Abstract

Employees who have good work engagements will focus on goals, work actively, always develop abilities and don't give up easily. The purpose of the study was to analyze employee engagement at PT. Citra Lampia Mandiri, East Luwu Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The number of population and samples at PT. Citra Lampia Mandiri, East Luwu Regency are as many as 51 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique was to perform validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistical analysis consisting of data normality test, simple linear regression analysis, partial significant test, and determinant coefficients. The result of this research is Employee Engagement at PT. The image of Lampia Mandir Luwu Timur is in the very good category, where the majority of employees who are respondents chose to strongly agree with the statement based on three indicators formulated on the employee engagement variable. With the percentage level of the average score obtained on the results of data processing in the previous chapter, it is in the very very good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the individual's external environment and self-confidence on student purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research using a descriptive correlation approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with partial test (t test), simultaneous (F test), coefficient of determination test (R2), and partial determination coefficient test (r2). The results showed that the individual's external environment and self-confidence simultaneously had a significant effect on students' purchasing decisions. Partially, the individual external environment has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as the self-confidence variable partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Optimally developing tourism can increase economic growth, this is because tourism is a sector that is considered profitable for many parties, such as the government, society and the private sector. This study aims to determine the development of tourist objects and increase in tourist visits to Bureke. This research method is qualitative with a descriptive approach using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used a qualitative interactive model. The results of the study show that the development of tourist objects can increase tourist visits seen from tourist attractions where in tourist attractions there is the main attraction for tourists to come to visit, namely the statue of Jesus as the main object besides that there is also a statue of the Virgin Mary, a glass adrenaline bridge which is the only item in Toraja, photo spots and cool and beautiful natural scenery to attract tourist visits. Marketing and Promotion that attracts tourist visits. Transportation of income and desires based on research results there are many deficiencies, especially existing facilities that are not fully functioning optimally and also fees for entering and enjoying burake attractions are subject to tariffs based on.

Abstract

The research tries to explain the Cash Flow Statements and its impact on Manufacturing Firm Value Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies in the sub-sector of various industries and consumer goods industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling resulting a sample size of 120 in a period of 3 years 2018 to 2020. The data collection technique uses documentation techniques. Descriptive statistical analysis data, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test and t test are the method for data analyzing. The analysis results shows that there are significant effect of operating cash flow statements and investment cash flow statements on firm value, but there is no effect of the statements of cash flows funding on firm value. Based on the results of research on operating cash flow reports and investment cash flow reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018 - 2020 period, the firms’ value using Tobins'Q is getting better every year. However, the funding cash flow reports shows that the firms’ value is getting worse every year.

Abstract

This qualitative research study provides evidence that combining the collaborative problem-solving method with big data analytics technology is an effective approach to enhancing students' complex thinking skills in entrepreneurship learning. The research used a case study design to investigate the impact of the method on 30 students in an entrepreneurship course.  The study has implications for educators and instructional designers seeking to improve students' critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and data analysis skills in entrepreneurship education. The study highlights the importance of collaborative problem-solving and technology in entrepreneurship education. Future research is needed to investigate the long-term impact of the method on students' learning outcomes and its generalizability to other domains.

Abstract

The services provided by the government to the community continue to undergo renewal, both in terms of paradigm and service format in line with the policies issued from these agencies as well as in the increasing demands of the community and changes in the government that are satisfactory even the community is still positioned as a helpless party and is realized in the framework of services.  This research includes quantitative descriptive research using a percentage formula. The population was 124 people, while the selected sample was 62 people.  The results showed that the results of the data processing showed that the average openness dimension was 14.87  in the good category. The simplicity dimension is 10.68 which is in the excellent category.  The certainty dimension is 14.77 is in the good category.  Justice is 10.82 which is in the excellent category. Safety and comfort is 13.71 is in the good category. Responsive dimension is 17.20 is in the good category

Abstract

Entrepreneurial character is important to determine the level of business success. Knowing the different behavior patterns possessed by entrepreneurs, will help entrepreneurs to learn and develop. The purpose of this study was to determine the entrepreneurial character possessed by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in running a business in the Lampa square, Mapilli sub-district. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. Respondents were selected using a saturated sampling technique with a total population of 33 people. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of the angket questionnaire were analyzed by interpreting the score of the questionnaire according to Sugiyono. The results of the study show that the entrepreneurial character possessed by Micro Business actors, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Lampa square, Mapilli District, with an average score of 83.56% in the very high category. The percentages for each indicator are (1) 94.5% confident, (2) 93.3% task and result oriented, (3) 89.1% honest, (4) 86.7% future oriented, ( 5) Creative 84.8%, (6) Leadership 76.9%, (7) Dare to take risks 75.7%, and (8) innovation 67.3%. So it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial character that dominates MSME players in Lampa Square is self-confidence and the weakest character is innovation. (7) Dare to take risks 75.7%, and (8) innovation 67.3%. So it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial character that dominates MSME players in Lampa Square is self-confidence and the weakest character is innovation. Abstract

The application of Makassar Mayor Regulation Number 98 of 2016 concerning Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions and Work Procedures of the Makassar City Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Service is in the context of increasing the effectiveness of the work of the Makassar City Office of Cooperatives and UMKM. In this study trying to see the impact of organizational policies on organizational effectiveness by using the six variable elements of management policies and practices. The six elements are strategic goal setting, resource search and utilization, achievement environment, communication process, leadership and decision making, and organizational adaptation and innovation. This qualitative research uses a case study approach. The data analysis technique is the Miles and Huberman model , which consists of data reduction, data display/presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of the study indicate that organizational effectiveness at the Makassar City Cooperative and MSME Office has not gone well, this can be seen from a number of things, including the absence of specialized personnel managing education and training and special staff (Bachelors) in the field of cooperatives and working environment conditions (achievement environment). in the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs that have not been effective. Improper placement of employees by not paying attention to the educational background and specialization / expertise of employees so that it takes time in the adjustment process and reduces the number of education and training programs due to limited allocation of funds .

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the wage system on CV. JeMn'D Ambon. The purpose of doing this research is to find out how the wage system on CV. JeMn'D. The data used in this study is a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique. To achieve the objectives of this study, data collection was carried out with the help of interviews and giving questionnaires to obtain data.Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the wages/salaries received by employees of CV. JeMn'D in the shop section is Rp. 1,300,000/month and the supermarket section gets a wage of Rp.1,500,000/month. The salary/wages received by employees are not in accordance with the Maluku Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), which is Rp. 2,604,960. In accordance with the Government Regulation on Proper Living Needs, the wages received by JeMn'D employees cannot meet their daily needs. Working time on CV. JeMn'D before the Ambon Mayor Regulation regarding PPKM was 19 working hours/day, while after PPKM it was 9 working hours/day. There is a government rule that if the length of time worked exceeds the limit, the employee is entitled to receive overtime wages/salary. But this did not happen to CV. JeMn'D, the employee's working time has exceeded the limit of government regulations regarding the length of working hours, but the employee does not receive overtime wages/salary. On CV. JeMn'D also provides a Holiday Allowance (THR) to its employees, namely on major religious holidays in accordance with the religion of each employee, namely THR in the amount of salary per month plus holiday gifts in the form of food and drinks. On CV. JeMn'D also has a regulation in place, namely if an employee is intentionally absent from work without notification and a permit or sick note, a fine of Rp. 10,000/day. JeMn'D also provides a Holiday Allowance (THR) to its employees, namely on major religious holidays in accordance with the religion of each employee, namely THR in the amount of salary per month plus holiday gifts in the form of food and drinks. Abstract

Implementation of corporate governance (corporate governance) is seen as very important as one of the things to maintain the sustainability of the company's business in the long term that prioritizes the interests of shareholders (shareholders) and stakeholders (stakeholders). The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Indonesia. The method used in this research is literature study. Literature study is a research approach that is carried out by looking for references on a theoretical basis that is relevant to the cases or problems found. These references can be found in books, journals, research report articles, and online sites on the internet. The output resulting from the literature study is the collection of references that are relevant to the problem formulation. The principles of Good Corporate Government at PT. Telkom Indonesia has a very high percentage interpretation.
