Abstract

Creative economy-based MSMEs in optimizing profit margins in Tompotikka Village, Palopo City, namely by using the first strategy, the price offered greatly influences income because the more affordable the price, the more people will be interested in buying products from an MSME. Second, the strategy that is most widely used is the fifth strategy, namely that products have various variants. The more types of products offered, the more choices and interest there will be in shopping at an MSME. Third, the most widely used strategy is the simplest strategy, namely promotion carried out on the internet media. It cannot be denied that nowadays the use of internet media has a big influence on income because there is a lot of internet use not only among teenagers but also among adults and adults. children. Fourth, the strategy that is widely used is strategy seven, namely the product is sold to the figure exclusively. This strategy allows the public to know the place and not need to look for where to buy products from MSMEs, just come to the figure, the community can immediately enjoy it. Fifth, the strategy that is widely used is the third strategy, namely the product model following current fashion trends. If a business continues to develop its business by looking at the latest trends, the greater the profits it will be in seeing the needs of society which are always changing at any time and with the times. Sixth, the strategy that is widely used is the sixth strategy, namely that the product is not easily damaged. The stronger the product from an MSME, the greater the consumer's desire to buy because they will think about how to use a product so that it can be used for a long time.

Abstract

Improving the service quality of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Takalala Unit, Soppeng Regency is one way for banks to remain competitive in the banking market share. Customer service plays an important role in improving the quality of service in a bank because the quality of service provided by customer service determines the bank's image.The problem that then arises is what is the role of customer service and the determinant factors that influence the quality of service at that location. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques are used through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is processed using descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the role of customer service in improving service quality includes paying attention to the completeness of facilities, completing customer needs, handling customer requests and complaints, establishing good relations, and maintaining the confidentiality of customer data. Furthermore, the determinant factors that affect service quality are service quality, cooperation network, customer convenience, alternative transactions, good relations, customer empowerment, socialization and technology assistance, service consistency, and alternative socialization.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the business model and development strategy that can be carried out by traditional grilled oyster culinary entrepreneurs in Lajari village so that their business can run well amidst the complex competition between culinary establishments. This research is a type of qualitative research with a Business Model Canvas approach which is described in 9 components combined with consumer desires obtained using empathy maps and SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques with observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of the research show a SWOT analysis diagram of the strategy direction in "Growth Oriented strategy" which supports aggressive strategies, then these results are used as input in determining what strategies need to be carried out and designed so that the business can run well.

Abstract

 The financial balance system between the Central Government and Regional Governments has an emphasis on regional autonomy policies which designate districts and cities as the focus of autonomy. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of village fund allocation policies in Sunggumanai, Pattalassang District, Gowa Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, documents and observation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data processing and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation Policy (ADD) in Pattallassang District, Gowa Regency is going quite well. This can be seen from the preparation stage in the form of preparing the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes), implementation of each activity up to the stage of preparing accountability. However, the implementation of the ADD policy has not been optimal, this is because there is still a lack of socialization regarding the planning of ADD activities, there are still delays in completing ADD physical activities, and there are still delays in preparing accountability reports.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that (1) The description of the Bolu Cukke Home Industry business in Lajoa from 1989 until now has developed well, seen from the Bolu Cukke enthusiasts who are not only from the surrounding community but many are from outside the region. Currently, traditional food sponge cake has been used as a typical food of Lajoa, Jennae Village, especially Soppeng Regency (2) Home Industry Bolu Cukke in Lajoa is declared feasible because it has fulfilled aspects according to business feasibility study analysis such as aspects of legality, financial aspects, technical aspects of production, management and organizational aspects, socio-economic aspects, environmental impact aspects, but in terms of market and marketing aspects are not optimal both online and offline (3) Supporting factors Raw materials for home industry sponge cake in Lajoa Jennae Village, Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency such as in terms of the price affordable, strategic location and create jobs. As for the inhibiting factors, such as the marketing process that does not reach the broad market due to the absence of the application of modern technological tools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence business performance has on empowering Tanjung Bira tourism in Bulukumba Regency. To achieve this goal, researchers use indicators to measure these variables. In the variable business performance indicators used are increased sales, increased profits and satisfactory growth. The tourism empowerment variable uses involvement, trust, and communication indicators. This study uses quantitative research. Data collection techniques carried out are through observation and questionnaires. The population in this study were UMKM business actors in the Bira beach area of Bulukumba Regency with a total of 50 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was the Nonprobability Sampling Technique by collecting sample data using a questionnaire. Data obtained from research results were processed using data analysis and SPSS version 25 application consisting of validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the indicators used for each variable of business performance and tourism empowerment are in the sufficient category. Based on the test of the determinant coefficient between the two variables, there is an effect of 58.0%. Based on the simple linear regression coefficient shows a positive value, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of variable X on Y is positive. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between business performance and tourism empowerment.Keywords: Business Performance, Tourism Empowerment.

Abstract

A leader's transparency, dependability, and uniformity in upholding moral principles are considered aspects of their integrity. Divergent opinions have been expressed regarding what behaviours are ethical modern organizations. This study therefore examined the importance of ethical leadership and employee performance in modern organizations. This paper relies on secondary data and utilizes the content analysis for interpretation of collected data. This paper concludes that clear ethics codes and appropriate policies must be in place to guarantee that all employees know what is expected of them in order to cultivate ethical professionals. Organizations must also show ethical leadership in the recruiting, training, and development processes; additionally, they must recognize and honour employees who uphold ethical standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer buying interest on the decision to purchase thrift goods at the Minasa Maupa Main market, Gowa Regency. This research uses quantitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis and using the help of the SPSS software program version 24 which consisted of validity tests and reliability tests of research instruments, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the indicators used in each variable showed that consumer buying interest was in the very good category. For indicators on purchasing decision variables are in the very good category. Based on the results of the t test, the calculated t value is greater than the t table, so it can be concluded that there is an influence between consumer buying interest on purchasing decisions for thrift goods at the Minasa Maupa Main market, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the role of value congruence, partnerships with external parties on sustainable development. Apart from that, this research also analyzes how the variable role of CSR program integration effectiveness mediates the role of value congruence and partnerships with external parties. The research methodology is a correlational quantitative approach which aims to understand and explain the phenomenon of CSR programs in South Sulawesi Province in depth. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and inferential statisticsusing the SPSS program. The testing technique uses path analysis and Sobel test. The research results show that 1) the role of value congruence (path coefficient value 0.0332) has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of CSR program integration, 2) partnerships with external parties (path coefficient value 0.315) has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of CSR program integration, 3 ) the role of value conformity (path coefficient value 0.477) has a positive and significant effect on sustainable development, 4) partnerships with external parties (path coefficient value 0.194) has a positive and significant effect on sustainable development, 5) effectiveness of CSR program integration (path coefficient value 0.424) positive and significant effect on sustainable development, 6)the role of value congruence does not have a significant positive effect on sustainable development through the effectiveness of CSR program integration (Sobel test value 1.1615 < 1.96) and 7) partnerships with external parties have a positive and significant effect on sustainable development through the effectiveness of CSR program integration (Sobel Test Value 2.574 > 0.194).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) how the perception of parental employment status, parental education level, and students' entrepreneurial interest at SMK Jaya Negara Makassar, and (2) whether there is a relationship between parental employment status and parental education level with students' entrepreneurial interest. This study investigated the relationship between descriptive methods and other methods. Questionnaires and instructions were the data collection methods. The research tool was tested on 27 respondents. The analysis prerequisite test consisted of normality and linearity tests, reliability tests using Cronbach alpha, and instrument validity tests using the product moment formula. Hypothesis testing used correlation tests. The results of the study show several things. First, there is a positive and significant correlation between the employment status of students of SMK Jaya Negara Makassar and their desire to become entrepreneurs. Based on the analysis, the correlation coefficient rxy is 0.585 (rxy of 0.585 is greater than rtable 0.367). Second, there is a positive and significant correlation between the level of education of students' parents and their desire to become entrepreneurs. The correlation coefficient rxy is 0.669 (rxy of 0.669> rtable 0.367).
