Abstract

A warehouse is a separate area that functions as a place to store raw materials, parts and supplies. Every warehouse cannot be separated from a system. Warehouse Management System which is a warehouse management system that regulates/controls all warehouse activities, as is done by PT information. Liquid Kencana Abadi, a company engaged in the sale and distribution of goods. The objectives of this research are 1) To find out the warehouse management system at PT. Liquid Kencana Abadi, 2) To find out the problems faced by PT. Liquid Kencana Abadi in terms of warehouse management systems, and 3) To find out efforts to overcome warehouse management system problems at PT. Liquid Kencana Abadi. The type of research used is a descriptive qualitative approach method. Based on the known results of research conducted by researchers, they can find out the implementation of the warehouse management system implemented at PT. Liquid Kencana Abadi cannot yet be implemented optimally, this can be seen through the process of ordering and storing goods which is still not carried out effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, in this research it can be seen that the problems faced in implementing the warehouse management system are internal obstacles, such as human error problems and a less conducive warehouse environment. The efforts that have been made by PT. Liquid Kencana Abadi in overcoming this problem is by re-evaluating the warehouse management system process that has been carried out.

Abstract

Employees at the Nias Regency Regional Secretariat Office have different understandings about financial literacy. Some employees are trapped in fraudulent investments and there are still many employees who have consumerist habits, namely buying things based on desire, not need. This research aims to determine the influence of age, gender, education and income factors on the level of financial literacy of employees at the District Regional Secretariat Office. The data collection method in this research uses primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires with 51 employee respondents at the Nias Regency Regional Secretariat office as well as secondary data obtained from journals related to this research. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, determinant coefficient test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, T test and F test. The results of this study show that the factors of age and education have a positive and significant effect on the level of financial literacy of employees at the Regional Secretariat Office of Nias Regency, while the factors of gender and income do not have a positive and significant effect on the level of financial literacy of employees at the Regional Secretariat Office of Nias Regency. Simultaneously, the factors age, gender, education and income have a 76.4% influence on the level of employee financial literacy, while the other 23.6% is influenced by other variables not included in the research.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the role played by the Lasara Village Government in Namohalu Esiwa District in seeking to improve community welfare through financial literacy efforts. Financial literacy is considered an important tool that allows individuals to understand and manage their personal finances more effectively. In its conclusion, this research highlights the important role of the Lasara Village Government in increasing community financial literacy. Through educational programs and partnerships with financial institutions, village governments have succeeded in empowering communities to take control of their own finances, which ultimately contributes to increased prosperity and economic stability at the local level.

Abstract

iIn today's increasingly complex global society, multicultural education has become a key focus in shaping children's inclusive and empathetic characters. This article explores the important role of multicultural education in shaping children who can appreciate cultural diversity and promote tolerance and cross-cultural understanding. Using a holistic and interactive approach, the article highlights effective educational strategies and practices to enrich children's learning experiences, facilitate intercultural dialogue, and address inequality and discrimination. The research employs literature review and case studies to investigate the impact and implementation of multicultural education practices in the context of children's character formation. By integrating multicultural values into the curriculum, creating inclusive learning environments, and actively engaging the community, multicultural education can serve as a solid foundation for building harmonious intercultural relationships.

Abstract

The employee work culture that develops in an organization should continue to improve over time. However, it is currently apparent that the expected productivity is difficult for every employee to maintain. Disregard for moral values and work culture has given rise to several problems in the performance of government institutions, including: (1) Negative opinions from the public regarding public services provided by government officials, (2) Lack of discipline among government officials which affects the quality of services unsatisfactory community, (3) Non-implementation of work culture values which results in negative perceptions of officers, and (4) Lack of knowledge, skills and attitudes among government officers which require improvement. The method used in writing this article is literature study. Efforts to overcome these problems include increasing commitment, supervision, training, implementing incentives, better internal communication, and developing knowledge and skills. By implementing these efforts, it is hoped that public service performance can improve, improve public perception, and build trust in government institutions. The work culture of state officials has a significant impact on the quality of public services. Problems such as negative assessments from society, lack of discipline, non-implementation of work culture values, and lack of knowledge, skills and attitudes affect the effectiveness of services. To overcome this, steps are needed such as increasing commitment, implementing monitoring and incentive systems, socializing work culture values, and developing knowledge and skills.

Abstract

In creating branding in the era 5.0 can be analogous as two sides of the currency, on the one hand there are different opportunities and references but on the other side there are also challenges because the internet media is accessed by different groups that must have their own needs. In responding to these challenges, the role of public relations in shaping, creating andining a good image must be very much needed by an agency. In line with the research that will be carried out against the Tauhid Darut Foundation in Bandung City. The research is aimed at analyzing the public relations strategy designed by the Darut Tauhid Foundation in designing branding on social media Instagram. As for the research method used in this research is qualitative with data analysis techniques descriptively. In this study there are findings based on data-result analysis from instagram account @wakafdt by applying Philip Kotler theory related to seven main elements namely PENCILS in using public relations strategy. The results and conclusions of this research show that the Foundation of Darut Tauhid Bandung has established branding as a foundation that cares about the goods of the people, one of them as a collective agency of wakaf through publication, exhibitions, news, relations with the community, relationships with the media, conducting approaches and organizing cooperation and participating in humanitarian activities. It is expected that this research could have implications either theoretically or methodologically for academics or future researchers.

Abstract

This research is based on the idea that character education is a way to overcome the problems of the current multidimensional crisis. Qualitative approach with literature study, is used in this research because this type of study requires theoretical analysis and some scientific literature references. The data used in this research comes from relevant literature, such as books, journals, or scientific articles on the chosen topic. The result of this research discussion is that the Independent Curriculum, launched by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, regulates character education including in the realm of history learning. The Independent Curriculum emphasizes learning that is more flexible, inclusive, and learner-centered with the aim of creating learners who are independent, creative, and have character. History education is very important for building character, Indonesian civilization because through history students can recognize the identity of their nation.

Abstract

Marriage is a law that allows having one wife to four wives, polygamous marriages are permitted either in a serial manner or with the permission of the first wife provided they are able to be fair physically and mentally. In Bengkaung Village, Batulayar District, polygamy is generally carried out through unregistered marriages which cause many problems. The aim of the research is to find out polygamy according to law; to determine the relationship between polygamy without the wife's permission and household life in Bengkaung Village, Batulayar District; and to know about polygamy according to Islam. The method used is qualitative, respondents were selected by random sampling from perpetrators of unregistered marriages, from this research it can be concluded that: 1. Polygamy is permitted by law provided that there is written permission from the first wife, the husband is ready to fulfill the needs of his wives, it can be valid fair both physically and mentally; 2. Siri marriages are carried out in Bengkaung Village, Batulayar District because to cover the perpetrator's social status, to avoid the first wife not being allowed to remarry, generally the first wife does not allow her husband to remarry; 3. According to Islamic rules, serial or open polygamy is permitted for up to 4 wives provided that: the husband is capable, is able to provide for his wives both physically and mentally and is able to act fairly.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence tax aggressiveness in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The variables used in this study are profitability (ROA), leverage, company size (size). The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling, and 63 data were taken. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that profitability and leverage have a positive and significant effect on tax aggressiveness while company size has no effect on tax aggressiveness.
