The feasibility test of the selected model with the determination coefficient, and the significance test of the effect at alpha 0.05, the mediation test with the Sobel test. The research findings show that CEM as a selected model in the path equation model, with the feasibility criteria of the model being met. EVA has a positive and significant effect on EPS. EVA has a positive and significant direct effect on SR. EPS also has a significant positive effect on SR. Abstract

Traditional markets play an important role in the Indonesian economy, especially in supporting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, in recent decades, the existence of traditional markets has been increasingly threatened by the expansion of modern retailers that offer more competitive prices, shopping convenience, and attractive promotions. This competitive imbalance raises legal issues related to the protection of traditional market traders so that they can continue to compete fairly. Therefore, this study aims to examine existing legal arrangements and challenges in their implementation to protect traditional market traders. This research uses a normative legal research method, which focuses on analyzing relevant laws and regulations, such as Presidential Regulation No. 112/2007, Law No. 5/1999 on the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition, and various Regional Regulations (Perda) that regulate zoning and licensing of modern retail. In addition, this study also examines various concrete cases that reflect the weak implementation of legal protection for traditional market traders. The results show that although regulations have regulated the protection of traditional market traders, their implementation still faces various obstacles, such as weak supervision, lack of sanctions against zoning violations, and lack of support in modernizing traditional markets. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen policies, improve supervision, and provide incentives for traditional market traders in order to survive in the midst of competition with modern retailers. With more effective legal protection, it is expected that traditional markets can still contribute to the national economy and the welfare of the community.

Abstract

Trust is an important element in the success of accommodation sharing platforms like Airbnb. This study aims to identify and analyze factors that can affect the formation of user trust in the platform. The approach used in this study is a literature review, by collecting and analyzing various relevant studies from Scopus indexed journals in the period of 2019 – 2024. The results of the study show that trust is formed through three main phases, namely before, during, and after the stay. Information transparency, social reviews, and security assurance are important factors in the early phases, while direct interaction with hosts and local experiences reinforce trust during a stay. The bilateral review system and the platform's response to user complaints are key in maintaining user loyalty after a stay. However, the study was limited to Europe and North America so it did not fully reflect Asian cultures that were more group-oriented. Future research is suggested to expand geographical coverage, utilize innovative technology, and examine longitudinal changes in beliefs. The findings of this study provide guidance for platforms to improve user trust and business sustainability.

Abstract

Legal education for early childhood plays an important role in shaping legal awareness from an early age, which contributes to compliance with social rules in the future. This study uses a normative research method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to identify and synthesise effective methods for teaching legal concepts in early childhood. This study analyses various previous studies that highlight Piaget's theory of cognitive development, Vygotsky's theory of social learning, and Gardner's concept of multiple intelligence in the context of legal learning. Several studies show that experiential learning-based approaches, gamification, mini-court simulations, and legal narratives are able to increase children's understanding of legal and social norms. A character-based approach and moral values, as affirmed by Lickona, have been proven to shape children's legal awareness more deeply. By compiling a conceptual synthesis of various pedagogical approaches, this study provides practical recommendations for educators and policymakers in designing more effective legal learning strategies for early childhood.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the development of environmental education from an ecopedagogical perspective and its implementation using an experiential learning approach. This research employs a descriptive method and utilizes library research by collecting, studying, and analyzing various research findings in the form of journals, books, and government documents relevant to the research topic. The environmental movement of the 1960s-1970s advocated for environmental issues in response to resource exploitation, which exacerbated social and economic inequalities. This pressure led to the emergence of the concept of sustainable development and the integration of environmental education into curricula. However, such education tends to be elitist and lacks practical action, necessitating a return to its praxis roots through ecopedagogy and experiential learning. This approach emphasizes learning based on direct experience, such as sustainable agriculture practices or eco-friendly energy applications, which are relevant to community conditions. Collaboration among the government, private sector, and educational institutions is essential to ensure the effectiveness of this program, ultimately fostering a more inclusive and action-oriented environmental awareness.
