Abstract

This study investigates the relationships between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Brand Image, and Customer Loyalty among consumers of Le Minerale, a prominent bottled water brand. Using a sample of 500 respondents, we employed regression analysis to test four hypotheses. The findings reveal that CSR significantly enhances both Brand Image and Customer Loyalty. Moreover, Brand Image mediates the relationship between CSR and Customer Loyalty, indicating that the positive impact of CSR on customer loyalty is maximized through a strong brand image. These results underscore the strategic importance of CSR in brand management and its role in fostering customer loyalty. Companies that effectively integrate and communicate their CSR initiatives can create a favorable brand image, thereby enhancing customer loyalty. The study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence of the mediating role of Brand Image in the CSR-customer loyalty relationship and offers practical insights for companies aiming to leverage CSR for competitive advantage.

Abstract

The Muslim Baduy community basically adheres to the customs and customs they adopted from their ancestors. The inheritance system used in Baduy customary inheritance uses a bilateral system, namely from father to mother who are equally powerful. The problem that will be discussed is how to implement inheritance in the Baduy Dalam tribe community. The type of research used in this research is normative juridical legal research, namely library research which only focuses on written statutory regulations, so this research is very closely related to libraries because it requires secondary data. The fundamental difference between the inheritance law of the Baduy community and Islamic inheritance law lies in Pikukuh which is the basis for the unwritten inheritance distribution rules which in Islamic inheritance law are clearly based on the Al-Quran and As-Sunnah. Apart from that, there are similarities between Baduy inheritance law and Islamic inheritance law in that the heirs are the descendants of the person who died and the inheritance can only be distributed after the death of the testator. However, the Baduy community does not distribute inheritance to the lineage and above.

Abstract

Indonesia has extensive forest areas and a rich diversity of cultures and customs. This is related to Indigenous Legal Communities, which, according to the Constitution, must be recognized and respected. This research aims to examine whether granting the Right of Management over Ulayat Land represents a solution for sustainable land management or whether it could be detrimental to the land rights of Indigenous Communities. This study employs a Normative Juridical approach, utilizing both a Legislative and Conceptual approach. The legal materials used in this research include Primary and Secondary Legal Materials, which are analyzed using a perspective analysis technique. The research findings indicate that granting the Right of Management over Ulayat Land held by Indigenous Legal Communities can positively impact sustainable land management, provided that Regional Regulations and Regional Decrees are in place to recognize and protect Indigenous Legal Communities. Conversely, it could be detrimental to the existence of Indigenous Communities if Regional Regulations and Regional Decrees concerning the recognition and protection of Indigenous Legal Communities are not properly regulated.
