Abstract

The veil is a piece of cloth used by Muslim women to cover their genitals, especially on the face. The law on the use of the veil also varies, some are mandatory and some are sunnah. Nowadays, the veil is often misused for the sake of certain interests so as to make the good image of people who wear the veil bad, what was originally seen as good by society is now seen as bad as terrorists and so on. Therefore, the presence of this article is one of the efforts to make the public aware so that they are not consumed by the spread of hoaxes that have hit the community, namely people wearing veils are terrorists. This study uses qualitative research in the form of observations on PAI students at IAIN Ternate, especially in semester 5.

Abstract

Based on Government Regulation number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, pedagogic competence is the ability to manage student learning which includes understanding of students, and developing students to actualize their potential. This research aims. This research method uses a qualitative approach, the type of research is field research (Field Research). The results of this study are the Implementation of Educator Pedagogic Competence Development in Order to Improve the Quality of Learning at RA Istiqomah Elbahri Rengasdengklok Karawang which has not been maximized due to the lack of quality learning in the school. .

Abstract

The secular understanding developed by the West is a separation between science and religion, so that between science and religion there is no relationship and there is a dichotomy between the two. Where in science, religion cannot influence and is not considered relevant between religion and science, so science and religion cannot go hand in hand. Secular understanding is an erroneous understanding in Islam so it needs to be corrected by carrying out scientific integration or can be called wahdatul ulum. The purpose of this study is to describe how science in the view of wahdatul ulum. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. With this type of library study research or what can be called a literature study, namely research that limits research activities to materials contained in the library without conducting research in the field. The understanding of wahdatul ulum is an understanding that unites knowledge from two different sources, namely religious knowledge and science into an interconnected unit, then the unification of qawliyah verses originating from the Koran with kawniyah verses originating from the universe becomes a unity, namely a knowledge that both come from Allah SWT. So that a new paradigm is formed in the scientific field that combines religious knowledge with science.

Abstract

Learning is currently taking place continuously, from time to time until now. In the digital era of the 21st century, it brings many impacts that should not be underestimated in the world of education, especially education in Indonesia. In this century, teachers and students are required to be technology literate where technology is currently developing rapidly. Digital learning is a very sophisticated medium that is highly renewable. The benefits that can be obtained from this digital media, especially in the scope of education, include increasing the involvement of a student in learning activities, helping students in applying complex concepts and making students who have critical awareness. In today's digital era, it is imperative to innovate in learning at every educational institution. Utilization of digital learning as a learning tool which certainly has a good effect on the emergence of learning motivation in students, so that in digital learning it is expected that student learning achievements can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

The process of photosynthesis is one of the material in science subjects that is taught to fourth grade elementary school students, where students are expected to be able to identify and understand the process of photosynthesis in plants. Along with the times and advances in digital technology as it is today, the world of education has begun to adapt and apply technological developments as educational tools. One of them is by developing conventional learning media into ICT-based learning media such as animated videos. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of applying animated videos as learning media in the photosynthesis process material in Class IV SDN 1 Citalang, Purwakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using pre-experiments, which only includes one class given pre and post tests. Based on the result of the research conducted, it showed an increase in student’s knowledge about the proscess of photosynthesis. This can be seen from the results of the pretest data with an average value of 58,8 and posttest with an average value 72. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of video animation on photosynthesis process knowledge of fourth grade elementary school student.

Abstract

Teachers must have good work motivation and organizational climate. However, the reality on the ground is still far from expectations. The results of observations of several educational institutions in Serang Regency, teachers lack a sense of togetherness between teachers, lack of cooperation between teachers, lack of motivation from the headmaster of the madrasa towards teachers and an uncomfortable school environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of the Madrasa Head in teacher work motivation and organizational climate to improve the quality of madrasas in MA Al-Muchlisin and MA Miftahul Ulum Kab. Attacks and constraints faced by Madrasah Heads in managing teacher work motivation and organizational climate to improve the quality of madrasas in MA Al-Muchlisin and MA Miftahul Ulum Kab. Attack. The benefits of this research Contributing and new knowledge to the world of education and enriching existing research and can provide an overview of the Madrasa Principal's Strategy in teacher work motivation and organizational climate to improve the quality of madrasas in MA Al-Muchlisin and MA Miftahul Ulum Kab. Attack. The conclusion of the research shows that the head of the madrasa has carried out several strategies of the head of the madrasa in terms of teacher work motivation and organizational climate to improve the quality of education including improving the quality of teacher and student education, both academic and non-academic education, improving the quality and professionalism of teachers and other school staff, as well as improvement and infrastructure of school infrastructure in the form of education in accordance with their interests. And there are several obstacles faced by madrasa heads in terms of teacher work motivation and organizational climate to improve the quality of education in MA Al-Muchlisin and MA Miftahul Ulum Kab. Serang, in essence, there is a lack of welfare provided so that the teacher is not comfortable and the facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, the teacher feels dissatisfied with the provision of a salary that has not been able to meet the needs of daily life.

Abstract

Pedagogic and professional competence is the teacher's ability to manage learning. However, teachers in implementing integrated thematic learning still experience difficulties in linking learning themes. The problem studied in this study is first how the teacher's pedagogic competence in integrated thematic learning of class III students. Second, how is the teacher's professional competence in integrated thematic learning of class III students. Third, how are the learning outcomes of students in the attitude aspect of the integrated thematic learning of class III students. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The source of the research data is the third grade teacher. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. While testing the validity of the data using triangulation and data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman analysis. The results of the study show that, first, the pedagogic and professional competencies of class III teachers in integrated thematic learning include modeling, habituation programs, briefings and religious activities. Through integrated thematic learning the class teacher develops spiritual and social attitudes, such as: polite, honest, confident, careful and thorough, responsible by motivating students, gifts and so on. Second, the professional competence of grade III teachers in integrated thematic learning is shown through reflective action, and mastering material that supports the subject matter. However, teachers are able to carry out assessments and evaluate integrated thematic learning. Third, the learning outcomes of class III students in aspects of spiritual and social attitudes from integrated thematic learning shown in polite, honest, confident, careful and thorough students have begun to be seen.

Abstract

This study examines and examines the Principal's Strategy in Developing Teacher Professional Competence at Al Irsyad Waringinkurung Middle School and Raudhatul Jannah Junior High School Cilegon. The purpose of this study was to determine the professional competence of teachers at SMP Al Irsyad Waringinkurung and SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon, to find out the obstacles faced in developing professional competence of teachers at SMP Al Irsyad Waringinkurung and SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon, and to know the principal's strategy in developing Professional Competence of Teachers at SMP Al Irsyad Waringinkurung and SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon. In this study, the research method used is qualitative with descriptive qualitative research, research that seeks to describe and interpret existing data, besides that it is limited to efforts to reveal a problem or situation as it is (1) Professional Competence of Teachers at SMP Al Irsyad Waringinkurung and SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon, (2) Obstacles to Principals in Developing Professional Competence of Teachers at SMP Al Irsyad Waringinkurung and SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon , (3) Principal's Strategy in Developing Teacher Professional Competence at Al Irsyad Waringinkurung Middle School and Raudhatul Jannah Junior High School Cilegon. The obstacles faced are related to facilities and infrastructure, limited budget, and from the human resources of the teachers themselves. Abstract

Education is a continuous (eternal) process of higher adjustment for human beings has developed physically and mentally, free and conscious of God, as manifested in the intellectual, emotional and human environment of humans. Learning is a process characterized by self change. The objectives to be achieved in this learning improvement process are: using the picture and picture learning method can improve student learning outcomes in the eyes science lessons. For this reason, researchers want to do this research as an increase in student learning outcomes using the Picture And Picture-based learning model. This study involved 15 people in class IV SD Negeri 002 Kabun. This study uses research consisting of introduction, planning, action, observation and reflection (evaluation). The results of the study found that students' learning mastery increased from cycle I to cycle II as much as 100% is declared complete. For this reason, teachers can use the model Picture and Picture-based learning in improving student learning outcomes in Science subjects Natural Knowledge (IPA).
