Abstract

The administrative service system at the Takalar District Land Office has been good and in accordance with Service Standards according to Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services and State Minister for the Empowerment of State Apparatus (MENPAN) Decree Number 63 of 2003 concerning general guidelines The approach used in this study is a Qualitative Approach. Data analysis used the opinion of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014) regarding the interactive model of policy research that looked at data reduction, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This process continues throughout the research, even before the data is actually collected The administrative service system has been carried out in accordance with the implementation of public services according to the procedures established by law as well as: 1) Procedure in managing land administration according to the service flow and clarity of information is quite clear; 2) The completion time of all land administration arrangements can be done on time; 3) Land administration service costs based on the level of land management; 4) Service products; 5. Abstract

To create an attractive learning atmosphere, a teacher needs an approach that is a discovery learning model in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to improve learning understanding and learning outcomes of Inpres Tompudau students in natural science learning material vegetative propagation of plants through the application of discovery learning models. The research method used is classroom action research consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting through two cycles. Data collection techniques, namely observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative data techniques with indicators of success seen from an increase in the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) for science subjects for Grade VI students of SDN Inpres Tompudau Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 academic year. Students can be said to be completing individually in learning if they meet the specified KKM value standards if the specified KKM standard is 65 and the student exceeds that value then it can be ascertained that the student is complete, and classically 85% of the total is declared complete learning and 85% of the number stated an increase in understanding of learning. The results showed that the use of discovery learning models could improve the understanding and learning outcomes of Grade VI students of SDN Inpres Tompudau regarding the vegetative propagation of plants in the first semester of the 2019/2020 academic year.

This research discussed the correlation of organizational culture with company innovation in Perum Bulog Sulselbar Regional Divisions. This type of research is a descriptive research using a quantitative study design. Data collected techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. In this study, researchers tried to ascertain whether organizational culture has a relationship with company innovation. This research using a survey method. The data was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed using a statistical formula, with Spearman Rank Correlation which is calculated using SPSS. Based on data processing for the organizational culture variable, it was obtained a value of 82 percent, so it concluded that the organizational culture, was in the very good category. For the company's innovation variable obtained a value of 86 percent, so it concluded that the innovation is in the very good category. The results of this study are that there is a relationship between organizational culture with company innovation, with a high correlation coefficient score up to = 0,705, So it can be concluded that organizational culture is correlated with a high level of correlation with company innovation at the general company Bulog, the Regional Division of South Sulawesi in Makassar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan langsung dan pengawasan tidak langsung secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Nutrifood Indonesia Cabang Komplek Pergudangan Calindo Samarinda. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel independen yaitu pengawasan langsung (X1) dan pengawasan tidak langsung (X2) serta variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan (Y). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian survei untuk menguji pengaruh antara dua variabel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan sebanyak 35 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel pengawasan langsung (X1) dan variabel pengawasan tidak langsung (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan variabel pengawasan langsung (X1) dan variabel pengawasan tidak langsung (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Variabel pengawasan langsung (X1) merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan dalam penelitian ini. Saran untuk pihak perusahaan, (i) agar perusahan menerapkan sistem absen finger print, (ii) sanksi berupa potong gaji bagi karyawan yang tidak masuk kerja tanpa keterangan, (iii) memberikan denda atau teguran kepada karyawan yang datang terlambat dan pulang kerja sebelum waktunya.

Abstract

Government policy in hacking poverty is still considered not able to reduce the spatial problems such as creating employment in the formal sector or providing representative space (market) to maintain their minimum consumption. The high dependence on PKL business income in maintaining their consumption patterns makes this sector a lot of people are involved in the poor. Based on these problems, the formulation of the problem in this study is first, what is the pattern of household consumption in street vendors in Makassar City. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: First, when viewed from the amount of income obtained by the size of the family dependents that are large, most of them can be categorized as non-poor, in the statistical criteria of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). However, for the size of life in Makassar City with the consumer price index (CPI) by referring to the cost of living survey in 2012 most of them could be categorized as relatively low income. Second, this data shows that most of them live below the standard of living in Makassar City. In fact, more than half of them have to live with spending under 3 million rupiah per month. With relatively low income, almost half of the average household expenditure is for food expenditure.

Abstract

Performance measurement for the members of the Takalar District Parliament in implementing budget functions is only emphasized to the ability to understand budget absorption or perform the basic tasks that have been outlined.The purpose of this research is to find out the performance of members of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) Takalar Regency.This type of research in this study is qualitative with a case study approach which is one type of qualitative research.Therefore, this research approach is a case study in which researchers conduct an in-depth exploration of programs, events, processes, activities, in one or more people.Data collection techniques are to use interviews, observations, and documents.The conclusion in this study is that the performance of members of the Takalar District Parliament has not been optimal.The productivity of their performance in the implementation of budget functions is influenced by factors of their educational background or knowledge related to the budget.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a problem in which the Regional Water Company Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City has received many complaints from customers in providing services starting from water rates, water quality that is still cloudy, abnormal water discharge and water that does not flow at all. In general, this study aims to determine how the strategy of the Tirta Mangkaluku Regional Drinking Water Company in improv the quality of public services. Palopo. This research uses descriptive qualitative research type. The focus of this research is on the service strategy of PDAM TM Palopo City. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and also based on documents from the Regional Water Company Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City. The results showed that the strategy for improving the quality of public services at the Tirta Mangkaluku Regional Drinking Water Company in Palopo City on the core strategy, consequences, customers and control was adequate in realizing public services but the cultural strategy had not provided the quality of public services in accordance with the expectations of stakeholders, because the community still continues to complain about the attitudes, behavior and services provided to the community as customers.

Abstract

Human resources is an organization whose resources are the most important and can only be obtained through recruitment efforts. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of developing human resources in improving the performance of the apparatus in the Bone regional inspectorate. Research conducted with a qualitative approach with survey methods. Data collection techniques used were interviews and surveyors. The data analysis technique is data analysis in the research process is a very urgent factor because it is a stage that presents a series of information; objectively and rationally about the data or facts found in the field. The results showed that the strategy for developing human resources in the Regional Inspectorate of Bone Regency was through formal education. Where employees are given the opportunity to take part in education freely. The next strategy is employee training but training is not carried out periodically due to limited budget which causes limited training time as well.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan dalah satu unsur dari organisasi dan mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam kegiatan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh variabel kompetensi, kedisiplinan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada yayasan pendidikan dimakassar. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, interview, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, uji validitas, uji realibitas serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian keofisien regresi untuk kompetensi sebesar 0,325, serta memiliki nilai pvalue 0,029, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada yayasan pendidikan Muhammad Natzir di Makassar. Dari hasil koefisien regresi maka diperoleh hasil koefisien regresi untuk kedisiplinan sebesar 0,290, serta memiliki nilai pvalue 0,033, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada yayasan pendidikan Muhammad Natzir di Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien regresi maka diperoleh hasil koefisien regresi untuk motifasi sebesar 0,195, serta memiliki nilai pvalue 0,008, sehinga dapat disimpulkan bahwa motifasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada yayasan pendidikan Muhammad Natzir di Makassar. Dari hasil analisis kofisien regresi maka diperoleh hasil koefisien regresi untuk kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,185, serta memiliki nilai pvalue 0,004, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahw kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada yayasan pendidikan Muhammad Natzir di Makassar.

Abstract

Each company strives to get employees involved in organizational activities by providing work performance in work  productivity as high as possible to realize the goal. The spirit at work is a mental attitude that is able to provide encouragement for someone to be able to work harder, faster, and better. This study aims to (i) know the description of the spirit at work of PT.Millennium Penata Futures. (ii) to find out the description of work productivity of PT.Millennium Penata Futures. (iii) to find out how much influence spirit at work  has on the productivity of employees of the Makassar branch of PT Millennium Penata Futures. Data collection techniques used are, observation, questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study show that (i) spirit at work at PT.Millennium Penata Futures Manager is in the very high category (ii) employee productivity at PT. Millennium Makassar Futures Manager is included in the very high category (iii) spirit at work variables have a significant effect on employee productivity variables at PT. Millennium Penata Futures Makassar. Therefore, the higher spirit at work, the productivity of employees at PT. Makassar Millennium Penata Futures will also increase
