Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kemasan Tari Maengket dalam menunjang industri kreatif Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini mengangkat realitas lapangan yang empirik berkaitan dengan permasalahan kemasan Tari Maengket Minahasa. Seni kemasan Tari Maengket Minahasa mengalami komodifikasi, komersialisasi, turistifikasi yang menghasilkan bentuk dan makna yang baru. Fokus penelitian seni kemasan Tari Maengket, dengan pertanyaan penelitian yang dibahas yaitu (1) Bentuk kemasan Tari Maengket Minahasa, (2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi (3) dan dampak seni kemasan Tari Maengket Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara di era globalisasi. Data terkait dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, diskusi fokus dan studi dokumen. Pada tahap analisis, digunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan interpretatif. Sumber data dari sejumlah informan, yang dalam proses wawancara dilakukan dengan metode purposif. Sebagai sebuah kajian budaya, hasil akhir menunjukkan adanya proses bentuk seni kemasan Tari Maengket, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, serta dampak seni kemasan Tari Maengket dalam menunjang industri kreatif Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara di era globalisasi.Kata Kunci: Kemasan seni, Tari Maengket, Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara, Globalisasi

Abstract

                                               ABSTRAK     Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Sejarah Gereja Masehi Advent Hari Ketujuh di desa Pinaling 1946-2012. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan awal masuknya GMAHK-7 di Pinaling dari tahun 1946-2012. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Metode Heuristik, Kritik dan Analisa, Interpretasi, dan Historiografi. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, simpulan dari penelitian ini yakni: dari latar belakang awal masuknya Gereja Masehi Advent Hari Ketujuh atau disingkat GMAHK-7 di desa Pinaling pada tahun 1946, tentunya Jemaat Tumpaan mempunyai peranan dan pengaruh penting dalam muncul Advent di desa Pinaling , karena Jemaat Tumpaan yang memiliki inisiatif membuat peribadatan cabang di desa Pinaling dan karena mereka melihat ada simpatisan, maka mereka mengundang Pdt. Walean untuk membuat ceramah 60 malam dan menghasilkan 3 jiwa pertama. Dan pekabaran berlanjut dengan dibuat ceramah oleh Pdt. Manemba dan menghasilkan 9 jiwa dibaptis dan akhirnya di desa Pinaling memiliki 12 anggota Advent pertama. Perkembangan Jemaat yang mengalami pemekaran dari Jemaat Pondang pada tanggal 5 April 2012. Jemaat Pondang yang sebagian besar anggotanya dari Jemaat Pinaling yang dimekarkan di Jemaat Pondang, dan pada saat itu juga lewat komite Jemaat Pinaling mengusulkan ke daerah Konferen Minahasa untuk mengubah nama dari Jemaat Pinaling menjadi Pioner Pinaling. __________________________________________________________Kata Kunci : Karya Gereja Masehi Advent Hari Ketujuh,1946-2012                                                 ABSTRACT     This research discusses the history of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Pinaling village 1946-2012. The purpose of this study is to describe the entry of the GMAHK-7 in Pinaling from 1946-2012. The methods used in this research are: Heuristic Method, Criticism and Analysis, Interpretation, and Historiography. Based on the analysis carried out, the conclusions of this study are: from the background of the initial entry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church or abbreviated as GMAHK-7 in Pinaling village in 1946, of course the Tumpaan Congregation has an important role and influence in the emergence of Advent in Pinaling village, because the Congregation Tumpaan who had the initiative to make a branch service in Pinaling village and because they saw sympathizers, they invited Pdt. Walean to make a 60-night lecture and produce the first 3 souls. And the message continued with a lecture by Pdt. Manemba and produced 9 souls baptized and finally in the village of Pinaling had the first 12 Adventists. The development of the congregation that experienced expansion from the Pondang congregation on April 5, 2012. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal's leadership on the work motivation of elementary school teachers in Modoinding district and to find out how much influence it had. The results of the research conducted show that based on the results of the calculation of the significance test and the linearity regression test above, it can be concluded that the influence of the Principal's Leadership (X) on the Teacher Work Motivation variable (Y) is significant and linear. This is evidenced because Fcount 7.913> α (0.05). Furthermore, the regression equation Ŷ = 37.299 + 0.297 X shows that every one increase in the Principal Leadership score will cause an increase in the Teacher Work Motivation score of 0.297 at a constant of 37.299. Based on the table above, it is known that the amount of Principal Leadership on Teacher Work Motivation in Modoinding District can be 0.150 or 15 percent. This indicates that 15% of the Principal's Leadership determines the Work Motivation of Teachers in Modoinding District. Meanwhile, 85% is influenced by other factors not examined.The more principals in Modoinding District carry out their functions optimally as school managers during the Covid19 pandemic, the more teachers' work motivation will increase, where the increase is linear.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the use of interactive math learning media can improve student learning outcomes in SD Negeri 2 Tataaran. This research was conducted using PTK design model of Kemmis Taggart research. The study was conducted in SD Negeri 2 Tataaran for 6 Months, from April to September 2017. Learning result data were obtained from the test result score. Data learning outcomes are analyzed by looking at the completeness of learning outcomes. Learning is said to have been completed if at least 75% of students have experienced completeness, and each student is said to be complete if it has a minimum learning value of 70. The results of research have shown that the use of interactive learning media can increase the math and motivation of learners, resulting in increased results student learning. This can be seen from the achievement of the research in the cycle 1 classical completeness of 70.83% increased in the second cycle of 100%, while the achievement of learning achievement in cycle 1 was 71.7% increased in the second cycle to 77.7%, thus concluded the use of interactive math learning media can improve student learning outcomes in SD Negeri 2 Tataaaran. The implications of this study indicate that when teachers use technology in learning in SD that is interactive learning media can improve the spirit and motivation learners learn that leads to increased achievement of learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tema ekosistem siswa kelas V SDN Inpres Hiung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tema ekosistem siswa kelas V SDN Inpres Hiung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas yang dikembangkan melalui 2 siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri atas 4 tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Inpres Hiung yang berjumlah 9 orang, yakni 5 orang siswa laki-laki dan 4 orang siswa perempuan. Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus ketuntasan belajar. Hasil penelitian yang didapat pada pelaksanaan tindakan siklus I adalah hasil belajar siswa hanya mencapai 44,44% sedangkan pada siklus II ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 100%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Inpres Hiung pada pembelajaran tematik tema ekosistem.

Abstract

This study aims to develop computer-assisted learning media for integer arithmetic operations for fourth-grade students in elementary education. The research method used is the Luther-Sutopo version of the development method or better known as Research and Development (R&D). This research is limited to only 5 steps from stage 1 to stage 5, namely Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, and Testing (Validation, Revision, and Trial). Development of computer-assisted learning media on this integer arithmetic operation material in the form of instructional videos. After going through the process of testing media experts, material experts, and the revision process and field testing in class IVa SD Negeri 2 Tomohon, the average learning outcome was 83.84. Achievement of average learning outcomes is in the category of excellent learning outcomes. Then the results of the attractiveness trial showed the percentage of the mean value of the student's response was 91.35 with very attractive criteria. Thus it is concluded that the computer-assisted learning media on integer arithmetic operations are feasible.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the performance of elementary school teachers in Manado City was in accordance with the expectations of the parents. To answer the objectives of this study, researchers conducted research based on the quantitative descriptive method with Importantnce Performance Analysis (IPA) method analysis. The results of the research conducted show that based on the results of the calculation of the average performance appraisal (performance) performance of elementary school teachers in Manado City is below the average rating of expectations (Importance): 2.67 <4.21 and the performance of each variable of service quality. The results of the respondent's assessment score (suitability level) are below 100% (65.7% <100%) which means that it is not satisfactory. The interpretation of the Cartesian diagram can be explained as follows: aspects or attributes that affect teacher performance satisfaction, namely aspects of work quality (1) and aspects of communication. Otherwise. Aspects that are good and in accordance with what the community expects and their performance needs to be maintained (quadrant B) and the result is only one indicator, namely ability (4). In other words, there are achievements made by teachers, in this case, according to the parents, is the teacher's ability to carry out teaching. From the results of the research and data analysis, it can be concluded that based on the analysis of the results of the study, it can be concluded that the overall indicator of the performance level of teachers in elementary schools in Manado City based on processing and data analysis falls into the Low category which must be improved implementation.

Abstract

This community service activity offers a solution to improve the quality of education, it is necessary to improve and improve education, which is closely related to improving the quality of operational learning that takes place in the classroom. The implementation method is carried out in the form of: training, workshops and mentoring. The method used in training, workshops and mentoring is in the form of a cycle which is carried out in five stages, namely: the planning stage, the action stage, the observation stage, the reflection stage, and the follow-up stage. In completing the implementation of these activities, several tests and activities were carried out such as: preliminary and final tests, seminar activities in the form of lectures, demonstrations, simulations, and assignments. The success of teachers in implementing classroom management can be seen from the ability and seriousness of teachers in 1) Activities related to the creation and maintenance of optimal learning conditions, 2) Activities related to developing optimal learning conditions, 3) Activities to create a teaching and learning climate good, 4) Learning evaluation activities

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak pembelajaran daring dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung serta menghambat pembelajaran daring terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD GMIM V Tomohon.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode studi kasus.  Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas V, siswa kelas V dan orang tua siswa.  Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara langsung, dan dokumentasi.  Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber, teknik pengumpulan data dan waktu.  Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa dampak pembelajaran daring adalah menurunnya kedisiplinan, pemahaman dan hasil belajar, dan keterampilan belajar siswa.  Salah satu faktor yang menghambat pembelajaran daring adalah harga kuota internet yang mahal, sementara faktor yang mendukung pembelajaran daring adalah adanya handphone atau laptop, jaringan internet yang bagus, buku cetak, perangkat atau media pembelajaran, strategi dan solusi yang diberikan guru kepada siswa agar pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan serta dukungan dari orang tua.  Selain itu, dampak penerapan pembelajaran daring terhadap guru adalah tidak bisa mengawasi siswa secara langsung, harus melakukan Guling (guru keliling), motivasi dan nasehat kepada siswa sangat terbatas, hanya membahas point penting dari materi pembelajaran, dikuranginya tugas yang diberikan kepada siswa, evaluasi dilaksanakan secara lisan, meningkatnya sarana dan prasarana yang ada di sekolah.  Dampak pembelajaran daring terhadap orang tua adalah orang tua tidak hanya memberi kasih sayang tetapi berperan sebagai guru dalam mengajarai dan mendampingi anak dalam mengikuti pembelajaran daring serta harus mengeluarkan biaya untuk menyediakan fasilitas belajar daring untuk anak

Abstract

Indonesia is currently experiencing significant problems related to its national character. The issue of federal character leads to further weakening of the younger generation's understanding of the noble values of Pancasila, which are sourced from the Indonesian local wisdom. This is because the local wisdom values of the community are less discussed by the teacher, let alone associated with the learning material being taught. Teachers in delivering learning materials are more focused on explicitly stated material in the learning curriculum. This study aims to identify the local wisdom of North Sulawesi values that can be used in Civics gaining knowledge of the elementary, junior excessive, and excessive college levels. This study is a qualitative study with records series thru observation, interviews, and literature have a look. Sources of records on this have a look at have been students, teachers, and principals. This has a look at that the values of neighborhood awareness of North Sulawesi are still less internalized in the Civic Education learning process; therefore, this study recommends developing an education model based on the North Sulawesi local cultures.
