Researchers took a sample of 150 respondents using the BSI Mobile Application who are domiciled in DKI Jakarta. The research method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). where the hypothesis in this study is that there are six factors such as perceived ease of use (EU), perceived usefulness (PU), Trust (TR), expected performance (PE), social influence (SI), facilitating condition (FC), and intention to use behavioral BSI Mobile (BI), where there are two variables that have a positive effect on the intention to use BSI Mobile in the DKI Jakarta area, namely expected performance and facilitating condition. For variables that do not affect behavioral intention to use BSI Mobile, there are four variables, namely perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust and social influence. This study proposes several recommendations for developing mobile banking to help customers gain more insight about banks and actively choose the BSI Mobile Application as a reliable transaction method. The reason customers use BSI Mobile is to simplify financial transactions. The analysis in this study uses Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with 100 respondents. The results obtained in terms of public perception of people's purchase intention to support the sale of electric cars, where the variables of attitude, behavior control, environmental concern, and government policies have a good perception of the intention to buy electric cars, and neutral perception for the subjective norm variable. Abstract

Social enterprise (or, institutionally, social business) is a business practice that focuses on social activities in which both market and government fail to deliver social benefit, welfare, justice, and sustainability. Some countries such as South Korea, the United Kingdom, the USA, and others have progressively developed a suitable ecosystem for social enterprise. Indonesia, with its growing social enterprises in society, also needs a suitable and favorable ecosystem to ascertain the progress and sustainability of such enterprises. This study is intended to design a business ecosystem ideal for Indonesia’s social enterprises. It was conducted by comparative analysis of the social enterprise ecosystem in Indonesia and South Korea South Korea is considered a country with the most progressive social enterprises in Asia through a systematic literature review. The comparative analysis result is further analyzed using the BEEP (Babson Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Project) Model. This study shows that there are several significant differences and gaps between Indonesia and South Korea’s business ecosystem for fostering the progress of social enterprises notably in the areas of government policy, finance, and human capital in which Indonesia needs to reflect on developing and fostering her social enterprise ecosystem. The interplay of factors and players of the social business ecosystem in Indonesia will thrive if the government can properly nurture existing social culture, promote proper policies, roll out appropriate and accessible levels of the playing field, and develop a consistent and impartial legal framework. Abstract

The pulp and paper industry is one of the leading sectors that can grow significantly due to the application of advanced technology. The development of recycled paper follows the development of the pulp and paper industry in Indonesia. The trend towards sustainability in the pulp and paper industry drives waste paper recycling. This study aims to provide recommendations for technology in waste treatment in the pulp and paper industry from the perspective of the circular economy and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This research method uses a systematic literature review with descriptive and qualitative data. The research result shows that mechanical and chemical recycling methods were found in the literature. Most of the technologies are used to make alternative use of waste, such as construction material use, pyrolysis, gas-forming, Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF), incinerator, and other alternative use. Appropriate technology applied to plastic waste management should be encouraged to support a circular economy and five potential SDGs out of seventeen goals: SDG 3, SDG 6, SDG 9, SDG 12, and SDG 13. In times of diverse growth in technologies and advanced knowledge, Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) may be possible for relevant future research needs or reshaping the existing research. Abstract

South Sumatra has succeeded in meeting local rice needs. Nonetheless, rice production in South Sumatra has not been able to significantly contribute to meeting the ever-growing needs of Indonesia's population. Therefore, the government is always trying to increase rice production by increasing productivity and expanding the rice planting area. Rice is not only an economic good, but has become a political item. Therefore, government intervention is quite intense in stabilizing the availability of rice. One of the interventions carried out by the government of South Sumatra is targeting the planting area as a response to the availability of rice in the previous year. The purpose of this study was to analyze the response of planting area at the farmer level to changes in rice availability and supply elasticity in South Sumatra by using the previous year's planted area and the availability of rice from South Sumatra as determining indicators. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression using secondary data over a period of 20 years. The results show that the availability of rice in South Sumatra significantly affects the area planted with an elastic supply elasticity. Therefore, government programs such as printing new land or adding planting area (LTT), land optimization through increasing the planting index, and using abandoned land are urgently needed to support sustainable rice self-sufficiency in South Sumatra. Keywords: availability of rice, planting area, supply elasticity, South Sumatra
