This phenomenon opens up various new possibilities and risks simultaneously. These changes have had a significant impact on the development of the accounting profession, resulting in fewer human resources needed in business, including accounting staff. This research aims to 1) Apply sentiment analysis to the existence of the accounting profession in the era of society 5.0. 2) Application of the naive Bayes method to classify sentiment analysis for the existence of the accounting profession in the era of society 5.0. 3) Testing the naive Bayes algorithm in sentiment analysis for the existence of the accounting profession in the era of society 5.0. This research design uses quantitative research, analysis of student sentiment on the existence of the accounting profession was carried out using data from 432 student opinions from several campuses in the East Java region. Test data using the Naïve Bayes algorithm with Term-Frequency Inverse Document Frequency feature selection and the Lexicon method. The results of this research are divided into five parts consisting of the first part 424 students' opinions on the level of accuracy (78%), the second part 427 students' opinions on the level of accuracy (62%), the third part 429 students' opinions on the level of accuracy (47%), the fourth part 425 students' opinions level of accuracy (56%), fifth part 429 student opinions level of accuracy (52%). In the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum, it consists of teaching modules used in the learning process. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology explained that the Merdeka Curriculum focuses on essential content and the development of students' competencies in each phase to enable students to learn more deeply, meaningfully, and enjoyably. The objective of this research is to describe the analysis results of the teaching modules in Merdeka Curriculum in Xaverius 1 Primary School Palembang. In accordance with the teaching modules based on the decision of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology No 033/H/KR/2022. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach method. The technique of collecting data involves interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The subject in this research is Parallel Teacher in 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D Classes and the research object is the teaching modules for grade 1. Data validity is ensured through source triangulation. The technique of analyzing data used an interactive model from Miles Huberman. The result of this research indicated 91.1% compliance with teaching modules, syllabi, and ATP (Annual Program Plans), with 8.88% non-compliance. Meanwhile, the compliance of components and alignment with Learning Objectives within the elements is 100%.

Entrepreneurial interest is still quite low in Indonesia because it is known that until now the number of entrepreneurs has not been able to reach the ideal number, SMK as a vocational school must always develop its quality to realize high-quality graduates in answering the needs of the industrial world and creating new entrepreneurs. This study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to predict and confirm the hypotheses given. This study uses Google Forms for data collection on students of the Tourism Business Department of SMKN 1 Trowulan in Mojokerto Regency. Respondents in this study were 184 student respondents. The results showed that the Social Environment could not explain Self-efficacy or Entrepreneurial Interest. However, the Entrepreneurship Education variable can explain Self-efficacy and Entrepreneurial Interest. Furthermore, Entrepreneurship Education will have more influence on Entrepreneurial Interest, if strengthened by Self Efficacy as a mediator variable. The Social Environment will not have a greater influence on the Interest in Entrepreneurship, although strengthened with Self-efficacy as a mediator variable

Abstract

Self-efficacy is commonly conceptualised as being contingent upon a particular domain of endeavour. The appropriate understanding of self-efficacy relies heavily on the precise specification of its scope. When the scope of the domain is either excessively broad or excessively narrow, the accuracy of self-efficacy diminishes or it may lose its importance. Furthermore, the concept of a domain inherently requires the existence of sophisticated regulatory mechanisms, so rendering the mastery of rudimentary and repetitive tasks, such as the process of tying shoelaces, devoid of significance. Three interrelated domains were discovered, namely efficacy for classroom management, efficacy for student engagement, and efficacy for instructional methodologies

Abstract

This study looks into how important human resources (HR) are to Indonesia's Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) as they embark on a digital transformation. The study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 568 participants and focuses on the impact of staff skills, digital strategy, employee retention, and satisfaction. The findings indicate that there are complex interactions at play: employee skills show a negative correlation with the speed at which digital transformation is occurring, but employee retention, satisfaction, and digital strategy have a beneficial impact on both digital transformation and competitiveness in the global market. The study gives HR professionals useful insights and draws attention to the complex factors that will determine MSMEs' digital future. This study adds to the growing body of knowledge on HR and digital transformation by offering insightful recommendations for businesses attempting to navigate the challenging terrain of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Abstract

A Notary in Indonesia is a public official appointed by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. Its function is crucial in ensuring certainty, order, and legal protection in the realm of civil law. In carrying out their duties, a notary is obliged to maintain the integrity and dignity of their profession by avoiding violations stipulated in the Notary Office Law and Code of Ethics. Administrative sanctions can be imposed on a notary who violates the rules, such as written warnings, temporary suspension, honorable discharge, and dishonorable discharge. Finally, dishonorable discharge can be applied when a notary faces the threat of imprisonment for five years or more. However, if the threat of imprisonment is less than five years, the notary still has the opportunity to resume their profession after serving the sentence. The issue arises when the Notary Office Law does not provide clear provisions regarding the imposition of penalties if a notary faces a criminal threat of less than five years more than once. This situation creates a legal norm vacuum and ambiguity in the role of the Notary Supervisory Board in determining sanctions against notaries who commit such violations.
