Abstract

Learning outcomes are a measure of the success of the learning process. There are many factors involved in measuring learning outcomes. Learning media, learning models, and students' mathematical literacy abilities are important factors or variables in the learning process to achieve the best learning outcomes. This study aims to look at the direct and indirect effects of these three variables on learning outcomes with mathematical literacy skills as a mediating variable. This research was conducted on 122 students of the Mathematics Study Program at Pamulang University. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling with the Smart-PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of the convergent validity test showed that the loading factor value was > 0.7 and the AVE value > 0.5 indicated that all indicators were valid. The reliability test shows a composite reliability value and Cronbach's alpha > 0.7 is said to be reliable. Learning media has a positive effect that is not significant on mathematical literacy skills. The learning model has a significant positive effect on mathematical literacy skills. Mathematical literacy ability has a significant positive effect on learning outcomes. Learning media has a significant positive effect on learning outcomes. Learning models have a positive but not significant effect on learning outcomes. Learning media has a positive influence that is not significant on learning outcomes through mathematical literacy skills.

Abstract

Housing development is an effort to meet one of the basic human needs, as well as to improve the quality of the living environment, give direction to regional growth, expand employment and drive economic activities in improving and equitable distribution of people's welfare. The construction of flats is one alternative solution to the problem of housing and settlement needs, especially areas in urban areas where the population continues to increase, because the construction of flats can reduce land use, make urban open spaces more spacious and can be used as a way to rejuvenate the city for slums. Arrangements related to the construction of flats were initially regulated in the Flats Law, one of which regulated the ratification of flats. The Job Creation Law through its omnibus law model amends several provisions including those related to flats, including through implementing regulations. In this paper using normative juridical research methods, the author will compare the arrangement for the ratification of flats before and after the promulgation of the Job Creation Law and explore potential juridical problems.

Abstract

In line with the progress of the global economy, especially in Indonesia, it is recognized that a digitalization and modernization era has taken place, which continues to evolve and never ceases. This necessitates cooperatives to strengthen themselves to be healthier, self-reliant, modern, strong, and competitive, in accordance with cooperative principles, enabling them to play a role as a "pillar of the national economy." In April 2022, the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Regulation on Cooperatives with a Multi-Party Model Number 8 of 2021, hereinafter referred to as "Permenkop UKM KMP," came into effect on October 21, 2021. In other countries, the Multi-Party Model Cooperatives, referred to as "KMP," have been commonly used for various business purposes. For example, they have been established in the United Kingdom since 1870, in the United States since the 1990s, in Italy since 1991, in Canada since 1997, in Portugal since 1998, and in France since 2001. Firdaus Putra, the Chairman of the Indonesian Consortium For Cooperative Innovation (ICCI), mentioned in a webinar on the dissemination of Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Regulation No. 8 of 2021 concerning Multi-Party Model Cooperatives, that Italy is the best-practice example of KMP globally, with approximately 14,000 KMPs as of today. However, with the issuance of Permenkop UKM KMP in Indonesia, the history of Permenkop UKM KMP began only in 2022, making it a relatively new terminology in Indonesia. The issuance of Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Regulation Number 8 of 2021 on Cooperatives with a Multi-Party Model raises several questions about the reasons behind the introduction of this new regulation. For instance, is the regulation solely implemented as a UUCK (Job Creation Law) enforcement measure, given the mention of the need for cooperatives to support job creation, even though it is not explicitly explained which type of cooperatives are referred to in the UUCK.

Abstract

This study explores the evolution and significance of the Constitutional Court in Indonesia, examining its speculated super authority and unilateral interpretation of the Constitution. The research delves into the court's exclusive jurisdiction, rendering its decisions final and binding, thereby limiting legal recourse for dissatisfied parties. Grounded in the global development of judicial review, notably the landmark Marbury versus Madison case by John Marshall, the Constitutional Court's role is integral to constitutional interpretation. Originating from discussions during the Draft Constitution at BPUPKI and resurfacing during deliberations on the Draft Law on Judicial Power (UU Number 14 of 1970), the importance of the Constitutional Court gained prominence during the 1945 reform era. The Third Amendment to the 1945 Constitution solidified the court's establishment as a guardian of the constitution, shaping its pivotal role in constitutional interpretation in Indonesia. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Constitutional Court's journey, its unique authority, and its crucial role in the country's legal and constitutional landscape

Abstract

This article analyzes the comparison of regional head election systems directly in the context of global constitutional law. The background to this research is driven by the complexity and diversity of regional head election systems implemented in various countries, as well as their impact on global state governance which is increasingly connected and interdependent. The main objective of this research is to understand the differences and similarities in these systems, identify the factors that influence the choice of the regional head election system, and explore the implications for global constitutional law issues. The research methods used involve literature analysis, comparative studies, and a review of various regional head election models, both based on direct elections and representative systems. The research results show that the direct regional head election system has the potential to increase public participation and accountability, by focusing on democratic principles. However, its implementation can also pose challenges, such as fragile political stability and the protection of minority rights which is often a concern. This research concludes that a deeper understanding of the direct regional head election system and its implications for global state governance is very important in efforts to build global statecraft law that is more inclusive and sustainable. This article contributes to the literature discussing global constitutional law issues and can be a guide for researchers, legal practitioners, and policymakers in planning and evaluating regional head election systems.

Abstract

This research to describe the importance of building the self-integrity of teaching staff as an effort to build a positive and productive culture in the school environment. This research uses a qualitative approach relying on secondary data as strategy of inquiry. The secondary data collection carried out was not supported by interview data, surveys, observations and other specific data collection techniques. The use of secondary data was chosen because researchers were limited in collecting data and information directly which was too extensive to do. The literature review method is useful in the context of time, cost and energy efficiency because the data is already available, so it is more worthy to do. The results of this research show that educators are actors of change who are tasked with instilling values in their students. So, it is important for educators to understand the concept of self-integrity which needs to be continuously inculcated as part of daily practice, especially in the school environment

Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive examination of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, focusing on their role in the economy, challenges in innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation. With over 97% of the local labor force employed by MSMEs, their significance is undeniable. However, obstacles, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, include a financing gap, innovation difficulties, and limited resources hindering digitalization. The research, based on a sample of 250 MSMEs, utilizes Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to reveal the positive and significant impact of innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation on MSME entrepreneurship. Practical implications suggest prioritizing innovation, integrating sustainable practices, and recognizing the importance of digitalization for MSMEs' success, with broader implications for socio-economic and environmental goals.
