Abstract

The pandemic has had a considerable impact on various sectors, especially for MSME players, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in its survey reported that only 2% of MSMEs experienced an increase in sales during the pandemic. This study aims to determine the implementation of the marketing mix applied by MSMEs of Nasi Uduk Mamah Ica as one of the MSMEs that experienced an increase in sales during the pandemic. With the hope that it can help and inspire MSMEs affected by the pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with primary data. The results of the study showed the implementation of the marketing mix carried out by Nasi Uduk Mamah Ica in adapting, namely 1) Products: enriching menu variations and maintaining quality. 2) Price: make 2 price variations by adjusting the market. 3) Places: less strategic but helped by the locations already available on Maps. 4) Promotion: worth of mount, e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer relationship marketing (CRM). Digital sales are the biggest change, with the wider the market, the development carried out is increasingly emerging. Digital sales are considered to be able to be a solution to adapt during a pandemic. For further research, it is necessary to look more deeply at the impact of digital sales for MSMEs during the pandemic

Abstract

The producticivity of apple cucumber plants is relatively low. One of the determining factors for the success of apple cucumber production is the quality of seeds. Invigoration is an effort that can be made to improve the quality of seeds. The study was conducted at Screen House of Kepuh Al-Jariah Village, Karangpawitan District, Karawang Regency, West Java Province in October to December 2021. The experiment designe was randomized block design (RBD) consisting with 5 replications and 7 treatments consisting of: Z0 (control), Z1 (Naphtaleine Acetic Acid (NAA) 100 ppm + bean sprouts extract 40%), Z2 (Naphtaleine Acetic Acid (NAA) 200 ppm + bean sprouts extract 40%), Z3 (Naphtaleine Acetic Acid (NAA) 100 ppm + bean sprouts extract 60%), Z4 (Naphtaleine Acetic Acid (NAA) 200 ppm + bean sprouts extract 60%), Z5 (Naphtaleine Acetic Acid (NAA) 100 ppm + bean sprouts extract 80%), and Z6 (Naphtaleine Acetic Acid (NAA) 200 ppm + bean sprouts extract 80%). The results showed that in the observation of stage 1 parameters of germinating power (DB), growth seismicity (Kst) and growth speed (Kct) had no real influence on all treatments. Meanwhile, the real influence was only found in the parameters of the vigor index. Stage 2 observations showed that the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, and number of buds had a noticeable influence. Meanwhile, the unreal influence was only found in the parameters of root length. Z2 treatment (NAA 200 ppm + 40% bean sprout extract) is the best combination that is able to provide the best response to stage 1 and 2 observation parameters. Where in stage 1 the treatment Z2 has a germination power of 96%, the vigor index is 68%, seismicity grows 92%, and the speed grows 20%. While in stage 2, the Z2 treatment has a plant height of 26,30 cm, the number of leaves is 9,48 strands, the number of buds is 7,48, and the root length is 29,45 cm.

Abstract

Romantic relationships are voluntary interactions compared to other types of relationships with groups, these relationships differ in intensity, usually characterized by expressions of affection and expectations of sexual behavior. This study discusses the meaning of romantic relationships in married couples who are still students. The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning and motives of romantic relationships and the communication experience of married couples who are still students. This study uses a qualitative methodology with a phenomenological study. The results of this study found that (1) The motive of romantic relationships for married couples who are still students is a noble thing and must be maintained as well as possible because involves interest, commitment, and intimacy in the form of verbal and nonverbal communication carried out in everyday life. (2) The meaning of the romantic relationship of a married couple who is still a student is also found in involvement, control, sharing of time and activities as well as the presence of attention and trust. (3) The experience of communication between husband and wife carried out by married couples who are still students is a form of interpersonal communication in the form of verbal and nonverbal communication, with the aim of sharing stories, feelings and giving attention.

Abstract

This community service activity offers a solution to improve the quality of education, it is necessary to improve and improve education, which is closely related to improving the quality of operational learning that takes place in the classroom. The implementation method is carried out in the form of: training, workshops and mentoring. The method used in training, workshops and mentoring is in the form of a cycle which is carried out in five stages, namely: the planning stage, the action stage, the observation stage, the reflection stage, and the follow-up stage. In completing the implementation of these activities, several tests and activities were carried out such as: preliminary and final tests, seminar activities in the form of lectures, demonstrations, simulations, and assignments. Abstract

One of the largest industrial cities, namely Karawang Regency, also experienced this. Therefore, the Karawang regency government is also thinking of an effort that is able to control the spread of covid 19 in industrial clusters, because the industrial cluster in Karawang Regency is the largest industrial cluster affected by the spread of covid 19. in this case the author is researching related to collaborative government in an effort to prevent the spread of covid 19 in the industrial sector in Karawang Regency in 2021. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and is coupled with Ansell and Gash's theory with 4 indicators, namely initial conditions, facilitative leadership, institutional design, and collaboration processes. Abstract

Teaching Campus Batch 1I 2021 is part of the Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) program launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikbud) and supported by the Education Fund Management Institute (LPDP) of the Ministry of Finance which opens opportunities for students to become educators in Elementary Schools. SD) or Junior High School (SMP) to assist learning during the pandemic, by presenting students as part of strengthening literacy and numeracy learning where students become teachers' partners in creativity and innovation in learning. The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred caused a decrease in student interest in learning, the level of understanding of students when learning, and students' literacy and numeracy abilities. Based on these problems, it affects the effectiveness of the learning process, one of which is at SDN Dawuan Tengah I. The methods used in the Teaching Campus activity number II are in the form of literacy and numeracy habituation activities. The final result of this activity is the habituation of literacy and numeracy for students at SDN Dawuan Tengah I and increasing the real role and contribution of universities and students in national development.

Abstract

The Job Creation Law explains that individual legal entities that meet the criteria for Individual Companies or Micro and Small Enterprises as a form of PT, furthermore PP No. 8 of 2021 provides rules that Individual Companies are established by registering and filling out a Statement of Establishment, and similar to dissolution or amendment, this means that it is carried out without a Notarial Deed. This research aims to understand and further examine the implications of the absence of a Notarial Deed on the sustainability of the Company will affect the implementation of Individual Companies in Indonesia. This research is normative legal research using literature approach techniques. So the conclusion is that the provisions in Article 7 paragraph (7) of Law No. 40 of 2007 jo. Article 109 of the Job Creation Law does not provide an exception to the provisions regarding the pouring of articles of association in the form of a Notarial Deed, so it is not in line with article 153A paragraph (2) Job Creation Law. The Notarial Deed is only required to be prepared regarding an Individual Company that needs to be changed to a Company. Provisions that are not stated in the Statement of the Individual Company comply with the laws and regulations.

Abstract

Statements that are generally contradictory to efforts to enforce criminal law in Indonesia in the perspective of legal criminology that often occur because of a conflict and conflicts that often occur are conflicts that occur between law enforcement officers in an effort to enforce criminal law in Indonesia. In addition, many law enforcement officials do not understand the contents of the legislation and the legal theories contained in it in depth, because the content contained in the legislation and the legal theories in it are basically just like a a knife used to carry out a legal analysis process that is considered sharp in an effort to enforce criminal law in Indonesia. Then the existence of contradictory and contradictory statements in efforts to enforce criminal law in Indonesia generally occurs because of the lack of knowledge of the legal apparatus itself in understanding the contents of legislation and legal theories so that in the process of enforcing criminal law it is often an error occurs, even though in existing and applicable legal theory, the law is the source of all legal sources used to resolve a criminal event that is ongoing and ongoing in the legal process among the community. The factors causing the emergence of contradictory statements and also the factors that invite the presence of contradictory statements in efforts to enforce criminal law in the perspective of legal criminology in Indonesia are factors from the law itself, factors from law enforcement officials themselves, factors from facilities, factors from the community environment as well as cultural factors. Abstract

Comparative analysis of Indonesian language learning outcomes through offline SMP Negeri 5 Makassar and online SMP Kartika Wirabuana Makassar. This research is a descriptive type of research that uses a "survey" research design. This study aims to determine; (1) how are the results of learning Indonesian through offline SMP Negeri 5 Makassar; (2) How are the online learning outcomes of Kartika Wirabuana Middle School Makassar; (3) How are the results of learning Indonesian through offline SMP Negeri 5 Makassar and online SMP Kartika Wirabuana Makassar The population is the entire SMP Negeri 5 Makassar Daring SMP Kartika Wirabuana Makassar. The samples used were students of SMP Negeri 5 Makassar Daring SMP Kartika Wirabuana Makassar. as many as 50 people. The technique of determining the sample is by simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that; (1) the results of learning Indonesian through offline SMP Negeri 5 Makassar are in the medium category; (2) the results of learning Indonesian through online SMP Kartika Wirabuana Makassar are in the medium category; (1) the results of learning Indonesian through offline SMP Negeri 5 Makassar are better than the results of learning Indonesian through online SMP Kartika Wirabuana.

Abstract

Tegal Village, Keragilan District, has many programs on farmer groups, women's dharma, handicrafts and others. This research uses a qualitative method by referring to AIDA is Attention: the shortcomings of the marketing aspect, this is what is found in handicraft products there is no special message or brand owned; Interest: has had a better point for the role of the village head who often encourages his community to participate in competitions either held by the government or companies; Desire: residents have the disadvantage of letting an exhibition boutique guard or a keeper selling goods just sell without understanding the concept of marketing communication, then what is the action aspect: residents do not understand how a buyer's habits can influence in determining the decision to buy the product or not. Suggestions in this study the need for some actions tailored to AIDA-based marketing communications
