Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

The rapid development of technology has had an impact on the telecommunications world. With the creation of cell phones that make it easier for people to shorten distances and time, indirectly opening new business opportunities and competition, namely cellular operators (providers). This study aims to explain Telkomsel's online reputation management analysis regarding customer complaints on digital platforms. The results of this study indicate that Telkomsel has good online reputation management in dealing with customer complaints on digital platforms, as evidenced by Telkomsel continuing to provide good service and responsiveness in dealing with customer complaints about the obstacles they experience through the mytelkomsel application and digital platforms owned by Telkomsel or can even go directly to the nearest Grapari.

Abstract

The issue of global warming has gained widespread attention around the world. Warming of the atmosphere as a whole can be attributed mostly to the accumulation of more greenhouse gases (GHG). Coal is commonly used as a fuel source in steam power plants (PLTU), which results in a substantial CO2 gas emission when burned. Cofiring is a technology that allows palm shell biomass to be used as a fuel source in place of coal, which helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions and so slows down global warming. Cofiring trials including palm kernel shells (PKS, Palm Kernel Shell) are being conducted by PT. XYZ in Ciwandan, starting with 33% PKS, 67% PKS, and finally 100% PKS fuel. The examination of generation 2's performance looks at the impact of using coal fuel with cofiring palm shell biomass at the percentage stage. After using the indirect approach (ASME PTC-4), we find that while using coal as fuel, the boiler efficiency (HHV) is 86.27%, however when using PKS, it is only 83.33%. The boiler efficiency (HHV) is 86.30% when using PKS at a 33% cofiring ratio, and it drops to 83.62% when using PKS at a 67% cofiring ratio. It can be theoretically construed as a boiler because the efficiency increases with the use of 100% PKS fuel are still near to the efficiency of the boiler design (HHV = 89.39), and the effect of using biomass does not significantly affect the boiler's efficiency. which can now be used for combustion when fueled only by PKS biomass.

Abstract

The turbine (turbine) can rotate as a boost from rotation which can be continued so that it can be used to rotate part of the windmill generator into electrical energy. Wind power plants as a potential have the Indonesian nation as a renewable electrical energy with a large enough. The purpose of this study was to find out the potential of wind as a Wind Power Plant (PLTA) as an alternative to electricity. Data collection techniques were obtained from literature review studies on library research or descriptive document studies (Library Research) from various types of documents that support the research theme, namely laws, books, journals and articles. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that not all windmills provide benefits and are alternative sources of electricity.

Abstract

Islamic financial banking activities do not use the interest method, which is prohibited by Islamic law. Islamic banks can generate profit-sharing income from profit-sharing-based financing, one of which is musyarakah financing. Revenue sharing will increase in proportion to the level of public interest in musyarakah financing. Identifying the impact of musyarakah financing on revenue sharing simultaneously and significantly is the goal of this study. Associative quantitative methodology, which analyzes the link among two or more variables was used in this research. A sum of 36 variables, including samples of quarterly financial reports at three Indonesian Sharia conventional banks, specifically Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Indonesia, and Bank BCA Syariah, were included in this research study. The data collection technique in this research is secondary data using samples of three quarterly financial report documents for Indonesian Sharia commercial banks on the OJK website for the period 2019 – 2021. An analysis of the classical assumption test, which includes the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test, as well as a simple linear regression assumption test, t test, and coefficient of determination test, was carried out to test this research using SPSS version 26. The conclusion of this research gives the result that Revenue sharing is significantly and favorably impacted by musyarakah finance with hypothesis H1 being accepted and hypothesis H0 being rejected

Abstract

Mathematics is the basic science for the world of education because mathematics is very supportive to study other sciences. The purpose of teaching mathematics in elementary school is so that students are able to understand mathematical concepts, explain the interrelationships between concepts and apply concepts or algorithms in a flexible, accurate, efficient and precise way in solving problems of everyday life. This type of research conducted by researchers is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Because researchers want to describe and describe more deeply about the use of props in the learning process of Mathematics. The research subjects were students of class VI SDN Wanajaya 3 in semester 1 which amounted to 15 people. The study was conducted in two cycles. For cycle I, it begins with the use of integer princes props with summation and integer materials, while in cycle II the use of integer princes props with integer reduction materials.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) examine the effect of career development and rewards on employee performance. (2) to examine the effect of career development on worker performance. (3) to examine the effect of rewards on worker performance. This study uses a research method that is multiple linear regression analysis. The population and sample used by researchers is a sample of 48 permanent workers. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique where all members of the population are used as samples. The results of the study show that career advancement and rewards have a positive and significant effect on the performance of public relations workers. The career development variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The reward variable has a positive and significant effect on worker performance. That means, the higher the career development and rewards in later life, the better are the two variables that affect performance in the industry. For future researchers, it is suggested to develop other factors that affect performance beyond the factors that have been studied, for example work motivation, work environment, work discipline, or anything that can make a high contribution in improving worker performance in the field.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems that exist in the field related to the readiness of students with intellectual barriers in facing the post-school world which requires students to have certain skills and talents. Before conducting the research, the researcher made observations at the school to find out whether the school had previously implemented cosmetology learning, the extent of the school's readiness to implement this program, the extent of the teacher's skills and the extent of students' interest in learning cosmetology skills. Based on these observations, the researcher found that the school already had good facilities, students' interest in learning cosmetology skills was high, but there were no teachers who had qualified competencies so that learning could not be implemented. Therefore the researchers created a daily cosmetology skills learning program -a day dedicated to teachers as facilitators in the implementation of learning and programs for students tailored to their needs by implementing a project based learning strategy. This program aims to enable students to apply makeup in simple forms that will be useful both in everyday life and in the post-school world. The method used in this research uses a mix method that combines quantitative and qualitative approaches with the research subject being 1 student at SMALB XI. Data collection techniques using tests. the data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics which are poured into graphs. The results of this study indicate that the application of the daily cosmetology skills program using the project based learning method is successful. This is evidenced by the results of the pretest and posttest which showed a significant increase.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the perceptions and interests of students majoring in accounting towards sharia accounting courses. For this study using a qualitative method approach. The location of this research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business of Karawang Singaperbangsa University. And for data collection using a questionnaire and distributed to 50 respondents. Testing this hypothesis using regression analysis. The result is that simultaneously student perceptions and student interests have a significant effect on sharia accounting courses. Partially, student perceptions and student interests have a positive effect on sharia accounting courses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on reuse interests. This analysis uses an independent variable i.e. customer satisfaction. The dependent variable are interest in reuse. The research methods used in this research are quantitative research methods. The population in this study was ShopeePay users, with a sample of 100 respondents. Sample withdrawal techniques are used random sampling. The data collection techniques used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted with the help of spss 25 for windows application. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results stated that there was a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction on the interest in reuse in ShopeePay e-wallets. It shows that the effect of reuse interest on customer satisfaction is 74%, and 26% of customer satisfaction is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Mudharabah dan musyarakah adalah dua prinsip penting dari penerapan ekonomi Islam di bidang perbankan Islam (bagi hasil). Kesepakatan bisnis semacam ini mencontohkan gagasan Islam dalam mencapai keadilan sosial dengan struktur bagi hasil. Maka dari itu, pembiayaan bagi hasil harus dikelola dengan sangat terampil karena diharapkan dapat memperluas kontribusinya terhadap pendapatan bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu untuk melihat pengaruh simultan dan signifikan pembiayaan musyarakah dan pembiayaan mudharabah terhadap bagi hasil. Kuantitatif Asosiatif merupakan merupakan metode yang menentukan hubungan antara dua atau lebih variable dan menjadi metode yang dipakai dalam metode ini. Sebanyak 20 data dan sampel dari laporan keuangan triwulan pada bank umum syariah di Indonesia yaitu Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Data diambil dari situs OJK pada periode 2017-2021. Untuk menguji penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heteroskedasitas, dan Uji Autokorelasi) serta Uji Asumsi Regresi Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahawa tidak ada pembiayaan mudharabah dan musyarakah tidak ada hubungan signifikan dan parsial terhadap pendapatn bagi hasil.
