Abstract

Peran pemimpin di suatu wilayah memiliki pengaruh besar bagi kemajuan pendidikan rakyatnya. Pemimpin tersohor dari Kesultanan Siak yakni Sultan Syarif Kasim II memiliki dedikasi yang besar bagi kemajuan pendidikan anak perempuan Siak. Usaha sadar dan nyata yang dilakukan sultan dan permaisurinya dipaparkan secara gamblang dalam buku karya Wilaela yang berjudul Potret Pendidikan Perempuan di Riau Sebelum Kemerdekaan. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji relevansi teori strukturalis dan kepemimpinan yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan dalam mahakarya Wilaela. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah content analysis yakni membahas secara mendalam isi dari suatu informasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah data reduction, display data dan verification. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat relevansi antara teori kepemimpinan dan teori strukturalis dengan pembahasan buku. Teori kepemimpinan kontigensi berkaitan dengan usaha konkrit Sultan Syarif Kasim II dalam memajukan pendidikan perempuan dengan didirikannya dua sekolah khusus perempuan yaitu Sultanah Latifah School dan Madrasah Annisa. Adapun teori strukturalis dilihat dari penjabaran peristiwa sejarah yang runut dan sistematis dalam pemaparan lima segmentasi pembahasan buku. Pada dasarnya pembahasan peristiwa sejarah itu berpola. Hal itu dikarenakan sejarah adalah peristiwa, sejarah adalah proses, dan sejarah adalah gerak perubahan.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the truth of the School Management Information System. What is the purpose of applying the ID in the School? What are the obstacles to the application of the ID at school? What are the conditions and scope of the planning of the SIM in educational institutions? How is the implementation of the school management information system? The research uses qualitative methodology. The results of the study are The purpose of the school license has an impact on the school side, the parents of the students, and the prospective students/students themselves. The obstacle to the implementation of management information systems in schools lies in the system. There are several factors such as availability, ease of understanding, suitability, completeness, timeliness, organizedness, and improved productivity. The scope of management information system planning includes the School Profile Information System, SISILA, Integrated School Student ID, School Facilities ID and Prasarana ID, Academic Activities ID, Academy Information System and School Financial Management, and School and Society Information Services Site.

Abstract

The need for residential housing for foreigners who reside is a basic right that should be considered. Foreigners who have competencies in the field of tourism, managers, and other expertise for the Indonesian state are very realistic because the knowledge of foreigners' work skills for progress is mostly owned by foreigners. Indonesia as a country that will lead to progress is in dire need of knowledge and skills in various fields of technology, management and increasing resources both human and natural resources. The research method is carried out with the type of normative legal research method, with the source of primary legal material Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 103 of 2015 concerning Ownership of Residential Houses or Occupancy by Foreigners Residing in Indonesia, and other laws and regulations related to the issues discussed. While secondary legal materials are library books, journal articles on line journal system, scientific papers, and reviews in the mass media and others. The results of the study indicate that there is conformity between the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 103 and the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation in Article 4 letter a and number 1 of Number 10 of 1996 concerning Cultivation Rights, Building Rights and Land Rights Article 39 letter e and land objects Article 40 letter c, as well as the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021 concerning Land Management Rights, Land Rights, Flat Housing Units and Land Registration Article 49 paragraph (1).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the comparison of folklore translation techniques performed by human and Microsoft translator (windows 11). This research was conducted using Descriptive Qualitative method. The research subjects were taken from folklores titled "Ki Ageng Gribig" and "Wendit" in "Little Sunshine Bilingual Book" translated by Lestiono et al (Human translator) and Microsoft translators (Windows 11). The object of this research is the translation techniques found in the translation results between human translators and Microsoft translators (Windows 11).The result of this study is that in translating the folklores entitled "Ki Ageng Gribig" and "Wendit", human translators and Microsoft translators (Windows 11) used several translation techniques. The human translator used eleven translation techniques, namely adaptation (6 data), amplification (9 data), description (5 data), Establised equivalent (4 data), generalization (1 data), linguistic amplification (2 data), linguistic compression (3 data), literal (16 data), modulation (17 data), reduction (31 data), transposition (2 data). Meanwhile, Microsoft translator (Windows 11) used eight translation techniques, namely adaptation (4 data), borrowing (1 data), Calque (1), description (1 data), Establised equivalent (2 data), literal (86 data), modulation (3 data), reduction (1 data).

Abstract

Companies basically have to carry out appropriate inventory management to anticipate situations or challenges in order to achieve the ultimate goal of minimizing expenditure costs. Companies must plan the supply of raw materials to avoid shortages or running out of stock. By having inventory, it is hoped that the company can carry out the production process according to needs so that the costs required are lighter and more effective. Apart from that, having sufficient supplies of materials is also expected to facilitate production activities or services to company consumers and avoid shortages of raw materials. Inventory shortages can be detrimental to the company in this case increased financing. This research uses an exploratory type of quantitative research. The research sample is the entire population, namely 3 people, namely 1 (one) Director, 1 (one) Manager, 1 (one) Manager, so this research is a population research. The research results show that good inventory control can support sustainability initiatives. By reducing excess inventory, companies can reduce the environmental impact of production. The cause of the lack of material supplies at CV. Buala is when there is rainfall for days on end so that no raw materials are transported and processed, so the supply of materials runs out of stock. To anticipate material stock shortages, CV. Buala attempts to control inventory using the lead time method. Lead time is a time lag that occurs between the time an order is placed until the goods enter the warehouse. If the Lead Time is long, the Reorder Point must be placed earlier so that stock does not run out before the new shipment arrives

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether financial literacy has an effect positive towards the personal financial management of STP Dian Mandala Students, to find out how much influence financial literacy has in managing students personal finances, and to find out whether financial literacy can overcome students difficulties in having high consumer behavior towards managing students personal finances. The research was conducted at the STP Dian Mandala Gunungsitoli Nias Campus, Sibolga Diocese. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through distributing questionnaires, documentation, and interviews, observation. The respondents in this research were 64 students respondents. The results of this research show that the influence of financial literacy has a very significant influence on students personal financial management, amounting to 71.2%. With increased financial literacy, students will increasingly be able to manage their finances wisely, carefully and regularly by applying indicators from each financial literacy variable and personal financial management variable so that students can prepare for their needs and finances in the future.

Abstract

One of the public services that utilizes the e-government system to achieve good governance in Indonesian Government agencies is services in the procurement of government goods / services. Procurement of goods and services carried out by the government is very instrumental in the success of national development in order to improve public services in various regions, specifically in the Gunungsitoli City Government. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of e-procurement; to find out how significant the effect of e-procurement; and to find out how the effect of e-procurement on the effectiveness of the procurement of goods and services at UKPBJ SETDA Gunungsitoli City. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods, to see and statistically assess how e-procurement influences the effectiveness of the procurement of goods / services, whose data collection was carried out through distributing closed questionnaires and the results were processed through SPSS 22. Based on the results of research that has been carried out by conducting hypothesis testing through the t test (partial), the results obtained tcount (5.651)>ttable (1.6794) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.005, which means that there is an influence of e-procurement on the effectiveness of government procurement of goods / services at UKPBJ Gunungsitoli City.

Abstract

The realization of land and building tax in the Gunungsitoli City Government in 2021-2022 does not correspond to the level of contribution and effectiveness in PAD revenue which is still classified as very low. This research aims to analyze how big the contribution and effectivenes of land building taxes is in increasing the Regional Original Income of Gunungsitoli City. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method that uses secondary data and literature with the data source coming from the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (RFRMA) of Gunungsitoli City. In this research, the time period used was 2021-2022 with data analysis using overlay analysis techniques. The research results show that the contribution value is carried out using a tax and levy revenue matrix based on an overlay analysis for 2021-2022. In the 2 (two) year period from 2021 - 2022, the value of the land and building tax contribution includes the criteria for very less in contributing to local original.

Abstract

Lifestyle is how a person behaves to allocate money and time which is expressed in activities, interests and opinions. Meanwhile, financial behavior is a person's ability to manage, namely planning, budgeting, checking management, controlling, searching and storing daily financial funds. As for the lifestyle of students at the Faculty of Economics, Nias University, which influences their financial behavior and how much influence lifestyle has on the financial behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics, Nias University. The research results show that: (1) Lifestyle has a positive effect on Financial Behavior. This is justified by the value of valid data processing results for Variables Therefore, the reliability test of these two variables can be declared reliable because the Cronbach Alpha value is above 0.6. (2) The correlation result with the SPSS software method is 0.919. This figure shows that the significant value is 0.919>0.05, which means that there is no correlation in this study. (3) The coefficient of determination of the R Square value shows a value of 0.844. If the percentage is at a value of 84%, this is the value of the Lifestyle variable that can be explained. (4) The results of the t test for variables X and Y processed in this research Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence of variable

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of Digital Marketing, the obstacles to Digital Marketing, and the sales level of Vivo cellphones in the Gunungsitoli City HP Market Store. This research uses a qualitative method whose data sources are taken from documentation, interview results and observation results. In this research, interviews were conducted with various questions about the research topic directly. The results of this research show that the Gunungsitoli City HP Market Shop using Digital Marketing makes it easier to introduce goods for sale and offer to the public as well as knowing the obstacles in using Digital Marketing to increase sales at the Gunungsitoli City Toko Pasar HP.
