Abstract: At this time, the development of the industry is so rapid, which results in its business processes involving many sophisticated machines and equipment. As a result of these developments increase the risk of accidents at work. The purpose of this study is to identify potential hazards and provide suggestions in an effort to prevent work accidents. This research is a qualitative research with primary data obtained from field observations and secondary data in the form of literature searches. The analysis was carried out using the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) method. The research results obtained are work accidents that occur at PT. SEGARA is caused by the worker's carelessness when using the machine so that workers can get injured and lose their limbs as a result of being hit by the machine. Types of accidents that often occur at PT. SEGARA eye irritation due to welding, as well as defects due to exposure to machines. The solution in preventing a work accident that occurred at PT. SEGARA is to use the right PPE and continue to improve knowledge of work safety.. Keyword: Accident, Hazard, HAZOP.

The purpose of this research is to know the students writing skill through Applying expressive writing. This research use a Quantitative method with the population consist of first grade of senior high school of SMA YASMU SOFIFI those are consist of three classes, class X, class XI, and class XII. So, the sample of this research is class X consist 15 students as the sample. In this research, the researcher collects the data by using Pre-test, Treatment and Post-test. To analyzing the data, the researcher used Arikunto design. The result of this research showed that the students’ post-test more higher than pre-test. It can explained from the data that in Pre-test no one student got category good, there are only 4 students got category enough with the score 60-70, and there are 11 students got category good less with the score 50-60. And then the Post-test showed that there are 2 students got category good with the score 70-80, 10 students got category good enough with score 60-70. And the last is 3 students got category good less with score 50-60. It means through expressive writing can improve the students’ writing skill

The research aims to see the using of mind mapping techniques in improving students’ writing ability. The subjects are 16 students of grade XI at SMA Al-Khazanah and the type of this research is quantitative. The data are gained by assessing the students’ writing ability through the post-test in control class and experimental class. The data analysis is using t-test by determining mean and standard error of both variables. T-test is used to see the difference between the result and t-table. The result of the research showed that the hypothesis null (Ho) are rejected and hypothesis alternative (Hi) are accepted because the t-observation (5,062) higher than t-table (1,895). It can be concluded that mind mapping had positive effect toward students’ writing ability. Mind mapping made students’ more active and creative in shared their ideas in writing English

The curriculum is a collection; content, goals, and methods used by teachers to achieve educational goals in schools. This study aims to determine the performance of teachers and the obstacles faced by Darussalam Islamic Elementary School teachers in implementing the 2013 Curriculum. To achieve this goal, this study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that: (1) The ability of teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating the 2013 Curriculum is good but not optimal in planning, learning processes and assessments, especially time management which learning is less effective and the use of the 2013 curriculum assessment is not yet authentic. (2) The motivation of teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum is already high, seen from the implementation of tasks, moral responsibility in teaching, and the need for cooperation. (3) The commitment and responsibility of teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum also looks good by showing high personality, dedication, and loyalty to teaching assignments. (4) supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum include: (a) the coordination carried out by the principal for the realization of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum is on target (b) good communication between various parts in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum has been carried out (c) but the supervision of the principal and assistant teachers of the Darussalam Islamic Elementary School teachers has not been optimal in the learning and assessment process

This study to determine the PIC (polymorphic information content), gene diversity, and rice genotype groupings tested based on SSR markers reported to be associated with high Zn content traits in 30 genotypes. used the SSR Marking Application (Simple Sequence Repeats The research was carried out from May 2021 to September 2021 at the Center for Rice Research in Sukamandijaya Village, Ciasem District, Subang Regency, West Java Province. The study used descriptive analysis by observing the DNA banding pattern using 9 SSR primers. The results showed that 50 alleles were detected in 30 rice genotypes with an average number of marker alleles of 5.55 and a range of 3-10 alleles per locus, the average frequency of major alleles was 0.46 with the lowest value of 0.20 at the RM234 marker and the highest value of 0. 67 at the RM8226 mark. Heterozygosity values ranged from 0.0 at RM137 to 0.73 at the RM234 rice SSR marker with a mean of about 0.29. The value of diversity is between 0.50 (RM 8226) to 0.86 (RM 234, RM223) with an average of 0.67. The PIC (polymorphic information content I) value ranged from 0.44 (RM 152) to 0.85 (RM337) with an average of 0.62. Phylogenetic analysis showed that 3o rice genotypes were divided into 6 main groups with a coefficient of 0.45. The first cluster consists of 8 genotypes of rice, the second cluster has 1 genotype of rice, the third cluster has 13 genotypes of rice, the fourth cluster has 3 genotypes of rice, the fifth cluster has 1 genotype and the sixth cluster consists of 4 genotypes of rice.

The peak of the pandemic has passed, now education has entered a new life order or a new normal where the government has issue a new policy, namely allowing the process of learning activities to be carry out face-to-face with a note that the health protocol has been determined. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception and readiness of chemistry teachers towards the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the new normal era in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation of learning outcomes. The research sample was chemistry subject teachers from each of 5 different schools. This research are a type of qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques in the form of interviews used interview sheet instruments, direct observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing and data verification. The results obtainable are related to the perception and readiness of chemistry teachers, which is the same as when the learning process before the covid19 pandemic was still preparing learning tools such as lesson plans based on scientific and 21st century skills while the learning process is carry out using models, teaching materials, and media that can improve student learning outcomes. In addition, the assessment is carry out authentically in 3 domains (knowledge, skills and attitudes).

Buku teks menjadi salah satu sumber pengetahuan peserta didik. Kualitas buku teks pelajaran yang dijadikan sumber pembelajaran turut menentukan hasil pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan buku dan pendekatan pembelajaran membaca pada buku teks pelajaran kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang berupa buku teks pelajaran kelas IV dan data sekunder yang berupa kajian pustaka untuk melengkapi data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis teks dan studi pustaka. Analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa “Buku Tematik Tema 8” dan “Buku Bupena Tema 8” memenuhi aspek kelayakan dari sisi kesesuaikan materi dengan Kompetensi Inti dan Kompetensi Dasar. Selain itu, kedua buku juga dinyatakan layak sesuai dengan kriteria dari Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan, yang meliputi kelayakan isi, bahasa, penyajian, dan kegrafikan. Pendekatan pembelajaran di buku teks pelajaran kelas IV Sekolah Dasar juga dianggap cocok jika digunakan dalam pembelajaran membaca. Hal tersebut karena buku “Tematik Tema 8” dan “Buku Bupena Tema 8” menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran membaca yaitu Pendekatan Kontekstual dan Pendekatan Whole Language. Pendekatan Kontekstual dan Pendekatan Whole Laguange dianggap baik digunakan dalam pembelajaran karena kedua pendekatan tersebut menuntun peserta didik untuk dapat berperan aktif, khususnya dalam kegiatan membaca.

Motivation is an encouragement in a person who comes from inside or outside himself to do work with the spirit of using his abilities and skills to achieve organizational goals. The work environment is an important place to create a related work relationship between people who are in their environment regarding physical, social and psychological life in the company that will affect employee performance and productivity. Motivation and a good work environment will result in good performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) Cikasungka PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bogor plantations partially and simultaneously. The location of this research is the Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) Cikasungka PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bogor Plantation. This research method uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques using MSI classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f test and t test. The results of this study are (1) motivation partially affects the significance of employee performance and the work environment partially affects employee performance. (2) Motivation and work environment affect simultaneously on employee performance. Conclusion The work environment also has a significant influence on the performance of employees significantly on the performance of employees at Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) Cikasungka PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bogor.Motivation and work environment together have a significant influence on employee performance at Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) Cikasungka PT. Oil Palm Oilimportant in economic activity. PT. Oil palm plantation is one of the state-owned companies located in West Java. Companies must pay attention to the quality of raw materials and procurement of raw materials in order to achieve maximum production. Many factors can affect the failure to achieve raw material procurement, namely inadequate raw material sources, inadequate transportation, fluctuating raw material prices and a lot of competition. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the supply of palm oil raw materials based on the perception of stakeholders.sample was determined using the Slovin formula and the sample was taken using stratified random sampling. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results showed that 75.40% influence of the independent variable sources of raw materials, competition, raw material prices, transportation on the dependent variable raw material inventory. The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing simultaneously independent variables (source of raw materials, competition, raw material prices, transportation) simultaneously affected the dependent variable (raw material inventory). Partial test only variable source of raw materials that affect the supply of raw materials

Fertilizer is one of the important inputs in increasing the productivity of food crops, so that its existence and utilization has a strategic position. In achieving national food security, the central and regional governments are obliged to ensure the availability of agricultural needs such as fertilizers. One of the policies in the procurement of fertilizers is fertilizer subsidies. Fertilizer subsidies have long been implemented with various policies that follow it, such as policies on fertilizer procurement, distribution of fertilizers and supervision of subsidized fertilizers. In an effort to implement optimal policies, it is necessary to study the existing subsidized fertilizer policies, taking into account the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the implementation of existing policies based on the needs of the community, especially farmers. Besides that, formulating a more appropriate model in the distribution of subsidized fertilizers.
