Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of efficiency and effectiveness. The results of the efficiency ratio analysis show that the average level of efficiency of budget management at the Office of Industry and Trade and UKM of Morotai Island Regency during 2017 was 1.01%, in 2018 it was 1.12% and in 2019 it was 1.19. This means that budget management is carried out very efficiently. The management of the employee expenditure budget at the Office of Industry and Trade and UKM of Morotai Island Regency has met the requirements of efficiency, namely the use of minimum funds to achieve maximum results, while the results of the effectiveness ratio analysis show the average ratio of the effectiveness of budget management of the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Morotai Island Regency in 2017 95.55%, in 2018 88.68% and in 2019 84.03%. This means that budget management has met the criteria for being very effective because budget realization has approached the predetermined budget target.

Abstract

This study aims to identify what obstacles are encountered by students in speaking, especially in speaking subjects. The type of this research is qualitative research. The subject of this research is students in semester 3 (three) of English Education Study Program, Bumi Hijrah University, Maluku Uatara. This type of research is qualitative research. Where data is obtained through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that students of the English language education study program have obstacles in learning. These obstacles are in the form of 1. internal barriers which include: linguistic components (mental / fear, sentence composition, description / pronunciation and intonation, word selection, vocabulary / vocabulary). Content component (content relationship with topic). 2. External Barriers which include: Room conditions and knowledge of listeners. 3. Learning which includes: Learning methods and motivation.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved in this study is to determine the Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes to Know the Alphabet by Using Teaching Aids in Indonesian Language Learning for Class I SD Naskat Cendana, Morotai Jaya District. The type of research used in this research is the Classroom Action Research method which we know as PTK (Classroom Action Research). This research consists of two cycles and in general, there are four stages, namely (1) planning, (2) acting, (3) observing, and (4) reflecting. Based on data analysis and discussion, the conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the application of teaching aids learning models can improve students' alphabet recognition skills in Indonesian class 1 students of SD Naskat Cendana. The results of the reading skills of students in the first cycle that met the success criteria were 9 students 42.71%, while in the second cycle there was an increase, of the 21 students who met the success criteria were 17 students, 80.24%, and those who had not reached the success of 4 students were 19.76%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the Index Card Match strategy in improving learning outcomes in science subjects at the subject of human skeletons and how to care for fourth grade students of SD Inpres Daeo. The type of research used in this research is the Classroom Action Research method which we know as PTK (Classroom Action Research). This research consists of two cycles and in general, there are four stages, namely (1) planning, (2) acting, (3) observing, and (4) reflecting. Based on data analysis and discussion, the conclusions that can be drawn from this study are that the student learning outcomes of the learning material have increased, this can be seen when tests are carried out in the first cycle of students who complete 8 or 40% and in the second cycle when carried out the test increased to 18 or 90%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see 1) the shape of the character of the students at SD Inpres Titigogoli. 2). character building for students carried out at SD Inpres Titigogoli. 3). what strategies are used in ordering the character of students at SD Inpres Titigogoli. 4). teacher implementation of the principal's program on realizing good student character at SD Inpres Titigogoli. This type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The results in this study are, 1). The shape of the character of each student is different, but from that difference how a teacher who is able to maintain it, is still awake and still bad then it is repaired or nurtured to be even better. 2). Character building carried out in schools is a national movement to create schools that foster ethical, responsible, and caring young generations through modeling and teaching good character with universally agreed upon universal assessments. But we need to remember, that to build character in a student, all parties must be involved, be it the community, the environment, the school and the important thing is the interests of the family. 3). The strategy that the teacher uses in shaping student character is very good through integration, through daily activities that include: presenting exemplary, admonition, advice, and environmental conditioning that support character education. 4). In its application to the character values ​​implemented by teachers to students at SD Inpres Titigogoli it has been good but has not been maximally implemented.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the improvement of teachers' professional competence in SD Inpres Bere-Bere Kecil. Factors that become obstacles for teachers in improving teacher professional competence in SD Inpres Bere-Bere Kecil. This type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The results in this study are, Principals in improving teacher pedagodic competence by providing direct guidance and supervision of teachers related to the process of implementing learning in the classroom. principals in improving teacher competence by setting good examples for teachers. The principal always supervises the teacher both in the classroom and outside the classroom. If there is a teacher's behavior that is contrary to the norms of the teacher's personality competence, then the school principal provides guidance in the form of an individual approach and gives a direct warning to the teacher. in increasing the professional competence of teachers, by conducting coaching and including teachers in training activities, seminars, workshops, and KKG, to expand teacher knowledge and gain new knowledge.

Abstract

Essay writing ELT students’ is considered as one of the most important academic courses in asupposed program help develop students’ skill. The research subjects were 11 students of class2019 A STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo English Education study program. The instrument used was aquestionnaire and scoring rubric. The technique for data analysis is qualitative. In analyzingessay writing data with a questionnaire and scoring rubric are as follows. Taking the dataquestionnaire was conducted using 15 questionnaires in a student's response to learning essaywriting with Google Form with answers to yes and no. respondents who answered yes as much84,23% and than respondents who answered no as much 21,22%. Then got data based on scoringrubric was carried out by assessing and correcting the essay writing results of 11 students of class2019 A. The result were assessed using a scoring rubric consisted of 5 aspects, namely format,mechanics, content, organization, grammar and sentence structure. From the description above,the average value was 87.3. This study presents a research report on teaching essay writing to theELT students. The aim is to find out students ability in essay writing and students responses inessay writing classroom.

Abstract

Based on the results of preliminary observations in grade IV of elementary school, it shows that there are students who are slow in doing assignments during the mathematics learning process, both from taking notes and answering written questions from the teacher so that it can be said that there are obstacles in the learning process. In addition, the researcher also found that during the learning process using groups, the researcher also saw that these students were alienated by their friends so that no friends wanted a group with them, this was part of the student's learning problem. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive research methods. Which was held in January 2020. And the informants of the research were students of class IVA SDN 73 / IX Simpang Sungai Duren. Data collection was carried out by observation and interviews. The results of data analysis indicate that the characteristics of student learning difficulties in mathematics can be seen in the problem of indifferent attitudes in the mathematics learning process. This learning difficulty occurs from internal factors, namely the absence of an action or action in learning and a lack of self-confidence when carrying out or being involved in an activity.Furthermore, the causes of external factors are seen from family factors, where the economic condition of the family is below the average. parents to be more active in earning a living so that it affects the child's lack of attention in guiding and teaching learning at home.

Abstract

Essay writing with Project Based Learning on EFL students 'is considered as one of the most important academic courses in a supposed program help develop students' ability. The subjects of this study were 10 class 2019 A students of STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo English language education study program. The instrument used by the researcher was a questionnaire, observation checklist and a rubric score. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data. In analyzing essays writing data using 15 quistionnaires about the project-based application method (PBL) in writing essays using google form accompanied by the answer "yes" or "no". Respondents who answered 'yes' were 74% and those who answered 'no' were 26%. In the observation checklist that observes lecturer and student activities from beginning to end of essay writing learning. In collecting the rubric score data by assessing the results of writing essays. Based on these data we can know from that project-based learning (PBL) can be applied well and is suitable for teaching essay writing to EFL students. Students also gave a positive response to this method. Abstract

This study aims to describe students with special needs in order to increase teacher knowledge in dealing with students with special needs based on learning accommodation. In deinclusive education it must be understood that people of different racial or ethnic, religious, disabilities, and children of all umuru must learn and grow in a collective environment and live in the same community. The objectives of learning can also be achieved without encountering significant obstacles. However, there are still many teachers who have not provided guidance or services for their students who are specifically responsible for students with special needs, because each school must improve the quality of their education by implementing this strategy. Teachers should be able to develop the potential of their students so that they can develop optimally. Therefore, a special strategy is needed that can be used by teachers to achieve educational goals.
