Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of morning briefing meetings on communication effectiveness, job satisfaction, and service quality at the Lubang Buaya Health Center. Using a quantitative descriptive-analytical method, data were collected from five health workers through structured questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS Version 20. The findings reveal that while morning briefings moderately improved team communication effectiveness (mean = 19.2), their effect on job satisfaction and service quality was not statistically significant. Regression analysis showed that morning briefings accounted for 34% of the variability in job satisfaction but failed to significantly influence service quality or workforce improvement (p > 0.05). Normality tests confirmed the data’s suitability for parametric analysis. Despite positive correlations, the results suggest that morning briefings alone are insufficient to significantly enhance healthcare outcomes, emphasizing the need for additional strategies to improve health worker performance and service delivery.

Abstract

Social justice theory occupies an important position in forming and implementing legal policies in Indonesia. This concept underscores the importance of equitable distribution of resources, opportunities, and legal protection without discrimination. This article discusses the challenges and implementation of social justice from the perspective of legal philosophy, focusing on the role of Pancasila as the basic ideology of the state. In the Indonesian context, the implementation of social justice often faces obstacles such as corruption, inefficient bureaucracy, and lack of access to the justice system for vulnerable groups. This article uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore potential solutions such as legal reform, bureaucratic digitalization, and strengthening legal aid mechanisms. This research emphasizes that social justice is not only related to economic aspects but also includes fundamental human rights in various fields, including education, health, and general welfare. The goal of social justice as a national ideal can be achieved through inclusive policies and fair implementation of laws.

Abstract

Trade secret protection is becoming increasingly important amidst intense business competition, especially in competitive sectors such as food and beverages. Information with economic value, such as marketing strategies and product formulas, is at risk of being leaked, which can cause financial and reputational damage to the company. Law No. 30 Year 2000 on Trade Secrets in Indonesia aims to protect such information, but many companies still struggle with its implementation. This research aims to develop guidelines for companies in drafting effective work agreements to protect trade secrets and examine the ethics and corporate social responsibility in maintaining confidentiality. The normative juridical method is used to analyze the existing legal framework and evaluate the effectiveness of the protection provided. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the protection of trade secrets in Indonesia and increase companies' awareness of implementing the necessary measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Abstract

First-Level Health Facilities (Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama/FKTP) play a critical role in delivering healthcare services to participants of the National Health Insurance (BPJS) program in Indonesia. Every BPJS participant has the right to select an FKTP that collaborates with BPJS Health based on their preference. Therefore, FKTPs, including clinics partnering with BPJS Health, must actively promote their services and continuously enhance the quality of care to improve patient satisfaction and attract more BPJS participants. This study employs a quantitative, causal approach to examine the influence of promotion and service quality on BPJS patient satisfaction. Using a cross-sectional design and random sampling technique, data were collected through questionnaires from 63 BPJS patients at clinic "X." The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression, resulting in the regression equation Y = 1.245 + 0.077 X1 + 0.844 X2. The findings indicate that promotion and service quality significantly influence BPJS patient satisfaction, both individually and jointly, at clinic "X." These results highlight the importance of strategic promotion and continuous quality improvement by FKTPs to ensure optimal healthcare delivery and patient satisfaction among BPJS participants.

Abstract

The protection of trade secrets in the pharmaceutical sector is very important. Various trade secret crimes in the pharmaceutical sector, such as theft of drug prescriptions and counterfeiting of medicines, continue to increase. Another impact of trade secret crimes in the pharmaceutical sector is the medical risk of counterfeiting drugs consumed by the public. However, on the one hand, victims who have trade secret rights in the pharmaceutical sector are still few to report allegations related to trade secret violations. In addition, law enforcement has not been optimal in responding to every complaint from the public regarding the theft of drug prescriptions, counterfeiting of various pharmaceutical products, and complaints from trade secret rights owners. For this reason, the existence of Law Number 30 of 2000 concerning Trade Secrets should provide legal protection for every owner of trade secrets in the pharmaceutical sector and also the public who are victims of trade secret crimes in the pharmaceutical sector
