Abstract

This research aims to determine and prove the partial and simultaneous influence of Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Costs Operating Income (BOPO) on Stock returns. The second objective is to prove whether BOPO moderates the relationship between Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) on stock returns. This research uses an associative quantitative approach model, namely research to test the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The population used in this research was 43 banks that were included and registered on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique used uses the Purposive Sampling technique, namely that samples are taken based on certain criteria so that 20 banks are obtained with an observation period of 5 years so that 100 observation data are obtained. The data analysis technique uses Moderating regression where data analysis will use residual testing. Hypothesis testing uses the t test, F test and residual test. The results of this research prove that CAR, NIM, LDR partially have no effect on stock returns. The NPL and BOPO variables partially influence stock returns. Based on the simultaneous test, it can be concluded that the variables CAR, NPL, NIM, LDR and BOPO simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns. The residual test results show that BOPO does not moderate the relationship between CAR, LDR, NIM and NPL on the Return variable.

Abstract

This article focuses on the Analysis of the Legal Status of Joint Offices in Notary Civil Partnerships: Perspective of Article 20 of the Law Concerning Notary Positions (from now on UUJN-P), which focuses on the legal status of joint offices by notary civil partnerships. The research in this article uses normative juridical research. Aims to describe and analyze the legal status of establishing a joint office by a civil partnership of notaries. Notaries can enter into civil partnerships to form a joint office as regulated in Article 20 of Law Number 02 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 concerning Notary Positions. Establishing a joint office can be convenient for notaries when opening a notary office, which requires expensive costs. However, there is legal ambiguity regarding the regulation of the legal status of the establishment of a joint office by a notary civil association, where there is a synonym for terms in article 20 UUJN, which equates notary civil partnerships with notary joint offices and civil partnerships in the Civil Code.

Abstract

State losses due to corruption are certainly detrimental to the country's economy. However, law enforcement against corruption crimes must still go through applicable legal procedures. Prosecutors do not have rules that specifically allow them to calculate and determine state losses. The research used is normative juridical. The research approach used is through legislation and cases. Based on Decision Number: 69 K/Pid-Sus/2013, it shows that the legal consequences of the calculation of state losses carried out by the prosecutor are the non-fulfillment of the element of harm to state finances or the non-fulfillment of formal requirements in terms of calculating state losses because it is not based on the calculation of institutions that have the authority and competence related to this matter, namely BPK or BPKP. The prosecutor in this case has violated the principle of legal certainty because it is out of the corridor of the applicable positive law.

Abstract

Human life is inherently paired. So that humans get married. Marriage is a legal and regular offspring connector so as to avoid mixing offspring or bloodline. inbreeding is clearly prohibited in the Marriage Law. The Compilation of Islamic Law also regulates the prohibition of marriage. Then there is a cancellation of marriage from inbreeding. As a result of the cancellation of marriage, the position of children from the cancellation of marriage arises. In terms of the Marriage Law related to the consequences of marriage cancellation in Article 28, the cancellation of marriage begins after a decision from the Court that has permanent legal force and is valid from the time of the marriage. The decision regarding the cancellation of marriage states that it does not apply retroactively to children born from the marriage. This creates uncertainty regarding the position of children from the cancellation of marriage for inbreeding. A marriage is declared invalid according to law and religion if it violates the provisions regarding the conditions or prohibitions in marriage. So can these provisions also apply to the cancellation of marriage for inbreeding. As well as legal protection for the fulfilment of children's rights due to marriage cancellation of inbreeding.
