Abstract

The purpose of the establishment of the DPD is philosophically driven more by the interests of the colouring of national government policy to provide new space for the benefit of local communities. Definition of the area here is certainly not an area, but geo-cultural area in the frame that compoundIn this study described some problem formulation, among others; How Politics Law Establishment of the Regional Representative Council in the state system in Indonesia, how the position of Regional Representative Council in the formulation of Law, How Concept notch setting functions in the formation of the Regional Representatives Council Act forward. Study is a normative legal research, approach used is statutory approach, conceptual approach, doctrinal approach. Techniques of collecting legal material accordance with the use of secondary materials in this study, the collection done by gathering, assessing, and treating systematically library materials and documents related. Secondary data concerning the primary legal materials, secondary and tertiary derived from library materials, with due regard to the principle of the update. The data is compiled systematically, in order to obtain a relatively complete picture of the qualitative classification. Based on the results of this study suggested that, in the field of legislative regulation of the authority of the Regional Representative Council as stipulated by Article 22 D Paragraph (1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945 contrary to the desired status and condition of the formation of the Council Regional Representative, then the arrangement of authority in the field of the legislation need to be changed to conform to the status and conditions of the Regional Representative Council which is the regional representative institutions. And As a concrete step of setting an ideal to the existence and position of the Regional Representative Council, it is necessary to do the changes to the provisions of Article 22 D Paragraph (1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945, by the People’s Consultative be authorized to change and establish the Constitution.Key word  : Authority Of The House Of Representatives, State System Republic Of Indonesia

Abstract

This article aims to describe the regulation and supervision of the procurement, distribution and use of inorganic fertilizers and pesticides in crop cultivation. The number of plants consumed by humans becomes important to maintain the quality of plants in the cultivation of these plants. The research method used is normative juridical research, which is a library research by examining library materials related to the object under study. The research uses a statute approach. The analysis used in the form of qualitative analysis. The results showed that the regulation and supervision of the procurement, distribution, and use of fertilizers and pesticides in plant cultivation is needed to protect humans from the dangers of chemicals contained in plants due to excessive use of fertilizers and pesticides. Basically, legal protection is given to protect plant natural resources which have an important role in human life.

Abstract

Komunitas anak yatim sangat perlu untuk mendapatkan perhatian terutama dalam penanaman jiwa kewirausahaan. Karena masa anak-anak merupakan masa produktif yang perlu untuk diberikan bekal keterampilan usaha yang nantinya dapat diterapkan setelah mereka beranjak dewasa. Keterampilan yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui kegiatan bioentrepreneurship dengan pemanfaatan bahan-bahan limbah. Bioentrepreneurship ini merupakan kegiatan yang menggabungkan biologi dengan entrepreneur. Biologi merupakan salah satu cabang dari ilmu sains, yang mempelajari alam dan makhluk hidup, juga mengajarkan akan tanggung jawab untuk mencintai, memelihara kelestarian lingkungan, dan menjaga keseimbangan alam sehingga dapat memperoleh manfaat. Adapun metode pemberdayaan yang digunakan adalah metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Di dalam pemberdayaan ini komunitas yang diberdayakan dan dikembangkan adalah anak yatim perempuan di LKSA Yabappenatim Kelurahan Gebang Kecamatan Patrang Kabupaten Jember. Berdasarkan hasil pemberdayaan di Komunitas LKSA Yabappenatim dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberdayaan dalam meningkatkan anak yatim perempuan pada aspek pemanfaatan limbah lingkungan sebagai bahan yang berdayaguna dan mengembangkan kreativitas anak yatim perempuan berbasis bioentrepreneurship tidak akan berhasil jika tidak ada kerjasama dan partisipasi aktif dari subjek pendampingan, masyarakat terutama masyarakat sekitar. asosiasi-asosiasi dan institusi yang berkaitan dengan lembaga LKSA Yabappenatim serta para donatur yang telah menyumbang dengan ikhlas untuk pelaksanaan program ini di komunitas LKSA Yabappenatim Pelaksanaan pemberdayaan berjalan dengan optimal karena pemberdayaan ini menghasilkan pengembangan kreativitas anak yatim perempuan berbasis bioentrepreneurship dalam memanfaatkan limbah lingkungan alam di sekitar LKSA Yabappenatim menjadi bahan atau produk yang berdayaguna.

Abstract

The formation of the character of moderate Islamic students was a big responsibility of the asatidz or teachers in the country in building the younger generation. This research used research methodology with a qualitative approach with the type of case study research conducted at the Al-Qodiri Islamic Boarding School, especially in Madrasah Tsanawiyah "Unggulan" Al-Qodiri with the aim of analyzing the use of the book Hidayatul Muta'allim as a basic guideline for the formation of moderate Islamic character of grade VII MTs "Unggulan" Al-Qodiri students. The results showed that the book Hidayatul Muta'allim is very relevant as the main foundation for the formation of moderate Islamic character Santri in Madrasah Tsanawiyah "Unggulan" Al-Qodiri Jember. The implications of this research were expected to facilitate the moderate Islamic character of students.

Abstract

Difficulties in reading the word are one of the problems faced by students. Because of these difficulties, many students have difficulty reading the yellow book and make many mistakes in memorizing the position of sentences and memorizing a fashol contained in it. The focus of this study is to evaluate the application of the constructivist approach in the pre-learning stage, the process/core learning aspect, and the closing aspect of amtsilati learning. This study uses a qualitative methodology approach that combines descriptive techniques with data collection from observations, interviews, and documentation. The study's findings show that applying the constructivist approach to amtsilati learning is going well. It can be seen through the student's ability to find solutions to a problem, students who are more active than ustad/ustadzah, who only guide and support learning by acting as motivators, facilitators, and assessors.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the ice breaking method in increasing student learning motivation in the Islamic Cultural History subject at MA Ar-Rohmah Suren. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The results of this research indicate that the ice breaking method has been implemented at the MA Ar-Rohmah institution. At this institution the ice breaking method is implemented by several teachers. Teachers who implement the ice breaking method adapt to student needs or the situation in the classroom. Even though the implementation does not correspond to the stages of ice breaking, the purpose of implementing ice breaking has been felt by the students. When studying, students feel very motivated because there is a different atmosphere in the class or the learning time is more cheerful and enthusiastic. Students don't feel bored in class because there are breaks in boring learning, so that in the end students get excellent grades.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court, in accordance with Article 24C paragraph (1) and paragraph (2), has the authority to test laws against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, to decide on disputes over the authority of state institutions whose authority is granted by the Constitution, this authority, There are several Constitutional Court decisions that are pros and cons, both related to the right to material review and the right to formal review. In the Constitutional Court decision Number 112/PUU-XX/2022, whose ruling extended the term of office of the Corruption Eradication Commission and finally the Constitutional Court Decision No. 90/PUU-XXI/2023 Regarding the Age Requirements for Presidential and Vice-Presidential Candidates. making the Constitutional Court no longer trustworthy as a judicial institution that acts as a Negative Legislator but has acted as a Positive Legislator. Regulations regarding changes to the Law are the authority of the Legislative and Executive, but now the role of the Constitutional Court regarding the formal and material testing of laws and regulations has played a role as a Positive Legislator whose authority is to create new legal regulations with its Decisions which are final and binding. The behavior of the Constitutional Court's Decision by using its authority as a Positive Legislator is no longer guided by the authority it has.

Abstract

Discipline is obedience to respect and implement a system that requires people to comply with decisions, orders, and regulations that apply. Islam teaches us to pay attention to and use disciplinary values in everyday life to build better community life. This study aims to determine the discipline techniques and strategies of SD Al-Furqon Jember students. The high level of student discipline is due to the high motivation of teachers towards students about the importance of discipline. In addition, sanctions against students who do not comply with the rules are also a motivating factor for students always to instill discipline. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method and collects data using the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The study results showed that (1) the disciplinary techniques of SD A-Furqon students were excellent, and they had to continue to improve the discipline of students (2) the strategy of SD AL-Furqon teachers in improving student learning discipline used a Personal Approach, Group Approach such as advising if it is too late in the prayer congregation, and Character and Moral Guidance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam konteks sistem pendidikan di Indonesia, moderasi beragama telah menjadi topik yang semakin relevan, khususnya dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang toleran dan memiliki sikap yang seimbang. SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Ghozali menunjukkan komitmennya dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip moderasi beragama ke dalam kurikulum melalui program Bina Pribadi Islami (BPI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan oleh sekolah dalam menanamkan moderasi beragama di kalangan siswa kelas VIII B melalui program Bina Pribadi Islami (BPI). Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, serta analisis dokumen yang relevan. Proses analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman, yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan dalam menumbuhkan moderasi beragama SMPIT Al-Ghozali Jember adalah program BPI meliputi: Kegiatan 2JP Rutin BPI, Mabit (malam Bina Iman dan Taqwa), Rihlah Tarbawi, Tsaqofah Islamiyah (Seminar), Aktifitas PHBI. Sedangkan faktor pendukung: Program Unggulan yang Terencana, Sinergitas Kurikulum, Pembinaan Terfokus, Struktur Kegiatan Melingtar. Faktor Penghambat adalah pelaksanaan Program dimana perbedaan latar belakang Pendidikan siswa (SD/MI), Perpustakaan yang terbatas. metode diskusi interaktif, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, serta penguatan nilai spiritual melalui praktik langsung. Kata Kunci: Moderasi beragama, BPI, Siswa

Abstract

Reforms in the teaching and learning of the Qur'an can enhance the quality of religious education and spirituality within Islamic-based educational institutions. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method to obtain a deeper understanding of the learning process. The findings reveal that the intensive Qur'anic program significantly improves the recitation quality of students at MTs Unggulan Al-Qodiri 1 Jember.
