Abstract

This study aims to Develop Bio-Meta which integrates digital books with augmented reality and virtual reality in visualizing the concept of plant growth and Development, to Develop Bio-Meta as an interactive digital learning medium that can improve students' digital literacy, and to determine the feasibility of using it. Bio-Meta: Integrated Digital book With Augmented reality And Virtual reality from experts and samples. This research is a Development research (R&D). This research was conducted from January to September 2022 at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and SMAN 2 Serang City. The research sample consisted of 20 students of class XII science. The process of Developing learning media is carried out with the stages of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE). The applications used are Canva, Sketchfab.com, 3DVista, WebAR Zappar, and Heyzine Flipbooks. The results of the expert test analysis showed that the average score of the media expert team was 88.3% and the material expert team was 84.2% with the very good media category. The results of the student response test show that the media feasibility interpretation score from the use of the SUS instrument is 81.3 so that it meets the criteria for an interpretation score of more than 80.3 which means that Bio-Meta is a good media and students accept the Bio-Meta learning media as a suitable media to use. to help students understand the nervous system material.

Abstract

The counsellor is an expert who is given the task and authority to carry out guidance and counselling services.As experts, counsellors must be equipped with values that can improve the quality of services provided. In addition, the counsellor must have a personality that is able to provide positive reflections into the counselee. The characteristics and personal qualities od a good counsellor will influence the success of guidance and counselling services. In this study the method use ins a qualitative method, with a phenomenological approach that occurs in the field. Data collection was carried out using literature study through journals, books articles, newspaper, magazines, and other sources.

Abstract

The research writing has the aim of seeing and analyzing how an influence of mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk on profitability with the variable studied is Return On Asset (ROA). This study uses financial statement data every month taken in the 2018-2021 timeframe published at www.ojk.go.id. This research for independent variables (X) includes: Mudharabah Financing and Musyarakah Financing. The use of the dependent variable (Y) of this study is Return On Asset (ROA) which is processed by descriptive statistical methods, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test) and the data is processed using SPSS 22 software. The results of the t test found that mudharabah financing has no effect on the Return On Asset ratio but the X2 variable, namely musyarakah financing, has the result of affecting the bank's Return On Asset. Test simultaneously or together the 2 variable financing affects the Return On Asset of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia.

Abstract

The policies applied by management in the learning environment are the most important thing in the learning process. Management of the learning environment itself is an activity related to facilities and infrastructure that connects student activities with the surrounding environment. Where students can carry out various activities, explore and be creative. Abstract

Moral education is very important to be obtained by students. In this fast-paced era, the influx of globalization into the country has had a lot of impact on students, one of which is on student morals. The purpose of this research is to reveal the formulation of the concept of moral education in the subject of moral ethics at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Palembang. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews conducted with 2 Aqidah Akhlak teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Palembang. While the data analysis technique is done by using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The formulation of the concept of moral education carried out by aqidah moral subject teachers in realizing students who have good morals is carried out in several ways, including giving direct examples to students so that students can imitate the behavior of their teachers, using appropriate learning media so that learning in class is interesting and not boring, rewards and punishment to motivate students, and teachers not only teach but familiarize students with applying akhlakhul kharimah in their daily lives so that students are not only cognitively smart but also affectively superior

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and explain how the Effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Profit Sharing Rate of Mudharabah Deposits to Growth of Mudharabah Deposits simultaneously and partially in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This study uses a causal associative design. The population is 11 Islamic Banks in Indonesia, and the whole is observed. The observation period is from 2013 to 2015, so there are 33 units of analysis together. The sample for this study used a census sampling technique or sampling saturatedData processing uses multiple linear regression with the help of the software program SPSS. The test was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, which is a method commonly used to examine the relationship between a dependent variable and several independent variables. The results of the study show that the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and the Profit Sharing Rate of Mudharabah Deposits, both simultaneously and partially affect the Growth of Mudharabah Deposits in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

The success of an organization, both large and small, is not solely determined by the available natural resources, but much is determined by the quality of human resources whose role is to plan, implement and control the organization concerned. However, the continuity of development currently being carried out in our country can only be maintained if the quality of existing human resources receives serious attention from the government. A hospital is a health service institution that provides comprehensive individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. Along with the increase in education and social economic growth in society and in welcoming the era of globalization, the understanding of health has also increased, this is indicated by the increasing criticality of the community towards the services provided by a hospital, it is necessary to improve efforts, including oriented to patients including patient satisfaction. patients for hospital services. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, namely analyzing HR data and information obtained from the hospital. The sampling technique used in this study, namely snowball sampling, is a sampling technique that is initially carried out in small quantities, then the first selected sample is asked to choose the next sample, which in the end the number of samples will increase, like a rolling snowball that gets bigger and bigger. The research instrument was a questionnaire which was compiled based on the indicators of the research variables. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers that can be calculated relating to the problem under study, namely hospital HR reports and qualitative data, namely data that cannot be counted or is not in the form of numbers obtained from the results interview. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of hospital human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to assist Sekolah Tinggi X in analyzing and understanding the alignment of new strategies applied with the vision and mission of the College, as well as proposing a design of a strategy map based on a balanced scorecard that can be useful and can be used as a consideration in determining strategies for College X. This research uses a balanced scorecard approach developed by Kaplan and Norton (1996). The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with two data sources, namely primary data using interview techniques and secondary data obtained through documentation and literature studies. The results of this case study at College X using a SWOT analysis show several strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the College has and faces, and produces 16 strategic goals classified into four BSC perspectives, including 2 strategic goals from a financial perspective, 3 strategic goals from a customer perspective, 5 strategic goals from a financial perspective. internal processes and 6 strategic goals on a learning and growth perspective. Then the strategic objectives are formed into the strategy map as the final result of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Implementation of Community Based Tourism in Creating Village Independence (Case Study of Cibitung Tourism Village, Ciater District, Subang Regency). The theory used in this study is the principles of implementing Community Based Tourism which consists of Economic Principles, Social Principles, Cultural Principles, Environmental Principles, and Political Principles. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation, then the data were analyzed using the concept of data analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results and discussion show that the implementation of Community Based Tourism in Cibitung Tourism Village in economic principles shows good results with an increase in income from the community, social principles also lead to good things because there is community pride in Cibitung Tourism Village, then the cultural principle does not run smoothly. optimal given the lack of massive information on several social media pages and print media, the environmental principles of the Cibitung Tourism Village use the Ecovillage concept and political principles, it is found that there is apathy from the government which has minimal implementation of policies that can be self-reliant for people who are able to manage the Cibitung Tourism Village tourism industry

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation, employee involvement and organizational culture on staff performance. The Central Java Provincial Cooperative Micro-SME Office has an important role and task in the formation or leadership of small and medium-sized micro-cooperatives, the scope of factors that can improve the efficiency of human resources in carrying out their tasks must be looked at 162 officials of small and medium-sized cooperatives in Central Java Province participated in this study, and 110 respondents participated in this study. The analysis results using multiple linear regression showed that motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment and improving employee performance, and commitment has a positive effect on improving staff and applying the influence of organizational culture to moderate the current structure to achieve staff improvement. performance of resources.
