Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the role of school supervisors in improving the quality of education. This article was written using the method of literature review and content analysis. A literature review was conducted to reveal various theories and information relevant to the topic under study, namely the role of school supervisors in improving the quality of education. Literature research is carried out by searching online for primary literature in the form of journal articles and other literary sources, which have valid criteria and have a good reputation on the topic under study. Meanwhile, content analysis was carried out on various scientific articles related to the topics studied. The results of the study show that educational supervisors are a component that has an important role in improving the quality of education. The role of educational supervisors is very strategic in improving the quality of education with the tasks they carry, including fostering, guiding, monitoring, supervising, evaluating, making reports, and following up on the results of supervision.

Abstract

The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study was to find out the Innovation of One-Stop Single Administration System (Samsat) in the Context of Improving Services to the Community. The results of this study indicate that the Service Innovation for Motorized Vehicle Tax Payments through the Services of the Samsat office at the Kerinci Regency Regent's Office can be said to have been going well, but there are still some deficiencies and obstacles that occur. Weaknesses in Samsat office service innovation can be seen from the attribute theory of innovation, namely triability (possibility of trying). In the innovation attributes, it can be seen that the trial service and socialization carried out by the district Samsat Office were not optimal. This can be demonstrated by the small number of taxpayer reports in the Samsat office services. Supporting factors consist of socialization of services, cooperation of related parties, service locations, and procurement of complaints. While the inhibiting factors consist of internal factors and external factors.

Abstract

This 4.0 era where gadgets are part of children's games that are difficult to separate in their daily activities. Using ganget makes children experience problems in language development, especially in the aspects of listening and speaking skills. The influence of the use of gadgets has a major impact on children's language development where there are some children who prefer to be quiet and interact less during the learning process in classroom. When the teacher explains the learning, it seems that the student does not participate in answering questions from the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of gadget use on language development, especially in the aspects of listening and speaking for grade 1 elementary school children. This research was conducted in November 2022 at SDN 51/XI Kumun Mudik. The Sample in this study were 30 grade 1 elementary school students. This research used quantitative research using correlation research methods. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire of questions that were distributed to parents and teachers. The results of this study stated that there is a relationship between the use of gadgets as a whole and children's language development. Thus, the strength of the relationship is not very strong, with a negative correlation direction-0.024 which means that the use of gadgets is related and affects the child's language development. If the use of gadgets increases in children, the value of children's language development also decreases and vice versa if the use of gadgets decreases, the child's language development increases at SDN 51/XI Kumun Mudik, Kumun Debai District, Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province.

Abstract

The power to restore phenomena or reality as a starting point for change lies in the media sphere. In today's world, the media can sometimes serve as a voice for an ideology in promoting societal change. With postmodernism, cultural identity is no longer in accordance with the logic of modernism, but functions according to the context that develops. Because postmodernism tries to undermine modernism by criticizing the structure that is upright and absolute. This also applies to literary works that grow in response to changes in society. Pluralistic thinking between one writer and another in dealing with a situation or an assessment of new things out of the ordinary cannot be considered wrong but rather as pluralistic thinking, which is a characteristic of postmodernist thinking

Abstract

The student attendance application is a list of student attendance which is one of the important aspects that support the running of the learning system. In schools that still use the manual attendance system, that is, attending students one by one. This manual attendance system has a weakness that is not practical. Things that are not practical in this system can be in the form of spending a lot of time to attend students one by one or the process of recording data to the center which is complicated because it is done manually, attendance data at the center cannot be directly updated because they have to wait to be recapitulated by the officer concerned. Currently, technology has developed very rapidly, one of which is RFID (Radio Freequency Identification) technology, a technology that uses radio waves to identify an object automatically. RFID (Radio Freequency Identification) began to be developed as a new technology that will facilitate human work to identify various things, for example in the development of student attendance applications using RFID it makes it easier for teachers to find information, this can save time and is very efficient for use by parties. schools can also get a definite picture of student attendance data.

Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is a national association organization in Indonesia which is engaged in social humanity. The Indonesian Red Cross in Medan City has been established since the 1950s, since then PMI Medan City has spread kindness to the people of North Sumatra, especially Medan City through disaster management, blood donations, social assistance and coaching the younger generation and so on. The purpose of this research is to find out about the views and knowledge or perspectives of the Medan city community about PMI. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the breadth of understanding of the Medan city community about PMI and the various views or perspectives of the community towards the Medan city PMI. Indonesia has had a national association of the Red Cross movement since 1950 through Presidential Decree No. 25 of 1950. The use of the Red Cross symbol can also lead to perceptions in some circles of society such as that the symbol is connoted as a religious organization which means it was founded on the basis of a religion. In this case the researcher used a qualitative method in the form of interviews to find out the use of the red cross, red crescent emblem. From the results of research on the use of the red cross symbol in the community, especially Deli Serdang, they have not been able to recognize it properly. Only a few know the PMI symbol, this is because the community does not yet know the PMI symbol. So the introduction of the PMI symbol in the Deli Serdang Community must be increased again so that the use of the Red Cross or Red Crescent Emblem itself in Indonesia can be regulated clearly based on the Red Cross Affairs Law.

Abstract

The world is now reimagining itself to a normal situation after the pandemic hit. Gradually, the world economy began to move to catch up with those who had been paralyzed due to the pandemic, including in Indonesia. The increase in the number of investors is certainly a positive signal for the development of the capital market in Indonesia. It is hoped that the investment world will become lively again and play a role in moving the wheels of the nation's economy. The capital market has a very large role for a country's economy because the capital market performs two functions, namely the economic function and the financial function. This writing uses the library research method, with library data collection as a data source. As a consequence of global and economic integration, capital market performance in national, regional and international economic performance is determined by economic growth rates such as inflation rates, interest rates, exchange rates and the size of other macro indicators. This is an important foundation for the future growth of the capital market because it will determine the extent of the growth rate of the capital market.can be regulated clearly based on the Red Cross Affairs Law.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the curriculum management strategy implemented by the Yogyakarta Pangudi Luhur school. Knowing the suitability of curriculum development with the Indonesian language learning process. then draw conclusions and decide on the policy to be implemented. This research method is a descriptive case study method. This research was conducted at Kanisius Pangudi Luhur Middle School, Yogyakarta. The research was conducted in January 2021. Data sources from this research were participants, informants, informants, and teachers. Data collection techniques in descriptive case study research are documents, archival records, interviews, direct observation, participant observation, and physical devices. The data analysis technique used in analyzing the problem formulation is an interactive technique. The results of the research that has been carried out are as follows: PL schools have implemented competency-based curriculum management, which is carried out in the following steps: 1) School Program Planning and Evaluation; 2) Competency-Based Curriculum Development; 3) Learning Development; 4) Manpower Management; 5) Management of Learning Facilities and Resources; 6) Financial Management; 7) Student Services; 8) School and Community Relations; and 9) Creating a School Climate. Schools also carry out curriculum development using the principles of Relevance, Flexibility, Continuity, Efficiency, and Effectiveness which enable schools to carry out learning more in schools by using the right stages and application to students. The Indonesian language learning curriculum in schools uses the Text-based K13 curriculum, which consists of 4 stages, namely 1) the context-building stage, 2) the text modeling stage, 3) the text-making stage together, and 4) the text-making stage independently With words On the other hand, the school has fulfilled the curriculum management criteria and the management of the Indonesian language learning curriculum very well. teachers and principals have worked together in carrying out curriculum management by carrying out curriculum development. There needs to be an improvement in the media used, namely the need to improve learning media that is more environmentally friendly, natural, and efficient. Students can take an active part in developing the curriculum by creating learning media independently.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of Islamic religious education learning on the morals of mahad abu ubaidah bin al-jarrah students. This can be proven by analyzing data from the results of the questionnaire selected by the respondents and based on the simple linear regression test showing that the value Y = 20.115 + 0.647 X from the results of the simple linear regression test that the level of Islamic religious education is directly proportional to the morals of students and in the hypothesis test on the correlation test shows that the value of R2 = 0.576 or 0.576 x 100% = 57.6% and the Sig tcount test for H1 shows tcount = 8.316 ˃ ttable 2.006. thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, thus it can be concluded that Islamic Religious Education influences the morals of Mahad Abu Ubaidah bin al-Jarrah students and the contribution given is 57.6%.

Abstract

One of the most frequent disasters in Indonesia is flooding which occurs every year. Flooding is a normal natural process that plays an important role in the formation of the earth's plains. There are two parts to the flood process: natural and non-natural processes and the human factor itself. Rain falls to the earth's surface, is retained by plants before entering the soil and flows to lower elevations for evaporation before reaching the ground surface in natural flooding. Floods also occur when there is heavy rainfall. Whereas human activities such as throwing garbage in its place and causing water to flow irregularly, cause non-natural floods where water evaporates, reaches the land, and floods occur. Floods have a negative impact not only on the quantity and quality of ground and surface water, but also on various damaged community environmental facilities.
