Abstract

This article aims to describe the discourse of integrated quality management system of education in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. The advancement of information, communication and technology is an opportunity and hope to implement qualified and competitive educational programs by utilizing automation technology and cyber technology. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through library research. The writing technique was carried out through several stages starting from data collection to data processing and analysis stage that were considered relevant and had relationship with the problem. The results of this study indicate that the integrated quality management system of education in the industrial revolution 4.0 era can realized through: 1) the planning of qualified educational program, 2) organizing integrated human resource, 3) flexible and transparent communication, 4) harmonious and comfortable coordination, and 5) tight and accountable supervision.

Abstract

The realization of the text of the 1945 Constitution became the history of the birth of the first constitution in the State of Indonesia. The 1945 Constitution text was then amended four times. The first amendment was in 1999. The second amendment was in 2000. The third amendment was in 2001. The fourth amendment was in 2002. Every amendment occurred in the contents section, but not in the opening section. The 1945 Constitution text is a tool for sharing or describing experiences with others. The meaning of the experience is realized in the text of the 1945 Constitution. There is also the purpose of this research, which is to describe the meaning of experience that is in the text of the 1945 Constitution. This research data is in the form of the 1945 Constitution text which has not been amended because it is fundamental and first. The theory used in this study is the Functional Systemic Linguistics (LSF) theory pioneered by Halliday (2014). Furthermore, to analyze the data using the analysis technique of the model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014). Based on the results of the study found, namely (1) there are six processes in the text of the 1945 Constitution which are dominated by material processes (2) there are three types of participant, namely participants based on the process, participants based on their numbers, and participants based on their form (3) there are the ten types of circumstant are dominated by circumumstan manner and there is no circumstant extent. It is intended that the text of the 1945 Constitution is generally constructed by a material verb along with a circumstance manner and summary angle, the participants of which are human beings.

Abstract

This paper discusses about strengthening the management of academic quality. Oneof the educational problems faced by the Indonesian, these are the low quality ofeducation at every level and unit of educations, especially at primary and mediumeducation. The various attempts have to improve the quality of national education,for instance: developing national or local curricula, increasing teacher’scompetences through training, procuring books and learning tools, improvingeducational facilities, infrastructures, and improving the quality of the school’smanagement. However, the indicators of the education’s quality do not show thesignificant improvement. Some schools, especially in cities show the quite encourageimprovements in the quality of education. But, part of them is still apprehensive,especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The teachers and education’smanagement have experiencesin many things.

Abstract

The Village Head Dispute Resolution Mechanism should be regulated in detail and clearly in the norms that apply as law, which should also contain provisions regarding the Village Head dispute resolution mechanism, because these provisions are very important, where each region is required to make a Regional Regulation, related to the issue of the settlement of the village head election, which regulates the election of the village head, including providing arrangements for the settlement of village head election disputes. The Regional Regulation is the juridical basis used by the Head of government at the regional level, namely the Regent and Deputy Regent. This research is a nomative law research in which the approach used is the library or statutory approach through a study of the decisions on the results of the dispute over the village picades. The technique of collecting legal materials is carried out by means of library research. The analysis of legal materials is carried out in a qualitative deductive manner so that a conclusion can be drawn according to the needs of what has been studied. What has been researched is the regent's responsibility as a regional head which is carried out in accordance with the Regional Regulation to form an Election Committee, a Sub-District Supervisory Committee, a District Research Committee, and a Dispute Resolution Team formed directly by the East Lombok Regent. The pattern of village head election dispute resolution carried out by the local government is through deliberation with the roles of negotiator, mediator and conciliator.

Abstract

Differences qualitative and quantitative research to academicians and researchers mainly concentrated on education studies is only able to browse and identify with the fundamental difference merely as example: research that only uses quantitative data but using the qualitative as a benchmark often not considered as a quantitative research Likewise , qualitative research that uses quantitative data is not considered qualitative research. If traced further, actually qualitative and quantitative research very spacious and is a level. Qualitative and quantitative research in the context of methodology includes a researcher's conception of social reality, the researcher's self placement in relation to the reality study and various other reviews. Therefore, in this research article,is stated that the correlation between qualitative and quantitative research in educational research methodology is possible if both are based on the same paradigm. Conversely qualitative and quantitative researchis difficult to reconcile if they depart from different paradigms, which have different epistemological assumptions, and different goodness criteria.

Abstract

Islamic financial planning is a making process of financial planning in prudence to make it compatible with Islamic law in order to achieve the level of Al-Falah, that is the blessing of dunya and the salvation of akhira. Yet, with the importance of Islamic financial planning, the individuals who apply the Islamic financial planning in managing their wealth are still rare. So that this research intends to discover the influence of Islamic financial literacy towards each individual’s Islamic financial planning, and moderation effects given by the big five personality trait. The researcher used the simple regression test to find out the Islamic financial literacy effects towards the Islamic financial planning, and used the analysis of moderated multiple regression (MMR) to take the idea that the big five personality trait can moderate the Islamic financial literacy effects towards the Islamic financial planning. The data is collected by using the survey technique through questionnaire distribution to 115 moslem entrepreneurs in Bandung area. The result of this research shows that the Islamic financial literacy influences the Islamic financial planning significantly, and the big five personality trait partially moderates that influence. Furthermore, the conscientiousness and opennes to experience personality trait moderate the influence of Islamic financial literacy towards Islamic financial planning, while the other three of big five personality trait do not moderate.

Abstract

Abstract The background of this research is to know how the e-learning system in the teaching and learning system at the public high school level, because the Covid 19 pandemic still allows us to learn online at home, with the e-learning system, the learning system can be very effective. remotely, because this research this time will discuss how a good system is applied to the learning process with an e-learning system. The method used in this research is to use the literature review method by referring to previously published books and journals, with the existence of books and journals that discuss this research before, it is certain that this research will produce the latest research and can become the basis for future research. . There are many remote learning method systems during the Covid 19 pandemic, with this remote learning system, the spread of the Corona virus will be greatly reduced, because students do not meet in person and cannot spread directly through physical contact, with the distance learning method. the teaching and learning system continues even though the Covid 19 pandemic spreads. In this research, we will produce a system proposal that will be the basis for the development of distance teaching and learning methods, using e-learning media at an educational level, namely public high schools with a proposed system, so it can be the best suggestion in the future. thiscovid 19 pandemic. Abstract

There are many learning media during the Covid 19 pandemic, some use online media and offline media, online media are also of many kinds, some are in the form of videos, pictures or writing, but there are also many learning media that combine all learning media, examples are online media youtube, with youtube media students will be able to view learning material repeatedly because videos can be downloaded. The method used in research is to use the literature review method, a method that can help in this study because it can find new problems in future research. The problem raised in this research is wanting to know the right media and making comparisons of online and offline media during the new normal period after the COVID-19 pandemic. This research produces data that can prove that the right media is in the new normal period, this is done to common interests and the nation.

Abstract

The background in this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between the ease and trust of an e-commerce with customers who buy goods online, with this ease and trust whether purchasing goods online is increasing what are the factors that make sales increase and the variables that influence it, with the ease of using this e-commerce system and with a high level of trust, the public will be more confident shopping in an e-commerce media, because the seller provides the best service or has a very good product so that people buy with believe in the products they buy. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods by conducting surveys to several customers who have used e-commerce media, is it easy and trustworthy in an e-commerce to increase sales, therefore, with the survey media, data is obtained primarily and the truth can be justified. With the ease and level of confidence about customers, shopping on an e-commerce can increase, with the increase, we can find out what variables can make customers shop more online, therefore variables must be known by sellers with an e-commerce system, with known variables such as ease of trust and the presence of a low price level, product sales will increase. This research will produce data that can determine whether there is a relationship between convenience and trust in purchasing goods online, with this data it can be used as a basis for further research and can be the basis for developing e-commerce systems today.

Abstract

Education quality improvement is a joint responsibility that involves various groups, from structural aspects starting from the central level (ministry) to the education unit. Law Number 20 of 2003 on National Education System Article 39 Paragraph 1 states that education personnel have the duty to administer, manage, develop, supervise, and provide technical services to support the education process in educational units. To achieve the National Medium Term Development Plan - Strategic Plan of Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel 2015-2019, the Ministry of Education and Culture has set the Average Target of Knowledge and Skills Competency. This purpose of this study was to evalaute the education and training of school supervisor by using Kirkpatrick evaluation. The results of this study recommended that the supervision can be improved by using education and training based on HOTS, Best Practice and Adult Education.
