Abstract

This research explores the intricate dynamics influencing the success of start-up ventures, focusing on the interactions between external environmental factors, entrepreneurial motivation, social support, and business knowledge. Through a quantitative approach and employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM), data from a diverse sample of 170 participants in Indonesia were analyzed. The results unveil significant positive relationships between sustainable marketing strategies, environmental awareness, and consumer preferences for eco-friendly products, highlighting the pivotal role of external factors and intrinsic drivers in shaping entrepreneurial endeavors. Additionally, the findings underscore the mediating role of environmental awareness in the relationship between sustainable marketing strategies and consumer preferences, emphasizing the importance of integrating sustainability principles into marketing strategies. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of the multifaceted determinants of start-up success and offer actionable recommendations for fostering a conducive ecosystem for entrepreneurial growth and innovation in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how PT staff' work environments and work discipline affect their productivity. Margarita Works. Quantitative approaches are employed in this study. using methods for gathering data such as interviews and questionnaires. The study included 61 workers from PT Jasa Marga Palikanci as respondents. Multiple linear regression is the analytical technique employed, and the regression coefficient values are Y = 0.516 + 0.171 X1 + 0.137 X2. The research hypothesis test results indicate that PT employees' job productivity is influenced by work environment and work discipline. Jasa Marga, either in part or entirely at once

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Individual Characteristics and Employee Engagement affect the Turnover Intention of Hotel employees in Medan. The design of this study is quantitative, namely research to identify and show the influence of one variable on other variables. The study population included all hotel employees in Medan, totalling 211 people. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. This study's sample was all employees with permanent status at 3-star Hotels in Medan, totalling 68 respondents. This study used descriptive data analysis techniques and multiple regression analysis with the T-test (partial test), F-test (simultaneous test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The tool in this data analysis test uses multiple linear regression models. The results of this study prove that individual Individual Characteristics significantly influence the Turnover Intention of Hotel employees in Medan. Employee engagement significantly influences the turnover intention of hotel employees in Medan. The results of simultaneous testing prove that Individual Characteristics and Employee Engagement simultaneously affect the Turnover Intention of Hotel employees in Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of marketing communication skills on increasing insurance sales volume of PT Axa Mandiri Financially Service. Marketing communication skills are proxied with 3 free indicators, namely knowledge, skills, motivation. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 50 respondents. This study is an associative study. The data used in this study were obtained using research instruments, namely questionnaires, then analysis through validity tests, reality tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficients of determination, and tests between knowledge variables (X₁), skills (X₂), and motivation (X3). Partially, the variables of knowledge (X₁), skill (X₂), and motivation (X3) have a positive effect on increasing insurance sales volume at PT Axa Mandiri Financially Service.

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the term "Entrepreneurial Motivation," reflecting the extensive scholarly interest in the determinants that incite individuals to undertake entrepreneurial endeavors. Utilizing a dataset from reputable databases such as Scopus, this research elucidates the evolution of entrepreneurial motivation as a concept and its significance in the entrepreneurship literature. We investigate key thematic clusters, seminal works, influential authors, and collaboration patterns in the field. Additionally, we explore publication trends in leading journals and identify research lacunae and emerging trends that signal future scholarly directions. Our findings indicate a robust engagement with factors such as educational background, personal traits, and socio-economic impacts, including the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on entrepreneurial activity. The study also highlights potential new avenues for research in areas that have yet to become prominent within the existing literature, such as the role of risk perception, necessity entrepreneurship, passion, and social responsibility in shaping entrepreneurial motivation. This analysis provides a detailed landscape of the field, contributing to a more nuanced understanding of the dynamic forces that foster and sustain entrepreneurial motivation in an ever-evolving global economy.

In addition, digital marketing plays an important role in the development of MSMEs, one of which is MSMEs in the creative economy. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove (1) the effect of Profitability, company size, and capital structure partially and simultaneously on the value of Manufacturing companies on the IDX. The problem in manufacturing companies is that there is still an uneven distribution of dividends, which can affect company value. The population of this study were all manufacturing companies on the IDX using purposive sampling technique, namely sample withdrawal based on specific criteria. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, which aims to describe or describe the properties (characteristics) of a situation or research object, carried out through quantitative data collection and analysis and statistical testing. This research test tool uses multiple linear regression models, such as the t-test and F-test. The results of this study prove that Profitability, company size, capital structure, and dividend policy simultaneously affect the value of manufacturing companies on the IDX. Partial test results prove that company size and capital structure affect the value of manufacturing companies on the IDX, while profitability and dividend policy do not affect the value of manufacturing companies on the IDX. The results of path analysis testing prove that Profitability through dividend policy affects firm value. Company size through dividend policy does not affect firm value. Capital structure through dividend policy does not affect firm value.

Abstract

The present study examines the complex relationships that exist between pricing strategy, promotional activities, supply chain management, market research, and marketing performance within the framework of start-ups in Indonesia. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to assess data from a sample of 150 start-ups quantitatively. The findings demonstrate the interdependence of strategic choices and their influence on marketing results by pointing out important correlations between these variables. Key factors influencing marketing performance were found to be pricing strategy, advertising, supply chain management, and market research. The results offer practical advice for aspiring business owners, highlighting the significance of comprehensive and integrated marketing approaches for long-term success in the cutthroat market.
