election Commissions Regulation Number 6 of 2020.T he research method uses the normative legal writing method and aims to provide on explanarion regarding the contitusional law perspective on the implementati on of simultaneous regional head election in the mudst of a non-natural disaster pandemic Corona virus Deisease (Covid-19). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of services and facilities on patient satisfaction in Limpung Batang Hospital. The poppulation in this study were all people who had been patients, both outpatients and inpatients. The sammpling technique in this study ussed the accidental sampling method, the researchers took samples that happened to be met at that time there were 50 patients who met the sample selection criteria. The data analysiss technique used in this ressearch is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity  test.  The ressults showed that the service variable partially affected patient satisfaction with the value and the facility variable partially affected patient satisfaction. Service and facility variables simultaneously affect patient satisfaction in Limpung Batang Hospital. Keywords: Services, facilities, patient satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of society towards the behavior of punk children in Pekalongan City. This research including field research that is qualitative. Sources of data in this study were taken from the data primary or basic data taken and obtained from field research through observation, interviews, documentation and population of five people in Pekalongan City, while secondary data is complementary data which obtained from documentation related to the problems in this research. Results This study shows that the public's perception of the behavior of punk children is considered trash society because they have negative attitudes and behaviors. Abstract

Pekalongan City still has a Microfilaria Rate rate of more than one percent based on a survey from 2011 to 2015. This causes the Pekalongan City Health Office to repeat POPM activities for the next two years. It is hoped that this incident will not be repeated in the following years. One of the obstacles faced is the absence of monitoring in the administration of elephantiasis medicine. In general, elephantiasis medication has been given well, but the community's level of adherence to taking filiaris medication is still low. So that the efforts that have been made by the Health Office have not been able to break the chain of filariasis disease. One solution to this problem is to apply the RT/RW executive dashboard application which in previous research has been developed in the form of a prototype. In this study, a prototype of the RT/RW executive dashboard will be developed so that it can be used to carry out monitoring activities for filariasis drug administration. Abstract

This research produces information products about Pekalongan city batik educational tourism packaged in audio-visual form with the aim of increasing Pekalongan City's daytime power through audio-visual promotional media innovations that carry the concept of educational travel on the local wisdom product "Batik" which is the identity of Pekalongan City, which can attract tourists to visit Pekalongan city to take an educational tour after watching Video Teaser Batik Edu-Tourism. Research and development research or research and development (R&D) with a qualitative approach that produces competitive video innovations in promoting batik educational tourism. Batik educational tourism locations are presented based on five useful concepts of batik edu-tourism, namely: learning tourism, technique tourism, heritage tourism, community tourism, and shopping tourism which are also the hallmark or differentiation of the edu-tourism video in this video. The selection of destinations in the video is due to the prominent potential in tourism and batik education and refers to the prima donna destinations in Pekalongan City. In line with the branding of the city of Pekalongan, namely the world city of batik, this video is a special attraction for tourists who watch, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of the batik-edu tourism teaser video viewers which has increased significantly.
