Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the location and description of errors that are often made by students in working on Stoichiometric questions. This type of research is descriptive research. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative approach is used when analyzing student answers and the quantitative approach is to count the number of students who make mistakes. The subjects of this study were 32 students in the third semester of the Mathematics Education Study Program at Indraprasta University PGRI Jakarta, class of 2019, who were studying Basic Chemistry courses. The results showed that there was an average of 33.44% of students who were tested, wrong in solving stoichiometric questions, these errors included errors in understanding the concepts used to solve the questions, errors in using data, technical errors in making calculations and errors in drawing conclusions. the final result. Misconceptions include assuming that the chemical reaction that occurs does not follow the law of conservation of mass, assumes the number of particles is equal to the number of moles, assumes the limiting reagent is the reactant with the least number of moles, assumes the number of moles is equal to the mass and assumes the mass of the substance is proportional to the coefficient of the substance.

This study focuses on the attitude of students of class 2019A STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo EnglishEducation Study Program in reading classroom. The purposes of the study were to find outthe ability of student’sclass 2019A STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo English Education Study Programand the attitude of student’s class 2019A STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo English Education StudyProgram. The method applied was quantitative, where the questioners and scoring rubicwere used as the instrument data collection methods. The questioners cons isted of 15 yes -no questions in a student’s response to ability and attitude in reading classroom with GoggleForm . The result of the test showed that the majority of the students of class 2019A STKIPPGRI Sidoarjo English Education Study Program 74.8% show the positive response towardreading class, and only 25.2% get a negative response. Then got data based on scoring rubicwas carried out by assessing and correcting the reading final exam results of nine studentsof class 2019A. The result findings presentation of respondent data based on readingcomprehension according to Brown (2003:215).

This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of principal leadership and supervisory supervision on school performance at Vocational High Schools in Ciamis Regency. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the effectiveness of the principal's leadership has a significant effect on school performance by 28.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (6.762> 2.007). Supervisory supervision has a significant effect on school performance by 28.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (4.505> 2.007). The effectiveness of the principal's leadership and supervisor's supervision simultaneously has a significant effect on school performance with the regression equation Y = 9.913 + 0.484X1 + 0.277X2. The contribution of the effect was 53.3%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (29.157> 2.790).

This study aims to determine the effect of Teacher Professional Competence and Work Motivation on teacher performance in Senior High Schools in Ciamis Regency. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the Professional Competence of Teachers has a significant effect on teacher performance by 51.1%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (9.480> 1.988). Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance by 37.3%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (7.155> 1.988). Teacher Professional Competence and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance with the regression equation Y = 8.189 + 0.492X1 + 0.304X2. The contribution of the effect was 57.4%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (54.372> 2.710).

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Alam Indah Property in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 40.9%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (8,320> 1,661). Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 42.1%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (7.551> 1.661). Price and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 10.311 + 0.406X1 + 0.345X2 and the contribution of the effect is 50.6%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (47.631> 2,700).

The purpose of this study was to determine and conclusions about the influence of the three independent variables (leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline) on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. The method used by the Associative method. The sample used was 150 respondents. Data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 82 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, training has a significant effect on employee performance by 35.1%, the hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by 42.5%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Training and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 51.4%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions and dividend policies on firm value at eight property companies in Indonesia that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research method used is panel data regression analysis technique with a model selection test first using the EViews 9 program. The results showed that the investment decision variable has a positive effect and significant on firm value. Meanwhile, the dividend policy variable has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. Taken together, the investment decision variable and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value. The results of the effect of investment decisions and dividend policy on firm value in Indonesia use a fixed effect model, with the form of multiple linear regression equations: PBV = C + 0.951378*TAG + 1.026346*DPR + 0.939252. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keputusan investasi dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan pada delapan perusahaan properti di Indonesia yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan teknik analisa estimasi regresi data panel dengan dilakukan uji pemilihan model terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan program EViews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan variabel kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara bersama-sama, variabel keputusan investasi dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil estimasi pengaruh keputusan investasi dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan properti di Indonesia menggunakan model fixed effect, dengan bentuk persamaan regresi linier berganda: PBV = C + 0.951378*TAG + 1.026346*DPR + 0.939252.

This study aims to see the effect of Crediting on Return On Assets at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Ciputat Branch. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, regression, determination and hypothesis testing. The variable of the results of this study was that the provision of credit obtained an average value of 380.697%. The return on assets variable obtained an average value of 4.337%. Lending has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets with a regression equation value of Y = 4.555 + 8.794X, and an understanding value of 0.683 or having a strong level of relationship with a determination value of 04.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

The purpose of this study was to analyze previous studies published in publications so as to obtain a study based on Problem Based Learning on critical thinking skills in mathematics lessons in elementary schools. Not only is the theory given or memorized, but students are able to solve problems that occur in learning so that learning outcomes become optimal and think critically and logically (Hallatu, 2017). In general, it means that mathematics is an exact science equipped with reasoning. In this study, using this type of experimental research with meta-analysis techniques. The steps include: (1) determining and studying the research topic; (2) searching and collecting several sources on a particular topic; (3) calculating how big the impact will be with a certain model; (4) attract attention and interpret research results. The results of this study indicate that the Problem Based Learning learning model is sufficient to improve students' critical thinking skills in elementary schools. This can be seen from the effect size value of 0.39 with a low category.
